- JHON (10/5): - The location is very strategic near the night market which serves a lot of typical snacks although for vegetarians there are not many choices. This hotel is very comfortable with a small balcony that allows each occupant to sit back and see the view while enjoying snacks.

- Sam (6/5): Average hotel, sun moon lake overrated - Not worth the money paid, the hotel needs modernising. Even though english wasnt spoken by the receptionist she did her best to help. We didnt get up for breakfast so no comment to be made. Good tv channels and balcony was good with a small view of the lake. The area however isnt great one or two restaurants with english and no bars around. Close to the ropeway station and bus stops.

- Alfred (4/5): Poor security and maintanence - Initially when enter the room, was quite happy as the room is spacious but when check out the balcony, found the glass sliding door was damage--door cannot lock, inform the counter staffs but was ignore. Instead of replacing another room, the staffs asked whether we want to checkout of the hotel!!
