Very easy check in and out process Size of room and value for my money. This room should not be rented to more than one person at a time. Without a doubt the worst value/room that we experienced in Korea
• FUNAKI (10/5): また、利用したいと思いました！ - 部屋は3階で狭い階段しかありませんがスタッフが気付いてくれてスーツケースの上げ下ろしは手伝ってくれました。 近くにはコンビニやご飯屋さんもあり明洞駅の近くなので便利でした。お客さんが少なかったのか隣の部屋の音は気にならなかったです。シャワールームは半分仕切りがあり助かりました。お値段お値打ちなのでまた利用したいです。 チェックインの際に、中が真っ暗でカギがかかっていて呼び鈴鳴らしても誰も出てこないし閉店したの？とちょっと慌ててたら中からスタッフが出てきました！部屋は3階で狭い階段しかありません。 部屋の掃除はナシ。ハンドタオルはありますがバスタオルはなかったです。

• Céline (8/5): Un très bonne adresse - Emplacement idéal près de la N Tower et des quartiers touristiques de myeongdong. Toutefois c'est vraiment très calme. Pas de petit-déjeuner mais bouilloire, machine à café thé et café à disposition. Une cuisine pour se faire réchauffer des plats avec un salon de repos. Possibilité de laisser les valises. Literie très confortable. Pas d'ascenseur mais la personne de l'accueil aide à porter les valises. Des restaurants et supérettes à proximité. Le store à lamelles qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin et le lampadaire de la rue qui éclaire aussi.

Filtro de água e gelo à disposição. Guesthouse não tem elevador. Ficamos no terceiro andar, então foi bem difícil subir e depois descer com as malas. O quarto estava precisando de alguns reparos (pintura, banheiro).

The room was a bit tight for 2 people but for a short stay is fine given the location and value The place was clean and facilities were great. Fresh towels everyday was nice It gets a bit loud I guess because of thin walls. It wasn’t really an issue but if you’re a sensible sleeper better bring some ear plugs

The room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay (we stayed for four nights); we had to sort out the rubbish and replenish the toilet paper ourselves. Seoul Tower or by Cable car. I highly recommend this guest house. I never get to meet the staff but communication is great. Self check-in. The area is superb. Bed is very comfortable. Nothing.

• MOE (7/5): また泊まってもいい - 坂が少しきついけど明洞駅と繁華街が近い。 コンビニもスタバもキンパ屋さんも近くにある。 床暖があり、暖かい。 オーナーが優しい（どこにあるか分からないって言ったらタオル持ってきてくれた） 3人で泊まったが少し狭いけど同時に3台キャリー開ける。 タオルがセルフで取らないといけなくて、時間をすぎると取れなくなってしまう。時間通りに取りに行っても扉な開かない時も。。 変換プラグが必要で、コンセントが少ない。枕元にはない。
• 和恵 (5/5): もう少し壁が厚ければ、、！ - 明洞の繁華街から近く、徒歩で乙支路入口などにも行くことができました。オーナーさんと顔を合わせることはなかったですが、メールで問い合わせ後も丁寧にやり取りしてくださいました。 壁が非常に薄く、隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえでした。夜10時以降は静かにするようにと紙を置いてくださっていましたが本当にうるさく... 夜中1時に隣の日本人が最初はグー、ジャンケンホイとジャンケンをし始めて呆れてしまいました。

Big washer and dryer. 1)Couldn't find the entrance to the guesthouse. Door is small, no lighting (it's motion sensor activated). 2)Check-in counter and communal area is at basement, where the smell is the worst. 3)Stairs is narrow. 4)Musty smell once we stepped into the place. They tried to mask it with fragrance but it made things worse. 5)Stairs are motion-activated lighting, understandably they are eco-friendly but still inconvenient to climb stairs.

Odaya girdiğimizde hiç boy havlusu yoktu 2 küçük el havlusu bırakılmıştı, kalan dört günde hiç kimse uğrayıp havluları değiştirmedi , oda süpürülmedi , tuvalet kağıdı dahi bırakılmadı yedek her işimizi kendimiz gördük ve odada duş bile alamadık bu havlu yokluğundan dolayı havlu istemek için tesis yetkilisine mail attığımda da hiç kimseden dönüş almadım o yüzden hiç memnun kalmadık konaklamadan. Ayrıca şehrin geneli ile paralel olarak oda korkunç küçük , valizleri yatagin üstünde açmak zorunda kaldık ve oda dört gün hiç süpürülmediği için temizlik yapmak zorunda kaldık gerçekten bizi çok zorladı. Dört gün boyunca hiç kimse çöplerimizi almadığı için çöpleri odanın içinden alıp konteyner aramak zorunda kaldık dışarıda gündüz yanımızda taşıdık.

• Chago Lim (9/5): Great location! Big shower area, amazing host! - Location is superb but the price is quite competitive. Just a few steps away from Myeongdong exit station 2 and then a couple more towards the Namsan Cable Car. There are many convenient stores around the neighborhood as well as quaint 3rd wave coffee places. The place is generally clean but is small, as with any guesthouses around the place. And there's a flight of stairs you have to deal with since most don't elevators just like this one. The toilet and shower is quite spacious, there's a separator for the toilet and the shower, quite Rare for a guest house. There is a communal area where you can get hot and cold water for drinks, there are complimentary tea and coffee as well, and a big TV and a comfortable sofa incase you want to lounge. Its accessible daily and in any hour. Our host was great, by default you get a small towel, but you can request a full towel, and he can clean up the room for you after you leave for the day, and come back home clean - you just have to ask via email or thru the booking chat app. He's quite responsive too. We were able to self check-in as we arrived wee hours of the morning. Just message the host. Would I book here again? Definitely. And will be back! Thank you dear Host for having us! We had a great time!! Flight of stairs especially if you're carrying a heavy luggage. You can request to be on the 2nd floor. If you're arriving within the host's time which is between 8:00 to 22:00, he can help you carry the luggage.
• GRETCHEN (8/5): The location good. The staff is helpful. Allows you to refill supply by yourself. - Very near the Myeongdong Shopping Street. Location of the guesthouse has a lot of convenience store and restaurant. It is also very near the Metro and Bus station. There is no elevator. So of you have big and heavy luggage it is not favorable but the staff help you with your luggage as well.
• Jimena (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Queda en todo myengdong, que es una gran ubicación si vas de turismo. Te puedes ir a pie a los sitios culturales turísticos en una caminata promedio de 20 a 30 minutos, encuentras mucho comercio, a 5 minutos de la calle myengdong que es muy turística en comida, souvenirs, productos del cuidado de la piel. A 2 minutos a pie de la estación de metro La habitación estaba muy limpia, el anfitrión muy pendiente siempre de todo, te ofrece muchas cosas para facilitar tu estancia (conversores de energía, plancha para ropa, café, agua, etc...) La habitación un poco pequeña, y las toallas un poco pequeñas, pero para ubicación, es un muy buen lugar

• Lea (10/5): - The location was absolutely perfect, just about 5 minutes from a subway station and the Myeongdong area. The room was very nice, equipped with a small fridge as well. There was a kitchen and dining area in the basement, which was very convenient. The check-in and checkout were super easy and really fast. The room was big enough for a solo traveler, but if it would need to fit two people, it could be a little bit cramped with all the bags and luggage. The WiFi was a bit slow in the room at times, but in the basement area with the kitchen it worked just great.

Cafe, thé à dispo le matin, c etait tres agréable mais accessible qu à partir de 8h, si on part tot le matin on ne peut pas prendre de cafe dommage. Aspirateur à dispo, bien pratique. Logement est un peu petit mais pour 5 nuits ca passe. Il manquait d eclairage dans la salle de bain. Pas de grand miroir dans la chambre, dommage. Nous etions 2 couples à dormir dans la chambre, il y avait qu une seule clé, pas tres pratique. Les serviettes etaient petites mais on le savait, on a pallié à cela. 1 seule machine à laver, dommage.

• Alyssa (9/5): Overall, a very good experience! - The location is a convenient five-minute walk from the busy streets of Myeongdong, very convenient especially when you still want to explore at night. The room is clean and surprisingly not that small, considering that there was also a small cabinet for storage. We were still comfortable with the space. The common area in the basement was also very convenient if you want to eat your convenience store breakfast in the morning, or you want to refill water. The owners were very nice and accommodating. About the noise, yes it’s not super thick but I think it also depends on the people staying beside your room, ours was quiet. Take into consideration that while it isn’t a very steep slope, it is still an upward hill towards the guesthouse, so doing this every night gets tiring.

• Inés (9/5): Amazing Guesthouse! Nice location & price!! - The divider shower was really lovely! The smell of the bathroom could be a bit much at times. I don’t know what caused it but it smelled a little funky.
• Xu (10/5): It is clean and we like the location very much - Location is one of the best. The night market and shopping just a few blocks away and across a subway under path. Many restaurants. Train station and bus stop are near by. Manager is very nice and allows us to leave luggage there after check out. It’s up hill and hard to walk with luggage. It’s better to call a taxi from train station to go to the hotel. About 7000 won depends on traffic. Not a problem for young people. It’s not a problem to leave the hotel as it’s a down hill walk .
• Eunice (9/5): Superb - The staff of the guesthouse were absolutely exceptional. On our first day having breakfast at the communal kitchen the manager gave us Yakult drinks and upon chrckout gave us free Korean bookmarks as souvenirs. On top of that the location of the property on the street directly opposite from the Myeongdong shopping street is unbeatable. Unbelievable convenience to catch the metro or bus to/from the airport. The only small inconvenience was that the towels were the size of hand towels instead of full-size towels, but you can easily get nore towels and also change them everyday. This guesthouse is highly recommended, and I will definitely be staying there again next time I am back in Seoul. small towels and the extraction fan in the bathroom of room 301 was not working properly. However, these are minor issues, and I would absolutely stay at this guesthouse again and recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

I never met the owner but messaged them twice through booking messaging and they would respond within the hour even around midnight hours when we asked them for bigger towels and we got them next day without any issue! The area is quiet which is a big contrast if you walk downhill to the actual main street which is a plus because you'll sleep great. The rooms are A LOT smaller than pictured but honestly didn't stay in the room unless it was to sleep so we didn't mind but just FYI. The bathroom has no ventilation whatsoever so you need to open the actual room door to let that moisture out of the room because even the toilet paper and your clothes get slightly damp so it feels stuffy. This place has no elevator and its just stairs to go up and down so if you travel with luggage or stairs aren't your thing avoid this place as there is no way around it we were on the third floor.
• Rachel (3/5): Over all not worth the price. Good location. - Mattress was ok. Location good. City roads loud, no elevator, no lobby, owner never checked me in (or verified my passport) and simply left a key in the unlocked room. Only one pillow is provided and it’s hard plastic material and made sleep miserable. Only provide small hand towel for showering - no normal sized towels available. No complimentary water bottles like other hotels/homestays offer. Plugs were very loose and adapter couldn’t stay in which made using them difficult. The owner offered to store my luggage, but when I came back to gather it I decided to plug in my phone for a minute to charge before leaving and started to collect my belongings. He promptly pointed at the sign on the table which said, “You cannot hang out here after checking out.” Which I had no plans to do. I tried to explain I was just leaving and he would just repeat “sorry.” I tried to use google translate and he waved me off and left. Very confusing and rude. Kitchenette only available from 0900-2200. The cost does not correspond to the quality of the hotel stay.
• Thibault (5/5): Passable - The staff is really nice and flexible. Location is great Room is insanely cold, even with the floor heating on full and the radiator also in full room was still a little bit cold. But there is no heating in the bathroom so its a constant 10° inside of it and its not really comfortable.

• Manon (6/5): Convenient but uncomfortable - Bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious, there is a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a kitchen that you can use (washing machine and dryer for a small fee). The bathroom looks modern but has very bad ventilation, even after a short shower everything in the bathroom is wet and the drops stay on every surface for many hours. The toilet paper was soaked because of it. Also, there were no shelfs on which we could put our stuff in the room or the bathroom. What I liked the least was that there was some medical glass capsule waste from a previous guest laying underneath the fridge and I almost stepped on it with bare feet when it rolled into the room. There was also some other stuff from previous guests and dust behind the fridge. The room is small, so I don’t understand how this waste can be missed when doing basic cleaning.
• Vanessa (9/5): Great stay in central Seoul with lovely, helpful staff - Super central to Myeong-Dong and nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. Subway just around the corner. For this central location rather quiet place and the staff was super nice and helpful. The walls are very thin and if you have loud neighbors, you might hear them.
