- Alexander Lawrence (8/5): - It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). There's also a large shopping mall less than a ten minute walk away with plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall a nice place and I would stay here again.

- David (2/5): Horrible experience - We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Room was old and dirty with scuffed furniture. Air conditioning did not work and the room was uncomfortably hot. The receptionist told us to leave our hotel room door open. We got up in the morning to take the shuttle to the airport and all of the hotel staff were extremely rude and aggressive. We were treated like garbage. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

- Sheena (10/5): - Free transfer to airport included even in the middle of the night. They also kindly offered us a packed breakfast to take with us to the airport. The room is big and comfortable. Very good for the price.
- Harold (10/5): - We have stayed at the property about 8 time over the last couple of years and not had any problems. The costs are very reasonable. Ideal for the airport. The one thing I didn't like was the hotel became very popular in the summer and each time I tried to book it was full. Not the hotels fault just shows you what it's like in the summer. I will hopefully be using it again around Oct/Nov if I can get a room.

- PETKO (8/5): - The the hotel is good and the staff is nice. However the parking system is very inconvenient. It uses shared card for all of the guests, i.e. you borrow the card from the reception, park the car then return the card. To leave the parking you borrow the card, exit the parking with the car through the exit 150 m away, and go back to the hotel to return the card.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Convinient location,but - Well ...room was ok.I had problem with the Tv I was not able to turn it on and watch any show.I asked one of the guy receptionst to help me he said he will send somebody ,but nobody came.I asked again on the other day for help nobody came.There was no blanket in the room and it was so cold during the night.Toilet was leaking so I was hearing water leaking noise all night...Location is good,wifi was good.There is a resaurant in the hotel which I find very convinient.Airport transfer is also a good option.The two young laidies at the reception I spoke with were very polite and helpful.I will probably stay again,but I will ask for diffrent room.
- Graham (6/5): - Chosen due to its perfect location for our needs and attractive price, this hotel is in the communist style, functional and minimalist. Good points - pleasant staff throughout, 2 working lifts, rooms clean, fridge, good choice of tv channels, comfortable bed, decent en-suite bathroom, good breakfast included in price. Not so good - shower doors not closing properly, that slight drainage smell in the bathroom that you often come across in Bulgaria, wafer thin walls meaning we were kept awake most of the first night by our neighbours who insisted on having a very long and loud conversation.
