• Jimmy (6/5): Would be a great hotel, if they fix their issues. - Close to neighboring districts. Designated parking for motorcycles. Preferred if I use cash. Apparently their credit card machine did not work or they do not have one. The cleaning ladies were very professional and courteous. Bed was not comfortable. One of the front office staff was being rude and disrespectful, was using another language to disguise the conversation even though I completely understood what they were saying. The air conditioning did not work properly in my first hotel room and they transferred me to another hotel room. The refrigerator in my hotel room did not work at all and they put no effort into replacing it or fixing it. Internet was not as great if not inconsistently slow. The rooms are not soundproofed, can hear other Hotel patrons conversations, could hear traffic, could hear construction all throughout the night.

• Kha (7/5): Good place to stay for 4 nights or less. - The room is clean and functional. There are 2 armchairs when we want to sit down and rest. The bed is big and comfy. The bathroom is generally clean and spacious. It is the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in the entire Vietnam for a 2-star hotel. I am into fengchui, so the large mirror facing the bed is a big no no for me. I had to use a towel to cover it. The shower drain is stinky. It might have some water leak or bad pipe that the water could not block the sewer smell effectively. There is no proper place to put the shower gel and shampoo gel while taking a shower. A simple solution is to use a suction shampoo plate, but the hotel did not bother to take care of this. There is also no convenient place to hang a towel while taking a shower. I had to step out of the showering area, wetting the entire floor in the process. The fridge is not on when we are away, so I cannot leave food while away from my room. This is such a design flaw. The water pump is a nightmare; it is loud and it makes sound whenever we or the room next door use water. It kept me up at night. If you have trouble sleeping, you might want to stay away.
• Alex (10/5): Budget hotel! - Staffs were friendly, helpful, willing to be help anytime. It is a central of Dist 11, so easy to move anywhere. The furnitures are getting old need to be improve, but at least we had a great time here.
