- Ali Akber (9/5): A decent experience - Staff was very cooperative, specially Syeda Sadiya. She was very cooperative and arranged everything in our room that we requested before our arrival. Spectacular views from the dining area. Overall, the hotel was very neat and clean. Only Marco Polo available (Terrace, Nadia Cafe and Taipan are not available). Food tasted below-par, certainly need to improve.

- Ahmad (9/5): - Amneties and facilities are nice, location is also outclass. Staff was very gentle and good, sometimes a bit slow. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast did not meet expectations, items were few to choose from and some were standard/not fresh. overall good experience. Room had a smell of drainage/sewer when enter, probably from the washroom or leaked walls.

The gardens are great and the staff are excellent. All of them have smiles on their faces and try their best to help you. There is an outside kids play area be it rather basic. The breakfast was good not really comparable to five star international standard but good. Farhan was excellent on the front desk Definitely very disappointed with the room tea service with very basic tea coffee without any biscuits. The snacks in the the room were extortionate prices! The gym and games are a welcome but very basic for a top hotel. The cues are bent or broken on the billiards table. No swimming pool for a five star hotel!

- Saad (7/5): Apart from inactive central air confitioning everything was perfect as expected from a five star hotel - Ambiance, comfortable rooms, quality of food curteous staff especially Shoaib at reception,he made the check in very comfortable and smooth Central air conditioning want deliberately turned off the entire time due to low Occupancy as informed by the staff members. A five star hotel doesn’t compromise on its standards, quality and comforts of its valued customers . The main entrance lobby, dinning halls and accumulation area inside the property were far too hot and humid. Staff at front desk and reception were requested multiple times to activate the central air conditioning to make environment more comfortable especially at the time of dinning in at restaurant but in vain.

- Haris (10/5): A truly magnificent stay at a hidden gem - 5 star indeed - Very scenic views, mountain ranges, a gem Hidden in the hills of muzzafrabad. A truly spectacular stay the manager (Farhan) is a credit to the PC Brand, he left no stone unturned during my stay. No request was too small and staff were very friendly and polite adding to that one to one experience. The property itself is stunning, its structure is very eye catching and the lawn areas and viewpoints from the restaurant foyer are what makes this place truly special. I had two executive suites booked and they were well kept and had all the furnishing and fixtures you would Expect in a 5 Star hotel. The hotel is not that busy and I think this is more Suited if you are after a quiet retreat hidden away in the hills of muzzafrabad. I will definitely come back again toward the end of 2026 ***in my opinion this outclasses PC Bhurban in murrree by miles & is worth the extra travel*** Absolutely nothing the stay was perfect.
