Estuvimos dos noches, el servicio de limpieza no pasó y cuando llegamos había déficit en la limpieza (pelos, el baño no estaba todo lo limpio que debiera...). La limpieza podría mejorar, también es verdad que no sabemos la carga de trabajo y el tiempo que tiene la camarera de piso para limpiar. Pero si es por la carga de trabajo, Interpass tendría que invertir más en el departamento de pisos.

Todo muy bien el único problema es que íbamos un grupo y estaba todo el rato llamado la atención y solo estábamos cenando y hablando , tampoco nos dejaban consumir nuestras bebidas y comidas en la terraza de nuestra habitación, no lo recomiendo para ir en grupos de amigos con hijos.

Natália (9/5): Otima relacao qualidade preco - Simpatia da equipa - amaveis e prestaveis, disponiveis para responder as solicitacoes. Aquando das nossas necessidades responderam positivamente (dias que uisemos marcar refeicoes, adicionar servico de late check-out). O pequeno almoco era muito bom e o sistema promovia o evitamente de desperdicio. A piscina exterior estar fechada no periodo de abril, com muito calor e tempo quente foi uma pena. Apesar de estar descrito, seria mais sugestao para o hotel que pudessem rever este sistema. Pois as piscinas estavam tratadas e pareciam estar ok para funcionamento

JUAN (3/5): Una auténtica decepción. - La limpieza de la habitación y el personal de limpieza. Escogimos este alojamiento, porque aunque estaba lejos de la playa tenía parking y jacuzzi. Antes de hacer la reserva teníamos más opciones, pero como sabíamos que no iba a hacer buen tiempo, fue lo que nos hizo decidirnos para elegirlo, sacrificando el estar cerca de la playa. Un error por nuestra parte, desde el primer día el jacuzzi estuvo fuera de servicio y estuvo así toda la semana. Además esa misma noche, nos pasaron un papel por debajo la puerta informando que a partir del día siguiente el parking iba a estar en obras sin fecha de finalización. Pensábamos que iba a ser solo un día, de echo preguntamos y nos dijeron que a lo mejor podríamos aparcar al día siguiente, pero para nuestra sorpresa las obras duraron toda la semana. A parte de no poder aparcar en el establecimiento y tener que dejar el coche fuera, el ruido en ocasiones era bastante molesto. Los apartamentos son un poco antiguos, el agua de la ducha no tenía presión y te salía o muy caliente o muy fría. Por otro lado en cuanto el menaje, era bastante mejorable, para cocinar solo había una sartén y cuchillos para carne solo encontramos uno. Entendemos que es necesario hacer mantenimientos, pero si se sabe que va a haber una obra con antelación, lo lógico es informar el día de la llegada (no pasar un papel por debajo de la puerta en inglés al día siguiente) y tener algún detalle, como por ejemplo habernos puesto en otra ubicación más alejada del ruido (ya que el complejo estaba prácticamente vacio) o enviarnos un mensaje advirtiéndonos por adelantado en el momento que hicimos la reserva. Si lo hubiéramos sabido no hubiéramos reservado en este alojamiento, la verdad es que nos sentimos un poco engañados.
Jose Antonio (8/5): ¡Ojo al aparcar! - La amabilidad de sus empleados Las obras que están ejecutando en los aparcamientos.Me costó la rotura de un neumático y por ende su sustitución del mismo y del otro compañero del eje delantero.Así que la estancia me ha costado casi el doble de lo previsto inicialmente.Espero que pongan medidas para que no le suceda a nadie más y tenga un coste adicional su estancia como a mí me ha sucedido

Patricia (8/5): Estancia buena para ir en familia. - El alojamiento está de lujo, el apartamento muy bonito y con todos los detalles, te incluyen hasta enseres de limpieza en cocina. Por poner una pega los colchones podían ser mas cómodos, la verdad un poco incomodos para mi gusto, la piscina exterior, sabiendo la afluencia por el puente de semana santa, que estaban completos debería estar abierta como en otros tantos hoteles, ya que la interior es muy pequeña y agobiante con tanta gente y sobre todo niños.

O staff é super simpático e sempre prontos a ajudar. Quartos em ótimo estado e confortáveis. A porta de acesso a piscina tem uma grade e só abre com a chave o que é fantástico por causa das crianças. Para abrir a porta é com uma pulseira que nos colocam na entrada o que facilita imenso. A cozinha tinha pouca louça. Não existe nenhum funcionário a controlar a piscina, muitas vezes as pessoas estão a jogar a bola e não dá para relaxar na piscina. Não tem máquina de secar roupa.

Positief: wandeling doorheen het natuurpark in de buurt. Ideale omgeving voor golfers, veronderstel ik. Maar minder voor koppels die gezelligheid opzoeken. De kamer/huisje: netjes maar geen klein prive terrasje - in de woning geen sfeerlicht. Wegens te koud buiten, binnen eten, maar met dit licht minder aangenaam. Buiten de vele logementen in de buurt en een boulevard is er niet echt een gezellige dorpskern.

Mª Jesús (7/5): Justito por el precio que pagas - La ubicación está muy bien si vas fuera de temporada verano porque hay un centro comercial pegado a la playa, con todo tipo de servicios. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. La piscina exterior, muy bien. Necesitas coche para moverte a cualquier lado. Las casitas están bien, sin más… necesitan un lavado de cara por dentro porque las puertas y muebles se ven antiguos. La simpleza es básica… sirve para el día a día pero hay bastante suciedad acumulada en los rincones de toda la casa y los baños.

Tatiana Daniela (10/5): Fantástico! - Foram 7 dias maravilhosos! O alojamento é fantástico, muito bonito e muito bem cuidado. A piscina e os espaços verdes são excelentes. Os colaboradores são todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Os apartamentos estão equipados com tudo o que necessitamos para podermos fazer as nossas refeições, as camas e as almofadas são confortáveis e o pátio do apartamento é muito agradável. A localização é óptima, apesar de ser preciso carro para ir até à praia e ao supermercado. Existe também a opção de apanhar o comboio turístico, que passa pelo alojamento. Até à próxima e obrigada por tudo! Não temos aspectos negativos a apontar.
