- Peter (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Fenster absolut nicht dicht, was dazu führt, dass man den Strassenlärm als sehr störend empfindet.

- Delphine (6/5): Great stay for Tren del Hielo - Super noisy room on the street side. Bathroom not so clean and stains on the bed cover. Super friendly staff though and well situated near the train station. For a night to take the Tren del Hielo it‘s a bargain!

They did not give us the room we reserved, there was never anyone one in the lobby at the reservation desk to answer a question. Location was OK, but a long walk to the restaurant area of town.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible hotel - The walls were super thin and we could hear Our neighbors and everything from the lobby three floors down. The shower was super bad and sprayed water everywhere and left an inch of water everywhere. It also made the room super damp.
- doug (6/5): Central location - Central location in older part of Riobamba, taxis plentiful, restaurants, street vendors plentiful. Street side rooms are noisy due to traffic, etc.
