mariaalejandrac607 (10/5): Amazing place to stay in while visiting Cusco - This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Cusco, 3 min walk to a main Plaza (plaza de armas), and the most iconic and historical places in Cusco. The rooms are super comfortable, everything clean, the receptionist always open to help anytime, and the breakfast (buffet) always fresh and delicious. Definitely the place to stay in while visiting Cusco.

Izadora (8/5): Necessario ajuste de expectativa - As fotos do hotel não mentem, mas foram tiradas em ângulos mto favoraveis. Na realidade, as paredes sao finas e nao ha mt isolamento acustico, o quarto nao tem calefacao (mas o hotel disponibilizou um aquecedor movel que funcionou mto bem), nem todos os banheiros estao reformados, o cafe da manha é apenas razoavel. Por outro lado, a localizacao é excelente, o guia indicado pelo hotel nos atendeu super bem e a equipe entendia o portugues mto bem. Eu diria que expectativas precisam ser ajustadas (por esse preco teria um hotel melhor em Lima, mas esse é o padrao de Cusco mesmo).
Verified traveler (6/5): Regular - El hotel está bien ubicado y todo muy aseado pero las instalaciones no son comodas. La primera habitacion asignada era amplia, pero tenia fallas y goteras en el baño, lavamanos, la tv no funcionaba. Solicitamos cambio y nos asignaron una nueva habitacion pero muy pequeña, eramos 2 y apenas podiamos movernos en la habitacion. El baño muy pequeño hasta para 1 persona poderse mover. El desayuno deficiente y todas las bebidas siempre estaban frias (agua, leche, café). Una lastima.

Maritza (6/5): - Excelente servicio. El staff fue muy amable, limpio y bien localizado el hotel. Desafortunadamente la habitación si necesita mucha mejoría, el baño no tiene puerta y esto crea un reguero de agua por todo lado, y en el techo tienen varias claraboyas q hacen la habitación super caliente cuando hay sol, la luz es tan intensa que no puedes dormir ni en el dia ni en la noche. El sol o la luna te da en la cara. Y te obliga a levantarte antes del amanecer porque la luz es demasiado intensa. Si vas hacer una siesta o quieres descansar, prácticamente necesitas bloqueador para acostarte en la cama.

Charyl (4/5): - The only redeeming quality of this place is that the staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The photos on the site are very deceiving and are staged. The bathrooms are not as nice as pictured. There are many things wrong like not being able to get hot water in the sink. Quick fixes to sinks and showers. I had two different rooms since I came back after my Inca Trail trek. The first room smelled of urine coming from the bathroom. It was very small with not a lot of room to move around or put your things in. The second room the bathroom was better but the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and the floor would get wet. The sheets feel like paper and the pillows were not very comfortable. At night, it is so cold. Luckily, you can ask for a room heater but it doesn’t warm up the room as much as you’d like. The location is great but I would not recommend staying here if comfort is something important to you.

Verified traveler (6/5): Ok, maar niet zo Boutique… - Prima locatie nabij Plaza de Armas. Goede ontvangst. Goed ontbijt. Kamer viel beetje tegen. Alles hoger dan 1.80 meter was niet schoon. Boekten met uitzicht op de stad, maar was dat niet. Van een hotel met Boutique in de naam verwacht je meer, zeker ook gezien de prijs. Ok erblijf, maar prijs-kwaliteit viel beetje tegen.

Persio (2/5): No hot water - Terrivel! O hotel tinha problemas com fornecimento de agua quente. No primeiro dia abri o chuveiro e nao saia agua quente. Chamei o pessoal da recepção e eles tiveram que mexer nos aquecedores para funcionar. No segundo dia, cheguei bem tarde no hotel e não tinha agua nenhuma (nem quente nem fria) no meu quarto. Acionei a recepção e me disponibilizaram uma outra suite apenas para tomar banho. Me propuseram trocar de quarto, mas no novo tinha um cheiro insuportável. Preferi manter minha suite atual. No terceiro dia, tinha agua quente, mas ao final do banho ela acabou. Por sorte ja tinha terminado meu banho. Este hotel precisa fechar para uma reforma urgente. Tinha vazamento de agua no vaso sanitario e na pia.
ANA CLAUDIA (10/5): Tranquilidade e aconchego - O hotel é maravilhoso! Bem aconchegante! Chegamos e já fomos muito bem recebidos e servidos com chá de coca. Tem um jardim lindo para fazer fotos com roupas temáticas e descasar desfrutando um chá quente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

During our second state later in March we only saw him once, so we felt better. The rest of staff was very friendly, helpful, respectful, and full of smiles every time we interacted with them. Great location, clean, comfortable, and with Smart TV room. Thank you.

Ricardo (4/5): Ambiente desconfortável, antiquado e pouco limpo - As instalações são ruins e as camas desconfortáveis. Não me senti à vontade no ambiente por conta da falta de limpeza. Chegamos e nos levaram a um quarto com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, pedimos por outra acomodação e nos levaram a uma em que haviam cabelos em meu lençol quando fui me deitar. Os lençóis e toalhas eram manchados também, o que não dava boa impressão de limpeza. Uma das toalhas estava suja e solicitei troca. A toalha de mão tinha no máximo 10x10 cm e ficou encharcada após pouco uso. No ambiente haviam degraus, inclusive uma mureta para chegar no box, por isso não recomendo para idosos. Minha esposa chegou a se acidentar no banheiro ao entrar no box. A privada também tinha peças soltas que deixavam o uso perigoso e desconfortável. O atendimento foi OK e o café da manhã razoável. A localização é boa, bem próximo à Praça das Armas.

584susanav (4/5): Not what I expected - First thing this hotel is out of shape everything is old and they charge you more is you are tourist even that they don't tried to do some up dates to the place, the paint on the walls is coming off, the rooms are Ok, bathroom old and moldy be aware if you bring big luggage you have to carried them to the top floors. The good things about this place are location, friendly staff especially the girls, decent breakfast and they take care of belongings if you to Machu Pichu. Este hotel podría estar mucho mejor si los dueños le invirtieran dinero en pintarlo, arreglar los baños etc, ya que esta en una excelente ubicación pero parece que no les interesa, el hotel en si le hace falta renovaciones, los empleados son amables y atentos
double35 (2/5): Rip Off Foreigners!! - I booked on hotels.com, price said 61.60. They didn't charge until the morning. They said we will charge in Soles, ummm ok. Then they charged a higher exchange rate. They charge 3.5 soles per $ instead of 3.24. So that $60 room became $70. When questioned they say hotel policy. That is for one night, lucky I didn't spend the week.
