- Lucie (10/5): Příjemné ubytování na krásném místě - V apartmánu bylo dostatek místa, pohodlný gauč, velká koupelna, dostatečně vybavená kuchyň s myčkou. Děti si moc užili vnitřní bazén, pingpongový stůl a posilovnu. V chatě bylo příjemně teplo a peřiny byly také dostatečně teplé. Špatné jsem si přečetla, že je pobyt se snidani, při pobytu v chatce se snídaně plati. Dvakrát jsme si ji zaplatili a byla opravdu bohatá. Plati se při příjezdu ještě 250 Euro kauce, z té potom strhnou kol 40 Euro za úklid, zbytek posílají zpět na účet do několika dní. Ale i tak jsme byli moc spokojeni.

Za placení pro pejsky na dvě noci přes 40 eur pro jednoho a psi neměli ani kde spát misku na jídlo pití nechápu proč tolik ,chápu kdyby byl základní servis nejsme zhýčkaní ale dost drahé ! Za druhé kauce stejná na dvě noci 300 eur stejná jako pro lidi na týden dost si myslím ! U bazénu když venku prší tak je to na holínky i dovnitř no myslím ,že tak hezké vymyšlené místo dost jednoduchých věcí co by se stačilo zamyslet …

- Birgit (8/5): - Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig, man kann gut draußen sitzen Freundliches Personal. Auf unsere Beschwerde bezüglich Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche wurde schnell reagiert. Schon insgesamt sehr abgewohnt, wackelige Nachttischlampen, lose Türschnallen, lockerer Duschkopf, kein Schwamm und Wettex in der Küche. Spüli und Geschirrspülmittel müssen gekauft werden. Es sollte eigentlich im Interesse des Resorts sein, dass das Kochgeschirr auch gut gereinigt werden kann. Die Töpfe der Küche waren von den Vorbenutzern schmutzig zurückgelassen worden…

- Anton (8/5): Кто любит тишину и покой, погулять пешком- отличное место. - Намного тише деревни на против. Уютно, красиво, можно спокойно погулять без толп туристов. На ресепшене есть и пиво, и мороженое и даже колбаса. Парковка прям под окном. Матрас мягкий на столько, что спишь вниз головой.

- Hibiki (9/5): Overall it was great, my children loved the place and were very happy with the place. - The scenery was great, pool was very clean, environment was awesome, and staff were nice. The breakfast buffet was also tasty and reasonable, considering that this is Europe (great that they have discounts for small children). There was some small trash left between the sofa, the facility was little old, but not so bad to deteriorate the overall experience.

- Schander (8/5): - Die Gegend ist schon aber nur für paar Tage, vielleicht ist im Sommer besser. Alle Seilbahnen waren wegen Wartung geschlossen, mussten 30 km + weiter fahren. Das Sofa ist durch, muss erneuert werden. Die Wende brauchen dringend neue Anstrich, Duschkabinen Türen sind unten abgerissen aus der Halterung. Die Stühle mit Polsterung am Tisch sind Fehler am Platz, verdreckt, kann man nicht abwischen. Wer keine große Ansprüche hat, kann man aushalten.

- Orsolya (9/5): - The apartment was clean and well-equipped; everything was in order. The location is perfect—close to the lake and to Hallstatt, easy to access, and the setting is very charming. The hotel could be more generous in that guests could be provided with toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and coffee capsules free of charge. It was very warm; it would be good if the heating could be set below 23°C. We also missed a microwave and a frying pan in the kitchen—these would be necessary for preparing breakfast and other meals.

Check-out sürecinde ödeme ve depozito konusunda ciddi bir iletişim problemi yaşadık. Depozitodan yapılacak kesintiler konusunda net ve şeffaf bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Ayrıca, kalan tutarın iadesiyle ilgili çelişkili bilgiler verildi. Bu durum konaklama deneyimini olumsuz etkiledi.
