• Akiko (10/5): 完璧 - とにかく立地が最高。オペラ座がすぐ近くで、観光にも移動にも本当に便利。何度もウィーンに来ていますが、今後はこちらに泊まりたいです。 部屋はキッチン付きで広く、建物自体は少し古さがありますが、清掃が行き届いていて清潔感がありました。毎日気持ちよく過ごせました。 朝食はついてなかったのですが、すぐそばのザッハーで行列を避けて朝からカフェしたり、ホテルの下はパン屋さんだし、近くにはスーパーもあるし、で困りません。 スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、チャットの返信も早くて安心感がありました。今回忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、すぐに対応してくださって本当に感謝しています。丁寧に対応していただき、ありがたかったです。
• Hosokawa (9/5): 快適、便利 - オペラ座近くでロケションが最高である。観光、交通機関、食事も歩ける範囲で便利でした。 ５泊の滞在であったが、キッチンに電子レンジもあり快適に過ごせました。また、ウィーンに行く際は泊まりたいと思います。 コスト、ロケーション、清潔感を考えれば十分と思う。気になったのは床が少し沈んだりすることだが、古さの故、仕方のないところであろう。
• Heike (9/5): Tolles Quartier für Musical oder Opernbesuch in Wien. - Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist. Wir konnten schon früh einchecken und bekamen das sicher beste Apartment mit Balkon. Toll durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Oper und zum Ronacher, für einen Opern oder Musicalbesuch ideal.
• Maxim (9/5): Beautiful rooms for staying (not working or eating in) minutes away from the Opera House - Beautifully classically styled rooms in an otherwise somewhat bleak apartment building. Exceptionally accommodating staff, including early checkin, tea kettle, local recommendations, and even tickets to the opera from earlier guests who canceled. The rooms are beautiful but to get to them you will have to pass a regular old apartment building entrance, so it may not impress your party right away. The bathrooms are somewhat modestly designed, in a contrast to royally furnished carpeted rooms. The rooms are comfortable for staying but might not be that comfortable for working (low chairs and/or low tables) and eating (no mini-fridge).

• Maryln (9/5): Comfortable stay in a centrally located Hotel - I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Suzanne Pension. The hotel is very centrally located, with the train station just a few metres away, which made getting around extremely convenient. Upon arrival, the gentleman at reception was very welcoming and took the time to give me a helpful rundown of things to do in the area, as well as restaurants to visit — a lovely personal touch. The room was nicely set up and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and complimentary shampoo and shower gel were provided. I also appreciated having a coffee station in the room. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location. I would happily stay here again One small note is that the hot water in the bathroom did take a while to come through, and I felt I ended up wasting quite a bit of water letting the taps run. I only mentioned this to reception when I was checking out, but I’m certain it would have been addressed promptly had I raised it earlier. As I was only staying for two nights, it wasn’t a major issue.

Silenzioso Decoroso e pulito Qualche dettaglio secondario, ad esempio la tenda che si chiudeva con un po' di difficoltà, o il sapone (il medesimo tipo a disposizione per mani e nella doccia) forse migliorabile. Ma, appunto, sono dettagli.

• Matteo (9/5): - L'hotel è in posizione strategica, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal duomo di Sabnto Stefano. La camera che abbiamo prenotato aveva un uso cucina, ma provvista già di macchina del caffè con capsule e pannette per macchiare nel frigo, incluse nel prezzo. Wifi gratuito. La camera non era molto grande per tre persone ma giusta per le nostre esigenze e ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per essere sotto Pasqua.
• Doris (8/5): Top Lage - Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sehr sauber und gemütlich, altwienerisch. Die Lage ist extrem günstig, eine Minute zu Fuß zur Wiener Staatsoper oder in die Kärntner Straße oder auch zur U-Bahn Station. Das sehr gute Restaurant Plachutta genau gegenrüber. Da ich alleine gereist bin, war das sehr bequem. Die Besitzer ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Nähe zur Innenstadt hat natürlich ihren Preis, aber der war doch sehr hoch (ohne Frühstück).

Lage im 1. Bezirk ist absolut perfekt. Und der Preis ist dafür wirklich in Ordnung. Schlüsselhinterlegung mit Code hat bestens geklappt, auch die Abstimmung mit der Rezeption im Vorhinein. Wir waren super zufrieden!

• Pamela (5/5): Mixed feelings and not as expected - The location is right across from the Opera, so it’s central to everything. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did a great job each day. I did NOT like that the description says “bed & breakfast” underneath. I did not find out that there was no breakfast until AFTER I paid for the booking. I was told they stopped serving breakfast at the start of the year as “guests preferred to eat in nearby cafes.” Then do not list as a bed and breakfast as this is false advertising. This felt more like an Airbnb rental. It is basically an apartment building where rooms are dedicated to “hotel” room rentals. There is no lobby or front desk. The office is on the second floor and in what is basically an apartment room. As a woman traveling solo, this was the most misleading part. I did not like feeling alone with no one in the lobby to help in the night if I needed.

The room was so comfy and clean and I had a lovely hot bath. Very central location. Could not fault this place. Loads of coffee pods and pampering kit including body lotions nail file sewing kit etc. luxury soaps. There was nothing to dislike. It ticked every single box for what we wanted and needed. The special touches were lovely eg loads of coffee pods and lovely pampering kit.

• Krasimira (10/5): - Polite personnel, very clean room, they offered daily cleaning. Top location - at the Opera but on a quiet street. 5 min walk away from inner circle tourist attractions. Upon check in we were provided with a city map and details about different attractions and current events were shared. Also some restaurants were recommended, which was very helpful and kind. Despite our visit during a national holiday, the reception was open for us. It met my expectations and even pleasantly surprised me with the clean and well-maintained bathroom, the traditional Viennese decoration that made us feel even more welcome and ... our kid - a bit more royal. :)

• Patricia (8/5): Location excellent, but a different (or additional) chair would have been helpful. - Location was excellent, just across the street from the Staatsoper and Sacher Hotel. Having a staffed reception that was open during the day was very helpful. Unfortunately the only chair in the room was an armchair, and it was too low to sit on if one wanted to work or do anything at the little table. I had to sit on the bed and pull the table over in order to be at the right height to do work and/or eat a snack at the table. Also, would have greatly appreciated a small fridge -- if not in the room itself, then in the little sitting room outside which several other rooms had access to.
