Im ersten Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und es war sehr laut dort. Im zweiten Zimmer direkt eine tote Kackerlake am Boden gefunden. Allgemein sind es nicht die allersaubersten Zimmer in unserem Urlaub in der DomRep gewesen.

La cama es tamaño full. No está adecuada para 2 personas. Muy limitada. Por otro lado, el personal de limpieza comenzó a limpiar los pasillos a las 7am hasta las 8am y con su hablar, el ruido del mapo y de la cubeta, se escuchaba todo en la habitacion, ya que es un eco y no nos dejó dormir lo suficiente. La toma de agua también estaba en el patio próximo a mi habitación y todo se escuchaba.

- Eva (5/5): The AC in one of the rooms was broken and they offered no solutions or compensation for the issue - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. I liked that it had 2 separate bedrooms with 2 separate ensuites, which made it perfect for us (we were 2 couples). The air conditioner in my in-laws' room did not cool. The hotel was unable to give us a different room, as it was sold out for the night, which is fine. But what made us angry was that we were told that the person accompanying us to check out the issue was qualified to solve it, when in reality he was just a security guard who has no knowledge or experience working with AC units. If they had been upfront that the issue could not be resolved, we would've at least respected that. They also didn't even offer to give us a partial refund or a voucher for a discounted future stay for our trouble. It was basically "we're lying to make you think we're gonna fix the issue and then, when we do nothing, you just suck it up"

- Craig (5/5): Question the stay - Beds were comfy. Air worked Not hot water for 80% of our stay . Breakfast staff. Half are rude. Order food and they bring wrong food or i order food I want to pay for, but they say u get the included breakfast only? And bring wrong food. They could use a course in hospitality and communication. We had 2 decent girls that took the time to communicate. The other older didn't care. The noise is horrible. Honking all day. We had to move rooms. Not a great location at all.

No toilet paper and roll under sink was water stained. Went down to eat at restaurant for dinner on Thursday ....it was closed, but was open for breakfast so a note on the door letting people know they were not open for dinner would have been nice. Wifi does not reach the bedroom and since I had work to do overnight, i had to sleep on the couch....also the room faced the street and was very loud with trucks driving by.

When searching for alternatives, I was thrilled to find that my town now has a hotel where reservations can be made online. As with all my reviews, I'll offer my humble opinion. Pros: The hotel is literally in the heart of the city, making it convenient for anyone visiting Bani. It also has a restaurant and parking, which is more convenient than other hotels in the area. Customer service is exceptional, and the security staff are friendly and professional. The room size was adequate, and the air conditioning worked very well. Cons: The room I stayed in was comfortable, but I had a bad experience with the bed and room service. One of the decorative pillows had a stain that played with my imagination because it was not embedded but appeared dry, which made me doubt the cleanliness. Additionally, the sheets were not well washed. The bed was not very comfortable but did its job. However, what I really didn't like was a crack near the air conditioner, through which a lot of water came in during a heavy rain one night. Overall, the service was very convenient, and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely use this hotel again when I return to my hometown, Baní.

- Joeblack23 (7/5): Valuable - Location. clean. safe. Not elevator and just one stairs. if you are in the third floor and park in the back of the building need to travel to far. not wall connector in the room. not iron. not enough parking space if you arrive late night.
- Sanz (5/5): Passable - Bathroom A shower was broken, and water didn’t drain until the next day,refrigerator not water, first night I forgot to buy water and didn’t take my night medicine until the next day, small things that make a difference for elderly people.

- Gail (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast is good. There are three options, which include coffee. You can even visit the restaurant if you aren't staying at the hotel. It has a safe parking lot off a street around the corner where you can access the restaurant. I like everything about this place. That’s why we come back frequently.
