Maksimas (3/5): Awful - Nothin I don’t understand how they decided they can charge such a price for this place. Everything is old and broken, the level of dirt is shocking – we were even afraid to enter the shower in one of the rooms. The faucets are loose, the mattresses are dirty, the glass surfaces are cracked, and the sunbeds outside are so filthy that you are honestly scared to sit on them. For this kind of money it’s unacceptable – the price is absolutely unreasonable. The only positive thing was that the towels were new; everything else was complete rubbish, even the sofa was torn, so I really have nothing good to say, only negative impressions.

Malee (1/5): We wouldn’t stay here again. - Tye beds are very comfortable. A lot of the items in the property are damaged - too many to list. The sun beds are very dirty and rotten making them unusable. The pool table is unusable, wonky and the balls are incorrect and not the same sizes. The advert for the property shows TVs in each room but there was only one in the living area. We spent ten days there and the property was continuously surrounded by noisy building work making the pool area very dusty. The road to access the property was virtually impossible to drive down due to the ongoing work.

Matthew (8/5): Lovely stay, rove and co - The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. And the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The location was a bit hidden - it was difficult to navigate the roads especially during heavy rain. Also the neighborhood was full of loose dogs, which made it a bit difficult for us to feel comfortable walking our dog. I do hold the against the property - seems to have been the case everywhere in Jomtien.

Nanthiphak (6/5): It was a mistake. - That’s a good question! One of the bedroom that has bathroom, it was terrible smell of sewage all the time. Both bathrooms overflew after shower, you could see both of your ankles under the water and flooded around the shower. All amenities were poor qualities, and you could see through all towels, very old and thin.The swimming pool was about the same size as bathtub!

The aircons are quite noisy and the showers and sinks have an unpleasant odour when the water is running. There should be a bit more toiletries as the ones provided were not enough for our stay.
