• Christine (6/5): You get what you pay for. close to amenities and budget friendly.dont expect much - You get what you pay for! Nice staff. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Location excellent. Free parking. No air-conditioning. Not enough pillows. Terrible towels. Name was written on all linens. Needs to be fixed properly, holes, shower head, paint and deep cleaned. You can hear everything inside and out. Rooms need a microwaves, bath mats.

• Clarkson (5/5): Sleepless in Niagara - The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bed was nice looking. I had a great time exploring all the things going on around Clifton Hill. Interesting that you had to plug in an oil radiator heater or open a window to adjust the temperature of the room. The bathroom sink had two holes where hot and cold taps would have gone but only one of them was being used for a dual unit tap which was also loose so it was difficult to turn the taps on and off. The water pressure was insane when taking a shower. So much so that it couldn't drain fast enough and I was up to my ankles in water. The pillows were lumpy. The room was made of cinder blocks and I could hear the next room arguing when I arrived and all night till 4am which made it very difficult to sleep. (I should have just asked to be moved before midnight)

Mouse trap in the washroom and what looked like mice droppings. Spiders. So dirty I wasn’t feeling comfortable to use the bathroom. No housekeeping during the stay. No microwave (even if the room description said so). Wi-fi wasn’t working for most of the time, ended up using a lot of data. Nice TV but only very few channels available. I’m sorry for the lady, who’s been very helpful and kind during my stay, but because of cockroach and mice issues, I’d never be back.
• david (3/5): Go elsewhere - Great location, free parking Advertised with a microwave that wasn't there, tv remote did not work- new batteries didn't help, lipstick on the pillow case, cigarette burns on the blanket but the clincher was the used tampons still in the garbage. And only 1 soap. Would not stay there again

They would not allow my service dog ever though I showed papers Found used needle in my room. No wifi or cable. Frigidaire so cold it froze my fruit and even exploded a can off pop. That was set on half way. And had to send my dog away,we haven't spent more than two to three hours apart since I got her.

• Mira (10/5): - The room was very clean. The stuff was very frendly and eager to help. The location was great. Very quiet and safe. First time here, but will visit again when in Niagara Falls. I don't know. I had everything I needed and more. I would recommend this Motel to anyone looking for comfort, great location, safety and reasonable accommondation! Everything including great rates.

• Juan (10/5): - Todo, la ubicación es genial, justo en el centro.Fué una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. Está muy limpio. El personal súper amable, nos ayudaron en todo, se portaron de maravilla, un diez para el matrimonio. Nada, todo estupendo. Una estancia perfecta.
• Dave Hardwick (6/5): - Cheap place in a good location. Parking included is a plus. A little attention to detail would go a long way. Stained fabric chairs are a bit gross, bathrooms were not very clean, TV quality is poor. It's not the cleanest place and a little dated, but you get what you pay for here. If you don't care about decor and want to save a buck, this place will do the job.

Noisy guests and music from the nearby club one night but the next night was fine. There was no deadbolt type lock on the door.

The staff was very friendly and the room was a great size. It was kept clean as well. The motel itself is a little older, however a great value for price and location.

• Edward (10/5): Worth the price - The geographic location is perfect for reaching anything in the centre. The place itself is really nice, bed was comfy, AC was great, the staff was so nice as well I wish people actually used the pool, but its not really a big deal

• Wood (2/5): Not worth the money only benefit was the location - The pool The fact our room was super hot because the AC was not running when we got there. It took well over 24 hours to cool off so we ended up driving three hours home because it was uncomfortable to sleep even when it did cool off it still wasn’t where it should be For a stay when we arrived to check in they got our room all mixed up and because they messed up on their end ended up being an increase on what we had paid and it would’ve been well more than what we paid if I didn’t say anything overall, was not happy

• Hasmati (10/5): "The Olympia Is Our Go-To for Niagara Falls Trips" - Our stay at the Olympia was absolutely wonderful. We were so impressed with the convenient in-room amenities like the microwave and fridge—it was great for our snacks and drinks. The powerful AC was a lifesaver, keeping our room cool and comfortable. We also really appreciated the table and chairs that gave us a nice place to eat. The fantastic pool was another huge plus! We had such a great time that we will definitely be choosing the Olympia when we visit Niagara Falls again.
