We arrived late when the reception was closed but the host messaged me and made the instructions very clear how to check in when we got there. We needed to extend our stay due to a cancellation elsewhere and he accommodated us! The room was spotless!!! The breakfast in the morning made by the two most amazing, kind and wonderful ladies was beautiful, they made effort every single morning to speak to us. It is a small, family run hotel with the most amazing staff! If I came back to Kas, I would most definitely stay here. Would highly recommend!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm and cosy space to lounge in before settling into our room. Communications with the front desk were extremely easy and helpful. He was super accommodating when my friend and I needed help or support with anything, just overall a generally really lovely, warm and cosy environment to stay in. Thank you hotel Sonne!!! Oda da her gün temizlendi düzenli olarak Biz ekonomik oda tercih ettik, küçük ama fonksiyoneldi, rahat bir şekilde konakladık. Personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Sabah kahvaltısı da çok lezzetliydi, ellerinize sağlık. Otelin bir diğer avantajı da her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması, özellikle kaş çarşısına birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca anlaşmalı oldukları bir beach de mevcut, biz çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle öneririm. Terasın manzarası da şahane :)
• CoachMiddle (10/5): Terrific boutique hotel in a wonderful coastal town - Kas is a lovely little coastal town in Turkey. Hotel Sonne has a WONDERFUL owner, who speaks very good English, is extremely helpful and cares about his customers. They offer a great variety of foods for breakfast each morning with a lovely view. They make available beach towels and snorkel gear. If I return to Turkey I would definitely stay here again. The location is one block from the waterfront and evening cafes, it is one block from the Main Street where stores, markets, and cafes are located, and did I say how terrific the owner is. Friendly, Jovial, Helpful, Kind and Giving- I have not had a better experience at any hotel... The only apprehension I have is that if I rate his hotel well, more people will stay here and it might be difficult in the future to reserve a room. If coming to Kas, stay at the Hotel Sonne, you won't regret it.

• SULE (10/5): - Girişten çıkışa kadar her an ilgi ve güler yüz gördük. Kahvaltısı harikaydı, her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar neye ihtiyacımız olsa hemen yardımcı oldular. Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaştık. Odalar tertemizdi ve park yeri hiç problem olmadı. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim:)
• Gokberk (10/5): - Otel lokasyon olarak merkeze yakındı ve denize girilen yerlerin hemen önündeydi. Çok yokuş olmaması bizim için avantajdı. Kahvaltı açık büfe çeşitli ve lezzetliydi herşey mevcuttu. Otel sahibi Selahattin bey ve diğer personelin ilgi alakası bizi çok mutlu etti. Otelde denize giderken kullanmak için gözlük simit havlu gibi deniz araçları mevcut. Sadece oda boyutu biraz küçüktü ama bu da otel bilgilerinden ve eski yorumlardan görerek geldiğimiz bir detaydı. Odamızda klima sorunu vardı ama Selahattin bey sorunumuzla ilgilendi çözüm odaklıydı. Oda ve barda SKTsi geçmiş gıda ürünleri mevcuttu sadece bunların kontrol edilmesi gerekiyor. Onun haricinde oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

• Kimandanna (10/5): The best hotel ever! - Our favourite hotel EVER! The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, the position is conveniently close to town, but quiet and calm inside, the beautiful terrace where a wonderful Turkish breakfast is served has the most incredible view, but the truly outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff. Selo is warm and helpful, sincerely concerned about the comfort and happiness of his guests, the cleaning ladies are all delightful and do a scrupulous job of keeping the rooms and the whole property looking and smelling delightful, and the two women who prepare breakfast every morning are quite amazing. My husband became quite ill during our stay and the care they showed him was remarkable, as was the attention and support Selo provided. We will only stay at the Hotel Sonne on any of our future trips to Kas, we can’t recommend it highly enough!

The host at reception was incredibly helpful. The hotel has an arrangement with another hotel to use their waterfront space with chairs, umbrellas, and a bar with snacks. We had a great day in the sun! Another highlight was the breakfast. It was some of the best food we had in our travels!

• AlvaroECarvajal (10/5): Excellent Hotel! - Fabulous, clean, mid-size hotel with an amazing view from many rooms and the shaded roof deck - where a delicious home cooked breakfast is served. The owner is above-and-beyond kind and helpful. There was only one night available when we arrived unexpectedly (we jumped ship 3 nights early when the mosquitos and wasps became intolerable on the boat trip we'd booked) but he found us an equally nice place for the next 2 nights. I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Sonne!

• Jan (10/5): - The Sonne Hotel was the perfect choice for us when we visited Kas. It was walking distance to everything- the beach clubs, the stores, the marina and the ruins. The customer service and breakfast were outstanding and we really appreciated their recommendations and being able to borrow the snorkel equipment and towels. The room was comfortable and staff tidied it daily. There was also an outstanding view at the breakfast terrace, and you can order drinks and coffee to enjoy there. We highly recommend. Note: there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you will want to ask for a lower floor.

Negatif tek yorumum kaldigim oda ile ilgili olabilir. Giris katindaki ekonomik odalarda kaldim. Odanin penceresi arka tarafta camasirhaneye bakiyor ve cami butun gun acik biraksaniz da oda havalanmiyor. Klimaya bagimli kaliyorsunuz.
• Susanne (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse über das Meer und die Stadt ist fantastisch. Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich. In die Stadt und zum Strand geht man nur ein paar Minuten. Wlan klappt sehr gut. Sollte ich nochmal in Kaş sein, würde ich auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel besuchen.

• 105Joan (10/5): Owner takes great pride in hosting you and providing any help you might need! - We enjoyed Hotel Sonne for it’s great breakfast with panoramic view, super helpful, kind owner, very clean rooms and bathrooms and central location! Very good ac in bedroom was a real plus! During our stay we loved our visit to kastellerizo where we visited the blue cave and st.george’s beach. We ate 3 times at Kas hotel terrace restaurant where prices were fair and food was consistently very good. Its a 2 minute walk from hotel and the terrace seating gives you a beautiful view of the water, coastline and neighboring islands.servers were very friendly! Did not have transportation arranged when we landed at Dalaman airport. Our flight landed about 9AM. Simply pd for one of the many shuttle vans upon exiting terminal. 400 lire pp so about $12 one way. Ride is about 2 1.2 hrs. The shuttle vans are lined up waiting for flights to arrive with tourists. They stop for a restroom break of 10 mins. Super convenient. Hotel owner telephoned to make our shuttle return reservation. Same price. Very convenient.

• sandyo970 (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful place. - Hotel Sonne is a really lovely place to stay. Bright clean modern rooms with good air conditioning, a fabulous rooftop bar/dining room/breakfast terrace with glorious sea views of Kastellorizo and all within a stone’s throw of Kas harbour and Kas old town and the sea. The breakfasts are amazing Turkish banquets, all of the staff are lovely but Selu and Alice (the owners) particularly so - they go out of their way to make sure your every need is met - they are a really efficient team. We were on a touring holiday and spent five days there when the temperatures were about 40C (very high for early June). In those temperatures hotel location is just so important. The excellent Leymona Beach Club is just a few hundred metres from the hotel with sun beds and parasols in tiers of terraces down to steps into the cool sea - all available to their cafe and bar customers. This provides a wonderful escape from the hottest hours of the day. Hotel Sonne has parking just outside and even provides beach towels (even offers to wash yours!).A All in all a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful place.

A stone's throw from the shops, harbour and local mosque - handy. We'd booked after seeing the hotel mentioned in a recent piece in "The Guardian" newspaper. A good choice for our first visit to Kas. Sound proof windows to keep the music from the town out at night and quiet air conditioning - all great for a good night's sleep.

What really stood out to us is how welcoming, friendly, and helpful the staff and owner was. They greeted us every morning and made sure we were having a great time! The location is unbeatable and the hotel lets you borrow goggles and beach towels! The breakfast is amazing and the view is unreal. Def the best hotel to stay in old town kas!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - worst reception in decades of travelling, once someone appeared they asked me my room number (!?!?!) Then they even fought over who had carry one suitcase upstairs. A table on the balcony but no chair/s. Amenities seem to be one fridge, only. I've plugged it in...

• Patricia (10/5): Amazing hotel in a great location - An amazing hotel with style, beautifull throughout. The owners could nit do enough for you, and the staff as well. The breakfast was sensational as eas the view from the dining room. Beach towels and snorkels/masks/flippers privided too. The rooms and bathrooms were of a very high standard, confirtable beds, with tea & coffee making facilities. The internet throughout the hotel and in the rooms was great with a high signal. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and sparkling.There were maps and lots of formation/leaflets in the reception area, and you can book trips out. The owners had thought of everything needed to make a stay there very special, lots of extras and thoughtful touches I have never seen in any other hotel I have been to. Highly recommended, and Ilme and my friends would certainly stay there again. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Kas an experience never to be forgotten

• Evren (10/5): Keyifli,memnun kalınası - Kesinlikle çok güzel bir otel.Sahibi ve çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü.Otel merkezi ve yürüyerek Kaş merkeze ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi.Ekonomik odamız biraz küçüktü ama herşey o kadar güzeldi ki sorun olmadı biziö için.Bir de plaja giderken temiz plaj havlusu deniz gözlüğü vs temin ediyorlar her gün bu harikaydı.Havlu kurutmaktan nefret ederim zira.

• Sevil (8/5): Otelden gerçekten çok memnun kaldık - Otelden gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Küçük sevimli ve temiz bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı diğer yorumlardaki gibi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Bizim kaldığımız oda oldukça küçüktü ama tertemiz ve sevimliydi. Otelin kendi sahili bulunuyordu, konum olarak da merkeze cok yakın yuruyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar cok guleryuzlu ve yardımseverdi. Cok memnun kaldık
