- Claudia (9/5): wonderful stay in tozeur - This is a little hotel, maybe 10 rooms, opened 16 years ago but it looks like brand new. The owner is super nice, very friendly and always available for suggestions. Room was wonderful, on first floor. we had 2 rooms close to each other. There is a lot of attention for every detail. Breakfast is very good with jam, different types of bread, eggs, juice, tea or coffee, and they ask you at what time you wish to have it every day. We stayed 3 days and I would have stayed more. They have an hamman and we took the opportunity to have it, it is very nice. I would absolutely recommend this place in Tozeur. It is literally 2min walking from the medina, from all the restaurants but at the same time in a tiny road, very quiet nothing!
Rien
- Monica (10/5): - It is the most charming hotel we've been in Tunísia.
Very Nice!!!!!!
- Michel (8/5): - Maison typique
- Bettina (10/5): Herausragend - Aufmerksames, hilfsbereites Personal, das wirklich Verantwortung übernimmt.
Alles sehr geschmackvoll, Ausstattung gut gepflegt.

- yann_266 (9/5): Amazing traditional hotel - Really nice traditional hotel. Very well located, amazing breakfast and stuff. Comfy rooms. nothing
- Guner (8/5): Nice hotel - Nice dar, with the characteristic local brickwork. The room was spacious, with a nice design. Nice toiletries, they even had bathrobes in the room. A kettle in the room.
We couldn't turn on the aircon heating at first, staff came to show us (it worked after a while) and they also gave us an additional heater just in case. So it was warm in the room.
For parking, we just parked our car on the street in front of the hotel (for free). The shower had inconvenient doors and little light, and the water was not hot.
Breakfast was ok but we felt that it could be better for the price.

- Sana (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Tozeur - The location is great, close to amenities and to the Medina. The hosts were very helpful. Breakfast was great. We booked two different rooms due to lack of availability, the first was a suite, very beautiful and spacious. The next day, we moved to a double room which was equally beautiful but slightly smaller. We loved both rooms and the staff were so helpful and helped us move our luggage as soon as the second room was made available.
Both rooms were very clean and well decorated. The house has a real charm and we will be back again. The area is super safe, we went out at night and we had no issue. We had a great time, we highly recommend staying in Dar Said Beya to explore the charming city of Tozeur, visiting Tameghza falls, the ghost city of shebika and the fall, the oasis around and of course Mos Espa: Star Wars movie site. Nothing, everything was great.
- KOJI (8/5): -
- Rad (2/5): Choose other location - Nothing
- Peter (7/5): Well-rounded but expensive option in Tezour - This is a quality hotel stay near the Tezour Medina in a charming traditional format. Parking outside is easy and shops are just around the corner. Staff are very solicitous anf breakfast is good. Although all aspects of the service are very complete - for example very good toiletries, jug and fridge in the room - the cost of this accommodation was noticeably higher than similar offerings elsewhere in Tunisia. Perhaps it's a Tezour issue.
Excellent location. Facile avec une voiture. N/a
- Armin (9/5): - Old style architecture, clean, nice host

- Lisa (10/5): - The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful; making it feel like it was truly our home for the time being. We were disappointed the restaurant was not available that evening as we had read good reviews. Our breakfast was very nice. We did not take advantage of the spa or hammam. It was a peaceful and very beautiful space.

- pietra59 (10/5): - Struttura con arredo tradizionale di ottimo gusto . Camera ampia, arredata con molta raffinatezza. Armadio ampi e letto comodo. Illuminazione molto buona. Colazione tradizionale molto buona.
- Juan Carlos (8/5): - Buen desayuno, habitacion amplia y tranquila.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raul (8/5): Very good - Very nice boutique hotel Overpriced as all hotels in Tunisia
- Lee (9/5): Great stay in Tozeur! - Breakfast was great in the courtyard and the room was bigger than expected! Very nice property and very authentic for our first time in Tunisia!
- Aylin (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and clean, good location. Helpful staff. High price. No dinner served
- Sharpel (9/5): Nice stay! Great host! - Nice stay and nice host! Location is not in the safer and more developed toursitic area but instead at the back of a busy road
- Nika (8/5): Very good - the hotel is beautiful. the staff was really nice and helpful. the breakfast was really tasty. The shower. the pressure was weak and it takes forever to get warm water (not even hot).
- Terry (9/5): Good choice for Tozeur - Stylish boutique hotel with attractive rooftop area and pleasant inner courtyard. Spacious room, comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities provided. There is also a safe and small refrigerator. Bathrobes also supplied. The location is a good one for central Tozeur with several restaurants within a five minutes walk. We found the bathroom to be quite small and our only real negative was the shower where we had difficulties regulating between hot and cold, and the hot water seemed to run out completely unless you were swift.
Breakfast was okay although not particularly substantial. It comprised a small omelette with a small basket of bread and jam plus yoghurt, coffee and juice.
- Emma (10/5): Beautiful home away from home. Amazing Team! - Stunningly beautiful guesthouse which was a true home away from home. We had a medical emergency and could not have asked for any more from all members of staff. In particular, Othmen, Mondher Ben Soltane and one of the house keepers were exemplary in their care and support. We will always remember their kindness and be forever grateful for their compassion.
The guesthouse is in a brilliant location for restaurants, booking excursions and the old medina.
- Emilie (7/5): Good - The location is good. Breakfast is good as well. Signage to reach the hotel could be improved. It was not possible to take dinner at the hotel during our stay in January unfortunately.
- Xandra (9/5): Very nice hotel! - The location was good, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the breakfast also was very good. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. As a bonus, this was the only place we stayed that had all the bathroom amenities like soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. There also was a kettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee. The saloon doors on the shower were not very practical, but this is only a minor thing.
- Emmanuel (10/5): Good bed, plenty of room space, friendly staff. - The staff was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to my requests. Close to many restaurants. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.
- Khadijah (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Beautiful dar in Tozeur - A beautiful guesthouse in a fantastic location walking distance to medina and souk. Gorgeous rooms and delicious breakfasts. The styling is beautiful with antique objects. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing to fault!
- Irfan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful space, with attentive and quality service. Everything was managed with class and grace. Highly recommended.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhamad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yusra (7/5): Good -
- Austin (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (10/5): - Parfait!
- Sarir (10/5): - Beautiful hotel in Tunis .
- Marija (8/5): The last comfortable place before desert. - Friendly staff, good atmosphere, very handsome inner court, clean rooms with pleasant ambient temperature. Breakfast contained from eggs, bread and sweet bakery. No cheese or ham, no even fruits. And coffee, it was the worst coffee I've ever drank.
- Sooyoung (8/5): Beautiful room. Book hammam before you arrive. - Room is super clean and beautiful. Very convenient location, and the parking situation was convenient and safe (just outside their door). We booked this hotel over others with a pool because it had hammam and massage, but when we got there they said hammam needs to be booked in advance and we can’t even book for the next day. Breakfast was so-so.
- Gregory (10/5): Lovely hotel - This is a lovely hotel in Tozeur right in the town centre but on a quiet street. The design mixes traditional brickwork with modern decor all in desert tones and was very lovely. The staff was excellent and spoke great English and were helpful. We booked a tour to the oasis areas through them and that was excellent too - the driver had a nice SUV and drove safely. We thought the breakfast was great - fruit, dates, a basket of breads and pastries, homemade jams and honey, eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee - nothing to complain about as it was quite delicious and served on a lovely patio. nothing!
- Mona (9/5): A memorable trip - Othmen in the reception was very helpful and did not hesitate to give advice that helped me a lot planning my return saving me time and effort he also tried his best and succeeded in making arrangements for me to go on a trip to Sahara with the guide Aziz and his 4x4 Sandra who made it an unforgettable experience ..Othmen is very professional and sincere in his job giving a great impression and image to the place The location and the wide spacious room
- Gustavo (10/5): - Hotel rooms are very nice. Breakfast delicious. Helpful stsff.
- Redzepovic (10/5): Exceptional - The two nights were fantastic, the staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very delicious, the room was very clean - a real oasis of well-being.
- Donald (9/5): Superb - Relatively recent structure, but built in traditional local style. High quality of craftsmanship. Beautiful rooms. Lovely courtyard. Staff were extremely helpful with our late arrival and early departure. They served dinner late and breakfast early. Nothing at all to dislike here.
- Ezequiel (4/5): Expensive, limited facilities, infrastructure issues - Clean, decent, room of a good size. Bedding comfortable. Wifi was terrible. Non-existent in the room
Had to have a cold shower in the morning. No hit water
Steep stairs to room.
Expensive for what was on offer
- Laura (10/5): Very nice place to stay. - Very clean and stylish hotel. We were kindly greeted, at the reception we were given some options for our further trip which paid off.
- Rodney (8/5): Very good - The hotel was able to accomodate our request for an early check-in which was much appreciated after an overnight camel trip, before heading out on another tour. Breakfast was very nice. It was a pity there was no availability of dinner in-house, perhaps it was due to being off-season.
- Sophie (10/5): A beautiful and luxurious place in the heart of the city - The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and the staff is extremely nice. It is very clean and quiet. The only disadvantage was the breakfast. This was extremely dissappointing, especially regarding how beautiful the place was otherwise. Nothing fresh, no fruits or anything healthy. Just sweets and pastry. Very bad coffee.
- Klaudia (9/5): Superb -
- Kyllike (10/5): A wonderful stay for our family, highly recommended - Design, rooftop terrace, location, friendly staff, good breakfast The room was a little cold at night
- Nesrine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rawan (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were helpful and nice.
The breakfast was also nice. The room was cold and there is no really heater and was full of dust.
We just felt the room was a bit pricey for what we got. It’s definitely overpriced :)
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Christina (10/5): We loved it here! - We loved it here! So cute, great location to walk to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best shower this trip so far!
- Yun (9/5): Superb -
- Zoe (8/5): Very good - The dar is very beautiful, the apartment is spacious, the location is great and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was okay but not amazing and overall I think the apartment is quite expensive for what you are getting.
- Wiren (10/5): Exceptional - Dar Saida Beya is very centrally located in Tozeur, and still a safe haven without street noice when inside.
Staff are very friendly and will do their utmost to make it a good stay.
- Manon (7/5): Good - Confortable and beautiful We had a room next to the patio… noise in the morning. With that price we don’t expect to be awake at 7am due to people that take their breakfast
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Felix (8/5): pricey but good! - location, breakfast, hammam, rooms, friendly staff light in the showers could be installed. overall a bit pricey for what is offered.
- Stefan (9/5): Superb -
- Dionysios (9/5): Superb - Centrally located. Helped us to organize long distance transfer to our next destination combined with trip to Chebika and Tamerza oasis and Star Wars at a good price. Comfortable room. Kind English speaking staff. Poor breakfast.
