Niefeld (4/5): Disappointed - It was basically pretty clean, a little dusty. The shower was good. The appliances were really old. The microwave didn't work. The bed was hard as rock. The loveseat was old and smelled. There should have been a chair but it was missing.

It really meant a lot to us as this was my husband’s “final farewell” to his parents who are interred at Quantico Natl Cemetery.

The only drawback was I wasnt aware that although there were only 2 levels, there was no elevator and I walk with a cane. Next time I'll make certain to book on the first floor. I would definitely stay there again.

The laundry room and gym (two treadmills and a bike but in this heat it was much appreciated).. very clean. The rate was very good so a great value for the night! No cream rinse. No elevator.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. Lisa, the manager, and her assistant manager Alicia run the property with care and professionalism that really stands out. They made sure everything ran smoothly during my entire stay. The property itself is a little older and doesn’t offer some of the typical amenities like complimentary breakfast that you might find at larger hotel chains in the area. However, for an extended stay, it’s an excellent option. The suites are spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which is ideal for families or anyone who values a bit more room. It really helps avoid that cramped, “everyone in one room” feeling you get at standard hotels. I also found it to be pet-friendly, which was a big plus. It’s clear that some guests stay here longer-term, which actually gives the place a bit of a community feel. That sense of familiarity and stability made it even more comfortable. One of the biggest positives was how exceptionally clean and well-kept the entire property was. The housekeeping and maintenance are clearly a top priority here, and it shows. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay near Quantico, I highly recommend this location. Great value and even better people running it.

We didn't have any negative moments at the hotel at all.

Had a tv in both bedroom and living area. Had to clean the coffee maker before using. Shower made a high pitched sound when using the hot water, otherwise, quiet for sleeping. Did have one issue that was rectified professionally and quickly.

Furniture and drapes were tired, scratched, scraped. Pergo floors felt cheap. Room felt gloomy. Bed was rock hard. Common courtyard was faded carpet like fake turf. Smell of tobacco smoke from years ago masked with some kind of air freshener. Clear that some of the units were longer term rentals.

Sheryl (10/5): Six out of 5 stars - SIX stars out of 5 for cleanliness. We travel a lot and I am uber picky about cleanliness. This is the cleanest hotel anywhere. Bed is hard. But the space is roomy--large enough between the living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom with a large closet that you could live here modestly but comforably. Personnel has excellent communication and very accommodating. We have been here three times when coming to visit family. We will come again.

886angelow (4/5): Not a good stay - We came here for a graduation ceremony and had brought our dog with us and following the rules of the hotel kept him caged up for the entire visit and at no time did we receive housekeeping. We had three days worth of trash and no replacement towels.

The office hours are shorter than a normal hotel, but the manager was great about asking when we'd arrive, which was after hours, and gave very clear and easy to use instructions on how to get our key out of a lock box. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and it was nice to have a full-sized fridge and dishes to have breakfast in the room. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Quantico.

April (10/5): Very good apartment style hotel - Was in town for FBI grad. Hotel is just a hair away from the other hotels in the area (like 4-5min down the road) off a small side street. Was pleasantly surprised by the room which is actually an good sized efficiency apartment with a living room, small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with work area. Check in was easy and pleasant. The property was immaculately clean. There is a small gym and guest laundry within the courtyarded building. I was only here for one night, but it's where I'd definitely want to stay if I had been in town for any extended amount of time.

Jody (8/5): - This property was very clean and comfortable, and had easy access to rooms. Parking was close to all rooms. Fully equipped suite, included dishesWe had a small dog, and they accommodated us in one of the dog rooms. On the negative side, and very disturbing to us was the fact that the room was not ready at 4pm when we got there. After speaking to someone on the phone prior to our visit, I was assured that we would be in after 3. Unfortunately, it was close to 100 degrees outside and the only place with AC was the little gym. We sat on the treadmills with our dog for well over an hour. They did a great job cleaning and worked very hard, but could not cut us a break for the discomfort because "we booked through Expedia". We had to delay our dinner with family because of the delay.
