• Viktor (7/5): A fisherman's retreat. - Awesome staff, clean room, everything works. I know that it's a motel, but the highway noise was a bit excessive. No AC, though I was at the moment it wasn't that necessary.

• Val (10/5): Exceptional - The handcrafted folded towels in each room were just delightful. A real welcoming display rarely seen in any motel. The motel owner was very friendly, welcoming and professional. Couldn't be a better experience. That we couldn't stay longer then our trip allowed.

It was unusually hot and the supplied fan, although better than nothing, was not able to cool the room adequately

• Victor (8/5): My advice is to turn on the heat and gas just in case, cause it’s starting to get cooler mornings. Y - I liked the location and it was clean . Also the staff was friendly. The beds was comfortable so I had a good quiet sleep. There was no heat on in the morning. So it felt a little cooler. It seemed that the gas was turned off and the thermostat was also turned off.

• Deborah (8/5): Great time at a wonderful small town, family operated, perfectly located motel in the Cariboo. - The location for our needs was excellent. The motel is older, and therefore doesn't have all the (sometimes expected) updates ... but it is super clean and very comfortable. We will return. I would like the room to include a blow dryer. I would like the rooms to all have air conditioning and updated furniture. However - those wishes did not negatively affect our stay.

• Ka (10/5): Exceptional - Loved how clean this motel is! Had no problems falling asleep and felt safe and comfortable with my family in separate rooms. The folded towels and washed/wrapped coffee mugs was a great touch. Loved everything!

The cleaning fluid they use to clean the rooms is far too strong and for people like my wife with allergies, it is overpowering. It took 2 days for the smell to go.

• Sheila (9/5): After the first night stay I was looking forward to staying on the return trip. - The rate was reasonable for the accommodation we had. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The trip was with a special needs individual who had specific needs, these were met perfectly as requested. The stay was quiet and restful on a long journey. the beds were perfect. The pop machine was not working and it was not easy to travel with the individual at that point.

• Stuart (9/5): it suited us perfectly as it was walking distance to everything and the front desk were able to advise us where to go an - Great value for money and very friendly staff. Also, the room had a table and 2 chairs which most motels don’t have and as there is only one floor, you don’t get the noise from people walking above you. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows. They were too high and hard.
