- Grandfamilyspain (10/5): It feels home - No words can Express out stay. Besides being very comfortable this place has such positive vibes that my kids felt home and are looking forward to return.
A place where u can get to try the therapy’s which are very different from the others. We are looking forward soon to return. The location is very good. I would rate this place a 11 on 10. 💕
- 231fatimaz (10/5): Stay at al Isha - It was a great time in bali and al isha made it more comfortable.. small but really cosy rooms with very caring and responsible staff.. Food at al isha is really good too.. it's located near all the places a tourist want to to visit.
- wahyunikamah (10/5): A place for spiritual traveler - It is not easy to find a place to stay like al Isha as it provides what the spiritual travelers look for: the hall for meditation, the books on spirituality that the guests can lend, some activities that guest can join for fee and the on site cafe that offers vegetarian food. The whole atmosphere is homey. It is located in Kuta area but in a quite site.
- samarjeetdeo (10/5): Stay at Al-Isha Kuta, Bali - Very peaceful stay and the hosts are very welcoming. Makes u feel at home. The food served is very healthy and hygenic. They provided breakfast and dinner. There is a small pool in the premises, an ayurvedic spa, meditation hall. Overall it was a very nice experience staying at Al-isha

- martin1234567890123 (10/5): Home-like peaceful place - Me and my wife stay at Al-Isha every time we visit Bali. The staff there are already our friends and we always look forward to see them again. This is a small hotel with only a couple of rooms, so it feels very cozy, friendly and peaceful. They also provide spiritual services, crystal shop, yoga class, massages, meditation and while I’m personally not much into that stuff, I really enjoy peaceful and relaxed atmosphere there. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and well maintained. Location wise it’s in quiet neighborhood, but with nice restaurants (Sushi Tei, Crispy Duck) and Carrefour supermarket in walking distance.
- D2912HSmichelles (10/5): Peace & healing in the busyness of Kuta. - Al-Isha is like a home away from home but far better. The moment you enter you will be greeted by the warm and charming Vera who is eager to help you with all your needs. She embodies Mother Earth energy which grounds the people around her. Conversing with Vera and being around her is always a special & enlightening experience. I’m honored to know her and every single soul in this beautiful home away home. The rooms are clean, the vegetarian foods are delicious, the massage treatments are deeply healing, and the meditation/yoga room is divine. I highly recommend Al-Isha for those who are looking to heal themselves mind, body and soul. Thank you Vera, Pak Suwandara, Rahma for your kindness and hospitality. I look forward to continue my stay here.
- mjdcharlie (10/5): Peaceful and comforting. - Super cosy room combined with nice food and therapeutic ambiance (surrounded by natural crystals ;D). Serves very good vegetarian food and ayurvedic beverages. The place is also combined with ayurvedic store and you can book for your massage there, so it's an all-in-one package deal for weary travellers looking for comforts and relaxation.
I left there with a peaceful feeling.
Wifi available.
- Echox111 (4/5): Handed Off at the Last Minute! - We booked here and ended up at the Legian Guest House, please read my complete review there. We didn't know we would not stay at al-Isha until we arrived, no notice! They had chosen to undergo renovations, which started before we departed, very upsetting to say the least. Though we were treated gently by the staff, we had just finished 22 hours of travel and were tired, to find out we wouldn't be able to stay at the resort was terribly disappointing. We missed out on our included spa treatment because of the change! Make sure your space is assured before you travel, don't be surprised like us!
- Ju (4/5): - No mirror in the bathroom, small room, dusty and sandy. As the rooms are located next to the Cafe ,it is early mornings very noisy. Staff is nice and helpful, but the hotel is not in great condition.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and quiet room
- Verified traveler (6/5): Some bedbugs - There didn't seem to be many bedbugs but there were a few. Also the door is right in front of the dining area. So people could hear me inside and vice versa. Luckily it's a quiet place. Otherwise it would have been good.
- Nora (8/5): Comfortable stay - Nice vegan food. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is standard and clean
- big0moose (10/5): Wonderful retreat. - Our stay was great. The staff is very welcoming, made us feel right at home. The property is lovely, very spiritual, there's a crystal pool, insence burning, very calming. Breakfast was great, followed by the worlds best yoga, this Stay was excellent. Totally recommend it
- Leandro (10/5): A quiet relaxing and friendly hotel - Our stay was pleasant. All employees were really kind and helpful. Hotels is small and really quiet. Includes breakfast with some options. Private bathroom. Clean rooms. 30min walk to legian st. Supermarket and some shops 5 min walk.
- viczenden (10/5): Peaceful and quiet! - This was my second time staying at Al-isha, and once again I had a great stay. The staff are amazing and I especially love Fera. She in amazing host that always ensures that you have everything you need and are enjoying your stay. I stayed here as I was participating in some courses they offered and I would also highly recommend them. (Anything thru L'ayurveda). The massage here is also one of the best I experienced. Its a simple room with the basics, very quiet, and if you want to go into the heart of the hustle and bustle in Kuta, its only a few minutes away. I love the extras they offer like the agni hotra fire ceremony in the morning and the secret garden. I have special memories of this place and the staff that work here. Hope to be back again some day.
- Henrique_WestOz (8/5): Basic, clean and friendly - Had to stay in Bali in transit to another destination overnight.
Accommodation was very basic but perfect for my needs. Clean with air con and a very comfortable bed. Free WiFi also available.
Only 20min from the airport is located off one of the busiest streets in Bali but surprisingly very quiet! And away from the crazy Kuta centre which is exactly what I wanted.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, they organised a driver to pick me up at the airport and to take me surfing next morning before I head off again. I felt a very good vibe at from this place, they do meditation and yoga sessions and breakfast was really nice! I had french toad and a fruit platter.
A bonus is the Japanese restaurant near by at the corner of Sunset Boulevard, really good!
Overall I was very happy with my overnight stay at Al-Isha, when in transit in Bali again would definitely stay there. Loved the book they gave me!
- LAyurveda_Jakarta (10/5): unforgettable moments! - cozy room, tranquil atmosphere and delicious healthy breakfast at Al Isha. Morning meditation and fire purification ceremony at Secret Garden, around 50 metres from Al Isha was giving an amazing experience. Continued with yoga session will complete your holiday in Bali. If you wanna feel the spiritual holiday amidst the crod of Kuta...Al-Isha is the choice! Thank you Al-Isha, Ill be back!
- Stephen_Angel (2/5): Terrible management - We booked for a spiritual retreat over three months in advance, our plane arrived at 11:30 at night ad we had arranged with Al Isha for airport pickup. Upon arrival we had no pickup and after waiting for ages we organised transport and arrived at 2am. The reception greeted us by name upon arrival and told us they were overbooked and bundled us into a van and took us to a cheap hotel. There was no apologies and the next day thy were knocking on the door asking for a nights money as they had paid for a nights accommodation at the cheap hotel. Thanks Al Isha 😳
- j-popa-89 (4/5): Not enough - Super friendly staff and good service, but the room standard was too poor for a better rating. A lot of different insects, windows that did not close, no mosquito nets and stained linnen in the bed. Have heard alot of good things about the meditation and yoga sessions from this place tho, but did not stay to experience them.
- B5373URlaurab (10/5): The perfect place! - We were at this hotel in Juli and it was fantastic! The stuff is very friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. They organized a motorcycle and even invited us to a celebration of a primary school!
Its also quiet and perfekt for relaxing (especially joining the yoga Session)! The rooms are also okay. For this price a perfect hotel!
- 88celineb (10/5): Amazing!!! - Fera and wayan are so nice and so helpfull with everything!! The breakfast is good and in the evening you buy some meals in the restaurant. The hotel is not in the centre so very quiet to stay! The best hotel i have been!! Thank you fera and wayan!
- daniellebI1549FD (8/5): A quiet and tranquil escape - I stayed here for my final 4 nights in Bali and wanted somewhere in Kuta that was away from the hustle and bustle. Being just off Sunset rd, Al-Isha is close to everything but far enough away that the nights are quiet. A 20 minute walk to Legian, an awesome gym directly across the street which offers casual memberships and a 5 minute walk to Carrefour (shopping centre). The highlight was the staff who were friendly and willing to do anything for you. The organisation also run yoga, meditation and other activities and the staff leave it up to you whether you wish to participate or not. There is no pressure whatsoever.
- 207antonyg (8/5): Overall pretty good - Stayed here for 2 days. Wayan and the rest of staff very friendly and helpful. Room was simple. Comfortable enough with own bathroom.Good place to come if you want quiet place near Kuta beach. 10-15 min taxi ride to kuta beach. Taxi cost around 30 rhp. Vege food was tasty and juices pretty good too. I liked the place as it was something a bit different from normal hotel. (There is no TV - all I could hear was cow bells from next door cows.). If you need a place to chill out for a bit then worth a visit.
- AmsterdamEva44 (10/5): Go visit! - The kind of place you will remember with a big smile and a warm heart. It makes you want to write a review, 6 months later, even if you never write reviews. A beautiful, wholehearted place. Don't be in doubt, don't worry, just go and visit!
