We liked our other room better than the one we originally had. They shut the hot water off at night so we were unable to shower at night. The towels were not soft, and I got one with a big hole. I asked for a refund and was not given one, instead I was moved to a better room with a window, and also received softer newer towels. Wifi would drop a lot and did not have stable connection

Diciendo que ellos no tenían una cuenta inscrita en Hotels para que les pagaran, así que adicional tenía que pagar de nuevo en efectivo. Tratamos de contactarnos con la administradora del lugar y su solución solo fue: “Tienen que pagar si se quieren quedar en el hotel”, después de esto ya no volvió a contestar su celular y no dio solución. Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, es una publicidad y una información engañosa, completamente. Cero recomendable este lugar. Pero por parte de Hotels.com si me solucionaron y me enviaron a otro hotel. Muy agradecida a Hotels.com
