• Михаил (9/5): - Отель находится немного в отдалении от центра, место тихое. Рядом налево ручей Фей, фабрика рыбного соуса, есть неплохие кафешки. До рынка Хам Тьен полчаса пешком. Направо до рыбацкой деревни тоже полчаса пешком. Самое обидное - в августе очень грязное море. Это пластиковые пакеты, бутылки, стаканы, тряпки. Близость рыбацкой деревни и направление ветра тому виной. Говорят, что в сезон ветер меняется и грязь уносит от берега. В компенсацию этому есть очень хороший, чистый бассейн. Персонал следит за его чистотой. Наш номер был на втором этаже с красивым прямым видом на море. Кондиционер работал нормально. Имеется маленький холодильничек, чайник, сервиз на две персоны. Немного чая и кофе в пакетиках. Холодильник спрятан в тумбе из-за этого он сильно грелся, поэтому я снимал дверцу шкафчика, тогда он переставал работать непрерывно и отключался "передохнуть". Сантехника была в порядке, стильная, красивая, но напор воды в душевой слабоват. Вообще мебель, лежаки, постельное и др. довольно "уставшее". В сильный дождь крыша течет. Дождь был ночью и капало прямо на постель. Завтраки по меню хорошие. Девять вариантов. Не было в наличии только мексиканского. По просьбе, в дни раннего выезда на экскурсии, завтрак давали сухим пайком, состоящем из вареных яиц, тостов и апельсина (вместо апельсина хотелось бы, например, банан). По вечерам, несмотря на то что люди отдыхают на балконах, подсветку территории и освещение балкона выключает завхоз. В первый раз я попросил включить обратно, но в последующие дни он делал тоже самое. А вообще персонал приветливый. Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Интернет работал без нареканий на всей территории. Хозяин добродушный. Умиляли хозяйские котики и собачки.

Teils Karaoke des Besitzers der absolut unempfänglich für jegliche Beschwerde ist/war. Und das in einer Lautstärke die eine absolute Frechheit und Zumutung ist. Das war wirklich übel
• Jill (7/5): Good for stay if you are windsurfing and winging on kiteboard. - Location to the ocean when tide was in. Pool was nice, breakfast and coffee was nice and good options. No room without breakfast. Kitchen to cook meals was why we stayed here - not many utensils. Bed was comfy and were pillows The room was freshly painted but a bit tired looking (furniture (rusty) kitchen, bath towels, bathroom). Not as picture shows on booking.com. Robes are shown in pictures -this is not the case. When checking in the sheets smelt like they had been on bed for a white. You need a scooter to get to places as a bit far out. Staff friendly once you get to know them but not trained properly when checking in. Owners seem to Russian and if you are not Russian seem disinterested. For price unless you are not doing water sports or need a kitchen, best to stay other places. Beach at end toward fishing village full of rubbish. Other end of beach better

• John (4/5): - The room was run down. Walls were falling apart fuzz balls behind headboard. Towels were stained, shower temperature goes from cold to hot then very hot, in the lowest setting. The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool but beach is dirty (that is for everyone regardless of where you stay.) Next door is a dumpsite. Eating facility is nice right by the beach.

Nice bed linen, hot showers, choice of 4 breakfasts. Lovely pool, water sports lessons and equipment rental. Friendly, helpful staff, lots of dog lovers. Manager Anna knows cats and dogs and helped my golden when he was ill and recommended an excellent vet, many thanks.

This closes at 7pm so we ordered a few drinks and sat there in peace and quiet, enjoying the view. Casual beach theme decoration.

• Daan (7/5): Vietnam 2023 - The room was large and the view over the pool and sea were very nice. Furthermore the surfschool and instructor are very good and they have a lot of equipment available. The pool is very relaxing and clean, and is a real refresher after a day of activities. Some personel is not very easy to communicate with and this makes it quite hard sometimes. Outside of the "high season" there is no option for dinner or drinks at the hotel later in the evening/night. Keep this in mind. Due to it not being "high season" the premises was cluttered (on the sides) with old furniture and building materials.

• Sherman (9/5): Superb - We've chosen to stay at Surf4You because it's close to our friend's home, and it's a place that offers surfing lessons. Our boy has a 3-day surfing lesson with Phi from the hotel. Phi is a very experienced water sports coach who is very patient and gentle. We enjoy the lessons with him. Back to the hotel. Our room is facing direct to the sea, with very good view. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaning is done every morning, which is good to clean the sand we brought in the room the day before. Breakfast is another great experience. The restaurant is right next to the water. The menu offers selections, including Russian, Italian, Continental, and Vietnamese noodles. What an experience enjoying breakfast listening to the wave! Shower water pressure is too low. Hot water is barely provided. We found two cockroaches in our room.

• Jan (4/5): Disappointing - Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Rooms cry for renovation - very, very used. Not worth the price. It's impossible to set proper water temperature under the shower. Cold or boiling hot. We had ants in the room that immediately took control over our luggage.

The food was OK and staff were generally pleasant. but I have a few disappointments. I didn't like the fact that when I asked how much the sand dunes tour was she said it was 600k for 4 us for private tour. I did think this was cheap. But I said thanks can I book for 4. Later I found out this was just for the taxi to the sand dunes. When we got there we had to pay a further 1.4 million. Of course this sounds more realistic. But I wish she has clarified that it was 600k for the taxi and then the tour is separate. I also didn't like the mini bar scam. I booked for myself, and my family booked another room separately. Neither of us touched the mini bar. At the end, I don't know how, maybe it was the cleaners, but they cleaned my room and then drunk from the mini bar and then asked me to pay for it. They did the same to my family. We both got charged for the mini bar that we didn't touch. I never touch the mini bar. I refused to pay, but my family just paid. But I think they do this to everyone so watch out.

Room furniture is old and need renovation. I found cockroach, other different insects and lizards in room. Need to take care of these things considering family.

It looked nicer on the pics. The restaurant was lovely with lovely waiter/manager. Hotel receptionist wasn't that great. The pool area was lovely though.

Not a great greeting and not clear when booking it just stated breakfast included. Rom was nice, pool nice but shut out first day for renovations. Would of been ok if beach was nice but the dead rat and copious rubbish put us off!! Not a great stretch of beach. Also they decided to prune coconut trees when we were there, my other half nearly got hit, very poor health and safety! Location is poor, better at other end of mui ne strip. We left a day early.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Motorbike rental is available at the hotel which I find it convenient. Hotel staff is helpful to call for shuttle service to bus terminal. Room facilities is basic excluding hair dryer and shower shampoo, but bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good.

• Suzanne (8/5): Small but a great place to stay. - My husband, adult son and myself stayed at Surf4You at the end of a family holiday from North to South Vietnam. We wanted to end our time together at the beach and have a relaxing time. The hotel is one of the smaller hotels in Muine and is quite a way from the main tourist area but this suited us as it was down the beach end where there were fewer tourists. The resort was busy whilst we were there as there was a Windsurfing completion but that was fun to watch. We even had a Windsurfing lesson with Natoli who is an instructor at the Windsurfing school located at the resort. It was hard but fun to try and windsurf. The resort has a stunning infinity pool which was very clean and you can swim and watch the ocean. The resort is very popular with holidaymakers from Russia . There were 4 different types of breakfast and we found 'The healthy breakfast' to be delicious. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the ocean which was stunning. The staff at the resort were very friendly but many had limited English. The room was kept clean but the cups for tea and coffee were too small and there were no glasses provided although bottled water was provided. We all had a relaxing stay and found little restaurants within walking distance .
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Top location, on the beach. Great facilities for water sports especially windsurfing. We enjoyed Ha Hang restaurant just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. There was a good selection of set menu breakfasts at the hotel. Pool was excellent. Perfect place for relaxing and chilling out. Lots of mini marts around and eateries. Watching the locals fishing was entertaining.
