I stayed here for work, and unfortunately, the water situation was unacceptable. The water coming out of the tap was murky and had a strange texture/smell. It honestly looked like wastewater or grey water was mixing with the supply. This made basic tasks like brushing teeth or washing my face feel unhygienic, and I bought bottled water just to wash up. For the price and for a business stay where you need to freshen up, this is a major issue. Management needs to address the plumbing or water source immediately

• Andrew (4/5): - As a foreigner staying in Multan is really difficult. You are not allowed out without a police escort and getting one depends on the relationship the hotel has with the police or the effort they want to put in. This hotel is by far the worst of the three Multan hotels I stayed in. The staff are pretty unmotivated and continually promise things will be done when they clearly won't. They cleaned the room on day one (of 5) then gave up. The restaurant staff were helpful with the food ok. Getting out of the hotel in the evening was impossible. The last 2 nights was booked for a wedding who took ober the restaurant, communal areas and on occasion the lobby. The others just had to make do. If you are a foreigner only come to Multan if you need to. If you do this would be low down on the list of hotels I would choose.

• Uddin (8/5): Nothing Special - I recently stayed at the old branch of Hotel one Lalazar, which I booked by mistake instead of the newer location I had seen on social media. While the old branch didn't match the luxury level of the new one, I found it to be a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. I appreciated their willingness to extend my checkout time by 1.5 hours , which allowed me to relax a bit longer. Overall, while the hotel may not be as modern as its newer counterpart, the service and serene environment made my stay worthwhile. I recommend this branch for those looking for a quieter experience with attentive staff. Ambiance and elevation from outside and lobby, as well as stairs looks like old residencial appartments.
