- Megan (2/5): - After 5 hours of driving windy roads we get to the hotel at 9:20. Our sink is full of gross grime and the sink was clogged. They wouldn’t switch us rooms because there “wasn’t any more rooms” after 30 minutes of a guy trying to unclog it they finally “upgraded” us to a different room. As all of a sudden now we are allowed to switch. We went from a king bed to a queen bed where after having the ac on all night the room didn’t get any cooler so not even an upgrade. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels across the states and this was my worst experience. Ridiculous being that late not to just switch rooms we had to kind of have a freak out to even make it happen just so we could shower and go to bed.

- Olive (10/5): - Beautiful room with king size bed. Actually the bed has a jump in the middle, showing its age and with people sleeping mostly on the sides, but it was comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom. Keurig machine for coffee. Friendly staff. The only negative comment is outside there is a table for staff or guests to go smoke. There is no ashtray provided, so there are multiple cigarette butt’s on the ground. This is at the front, so takes away from the ambiance of the place. Otherwise very nice place. We would definitely stay there again.

- joseph (4/5): - The check in point reeked of cigarette smoke and was promised that the rooms would be unaffected on a property advertised as non-smoking. However, the room smelled of stale smoke and made, what could have been a comfortable room, the stay very unpleasant.

- L2257NQsusanb (10/5): Great place to stay - The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable and and the staff is courteous and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but the small coffee stand was excellent with yummy fresh made bakery items. We will stay there whenever we are in Susanville.

- Julie (10/5): - We stayed here on our way to Shasta and it was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom had everything we needed with great products. If we're ever in this area again, we'd definitely stay here.

- Gary (4/5): - We were not told that the casino and bar were shut down at check in. Reunion weekend with a lot of people staying. Staff should have told us at check in. Bathtube small, if you're fat you wont fit.
- Kathy (8/5): - We had a wonderful time! Such friendly staff, especially in the casino. We didn’t like the smoke smell that permeated everywhere. Wish it was a non smoking casino, or at least smaller smoking section. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Great shower with water pressure!!

- Erinn (8/5): - The property was convenient for us as we were visitng family that lives nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The overwhelming smell of stale smoke that accosts you as you enter the lobby is absolutely awful for those of us who don't smkoe. Thankfully, the room did not smell like smoke. I know that the casino allows smoking, but the smell is my only criticism.
- Steven (8/5): Good Place to Stay - We've stayed there several times over the years. It's still a pretty good place to stay. I think it's one of the best in Susanville. Seems a little tired. We do like having the restaurant on site and the food is pretty goo.
- Keith (10/5): Peaceful stay away from home - Excellent, quiet room. I don't think anyone was on either side, so very peaceful and quiet. Hotel front desk had my request in order, so was much appreciated. I gambled a little and won a few dollars. Staff very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. The safe didn't work, and Kudos to the maintenance staff for being attentive to it, though were not able to fix it.

The shower was great and the water pressure was wonderful. The bed was comfy The smoke smell in lobby and restaurant iilunpleasant but our floor and.room were fine
