• Hannah (2/5): - Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr als notwendig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte daher nicht. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar zentral, allerdings haben wir uns dort leider nicht sicher gefühlt. Vor dem Hotel hielten sich regelmäßig zwielichtige Personen auf, und auch auf dem Weg in die Innenstadt sorgten herumlungernde Gestalten für ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Besonders abends nach 19 Uhr haben wir uns draußen nicht mehr wohlgefühlt. Das Badezimmer war zudem in einem schlechten Zustand: Es gab sichtbaren Schimmel sowie einen Wasserschaden (siehe Bild). Durch die feuchte und warme Luft beim Duschen war der Schimmelgeruch besonders stark wahrnehmbar. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und war sehr schlecht schallisoliert. Aufgrund des starken Verkehrslärms konnten wir kaum schlafen. Die ganze Nacht waren Krankenwagen und Polizeifahrzeuge mit Martinshorn unterwegs, außerdem wurde die ganze Zeit nachts draußen laut geschrien. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man die Koffer vor dem Check-in in einem abschließbaren Raum lagern kann. Allerdings wurde bei der Abholung nicht kontrolliert, welche Gepäckstücke mitgenommen werden, was wir aus Sicherheitsgründen kritisch fanden

• Alain (6/5): Trop chaud et trop bruyant - L'hôtel est central, à 15 minutes de taxi de l'aéroport, ou bien 30 minutes par le métro. Trop bruyant. La rue résonne des sirènes de police ou pompier toute la nuit. La chaleur de l'appartement sous les toits est étouffante. La climatisation ancienne est trop bruyante pour dormir avec la ventilation.

• Florian (9/5): Super - gerne wieder. - Preis/Leistung war super. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, geräumig und hatte alles was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Um ehrlich zu sein: deutlich besser als wir vorher erwartet haben. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aber würden definitiv auch für mehrere Tage kommen. Das Viertel ist nicht so besonders toll.

• Luana (8/5): - Muito confortável e de carro não fica longe dos locais que precisei ir ou quis conhecer. Os funcionários são simpáticos e estão sempre prontos a ajudar e esclarecer qualquer dúvida. Só tenho a apontar que na limpeza podem ser mais cuidadosos com alguns detalhes. Fazem toda a diferença e para mim que já trabalhei na área essas falhas foram bastante visíveis.

• MARIA AMPARO (3/5): Muy flojito, lo elegí por la ubicación y precio por oferta de booking - La ubicación por su cercanía al centro, y el precio porque tenía una oferta de Booking. Pero no me gustó el barrio. No es un barrio para ir de noche o sola .Un barrio muy pobre con albergue y sitios sociales con colas de gente. La habitación es rectangular y estrecha con lo que es incómodo acceder a uno de los lados de la cama . Las calidades son muy deficientes. El cabecero de la cama era polipiel y estaba pelado en zonas. Los colchones te hundes en medio. Los textiles necesitan un cambio. El baño, se salía el agua de la ducha porque filtraba por la junta con la mampara y también, si no te das prisa, se llena de agua el plato de ducha y se desborda. Los ventanales, se oía la calle, es una calle muy ruidosa. También oías al de la habitación de al lado. Constatar que es un edificio con habitaciones. Los servicios están en el otro hotel, donde se encuentra la recepción, zona de desayuno, y servicios, así como la pequeña zona de descanso con sofás y sillones a la entrada. Con lo que si necesitas cualquier cosa debes salir del edificio andar unos metros hasta el edificio de la esquina donde está la recepción del hotel.

• Gaëlle (10/5): Séjour un peu compliqué au départ, mais super bien rattrapé ! - On avait une chambre dans les appart-hôtels au sous-sol, avec une fenêtre sur la rue… et clairement, c’était hyper bruyant. Impossible de dormir, surtout avec un enfant de 2 ans et demi. Du coup, vers 23h, je suis allé voir la réception. Et là, franchement, top : l’équipe de nuit a été super réactive et compréhensive. Ils nous ont trouvé une solution tout de suite. On a été relogés dans l’hôtel du même nom, dans une chambre vraiment nickel, bien insonorisée. Rien à redire, on a enfin pu passer un séjour très agréable! Un grand merci à l’équipe de nuit pour leur efficacité et leur gentillesse ! Et au reste de l’équipe également ! So was a little claustrophobic. The only opening window was in the bathroom but I a sort of courtyard and didn’t feel 100% safe

• Helena (8/5): - Příjemná obsluha na recepci. V apartmánovém domě výtah. Pokoj vypadal přesně jako na fotografii, postele byly velmi pohodlné. Každodenní úklid a možnost snídaně v nedalekém hotelu (ob 2 vchody) byly velkým plusem. Vstup do metra pár kroků od domu, obchody nedaleko, stejně jako zastávka ikonické tramvaje 28 :) Do centra jsme pěšky došli do 15 minut. Ač jsme bydleli ve čtvrtém patře, byl slyšet provoz metra, ale po chvíli jsme si na to zvykli :) Možná by bylo fajn doplnit v kuchyňském koutě lžičky na kávu a větší ostrý nůž na krájení chleba/pečiva. Ale to jsou jen drobnosti, žádné větší výtky nemám a ráda se sem někdy vrátím.

• Kai 2000 (8/5): Kann man machen. - Große Wohnung, alles sauber, alles funktioniert, mit Klimaanlage, Super Preis/ Leistung Die Küchenausstattung war für eine Ferienwohnung sehr dürftig. z.B. gab es nur einen (1!) Teelöffel... Wir wollten da auch nicht groß kochen, mit der Ausrüstung wäre es auch kaum möglich gewesen. Die Lage empfand ich als etwas heikel, morgens stolperte man hier und da dann doch über einige dunkle Gestalten in Pappkartons, die dort schliefen.

Номер просторный с балконом . Фото на букинге соответствует действительности Было холодно. Обогрев через кондиционер. И не очень понравился район - много непонятных личностей по вечерам.

Petit problème technique en ce qui concerne l'éclairage au-dessus de la porte fenêtre qui ne s'éteint pas avec l'interrupteur mais en coupant directement l'électricité générale. (Rien qui ne puisse se résoudre et empêcher de passer une très bonne nuit).
• Mira O (8/5): - We stayed 2 nights in the one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is spacious enough for us and our baby. It has a kitchenette with an electric kettle, a fridge, a microwave, which is very useful when you're bringing a baby. The building has an elevator. They provided cot for the baby as per our request. Because it's located so close to the metro station, you can hear the sound of the metro every time. But during the night, it was not too noisy. The bed is kinda old and bent, and can be improved.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel était très sympa. La chambre était propre avec toutes les nécessités. De plus, la chambre était nettoyée et rangée tous les jours. Je vous remercie.
