AMANDA (8/5): - El personal fue muy amable. Había una fiesta universitaria cuando llegamos y nos lo comentaron . Les dijimos si podían alojarnos en la habitación más silenciosa que tenían por qué viajábamos en bici y necesitamos descansar y el chico que nos atendió fue super servicial , resolutivo y extremadamente amable. Nos alojaron en la habitación más alejada de la fiesta y pasamos una noche increíble. Gracias de nuevo a él, fue muy buena persona . La rutita cortita de senderismo de al lado está súper bien para un ligero paseo . Allí mismo tienes una tienda de conveniencia y el ambiente en general es muy bueno. Las vistas de la habitación al bosque super chulas. La habitación amplia y con opción de poder cocinar.

KYE SOOK (10/5): - 직원분들 친절하고 객실이 굉장히 넓고 쇼파및 간단한 주방시설이 갖추어져 있어 편리합니다. 베란다로 나가는 큰 창을 통해 보이는 산전망이 너무도 멋집니다. 비온뒤 운무가 가득 걸쳐 있어 숲속에서 제대로 힐링할 수 있는 공간이며 펫 키우시는 분들 이용 가능한 객실과 뛰어놀 수 있는 잔디밭도 있어 편하게 이용 가능해 보였어요. 이 지역에서는 가성비 좋은 숙소라 생각됩니다. 전반적으로 오래된 시설이어서 구석 구석 및 부분 부분 꼼꼼한 관리 유지 보수가 더 필요한 느낌입니다.

이지혜 (10/5): 애견과 함께 즐기기 좋은 충주 켄싱턴 호텔 - 강아지와 함께 편안하게 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 전망도 좋고, 공기도 좋아서 힐링되는 여행이었습니다. 객실 앞에 바로 반려견 놀이터가 있어 산책하기도 편리했고, 호텔에서 강아지 화식을 판매하고 있어 여행 중에도 걱정 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다. 놀이터는 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 바베큐장과 연결되어 있어 강아지들이 노는 모습을 보면서 식사할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 날씨가 더워서 이번에는 바베큐를 이용하지 못했지만, 다음번에는 꼭 해보고 싶습니다. 강아지 용품 중 기저귀가 준비되어 있지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 여행 시 깜빡 잊고 가져오지 못했을 때 구입할 수 있으면 더 편리할 것 같습니다. 또한 놀이터에 강아지들이 마실 수 있는 물이 비치되어 있지 않아 다소 불편했습니다.

Seonjoo (10/5): 펫프렌들리 가성비 숙소로 강강추!!!! - 🐾 "우리집 댕댕이, 드디어 호캉스 입문!" 🐾 켄싱턴리조트 충주는 정말 펫프렌들리 천국이었어요 😍 프론트부터 반려견을 환영하는 분위기 덕분에 우리집 댕댕이도 처음부터 신나 있었답니다. 객실은 반려견 전용룸이라 식기, 방석, 배변패드까지 다 준비돼 있어 집처럼 편했어요. 지하 편의점엔 강아지 용품, 패드, 간식, 사료까지 있어서 혹시 빠뜨린 게 있어도 걱정 없었구요. 1층 로비 옆에는 충주 특산물로 만든 간식들도 다양했고, 강아지 옷이 50% 할인 중이라 눈이 번쩍✨ 실내외 반려견 놀이터도 잘 되어 있었는데, 특히 실외는 중소형견과 대형견 공간이 구분돼 있어 안심하고 뛰어놀 수 있었어요. 또 리조트 주변 산속 산책길이 왕복 30분 코스로 되어 있어서, 큰 강아지들 산책하기도 정말 좋아 보였답니다 🐾🌲 숙소 뷰도 완전 만족! 산 위라서 탁 트인 전망이 시원했고, 새벽에는 물안개가 내려와 장관이었으며, 해 질 무렵 주황빛 하늘은 사진으로 다 담기 힘들 정도로 예뻤어요 🌅✨ 저녁에 가족들이 즐기는 바베큐가 엄청 좋아 보였는데 이번엔 패스! 다음엔 꼭 해보려구요 🥩🐕❤️ 반려견과 함께라 더 행복했던 여행, 또 오고 싶어요. 추천합니다! --- 🇺🇸 English Review 🐾 "Our dog’s first real resort vacation!" 🐾 Kensington Resort Chungju is truly a pet-friendly paradise 😍 From the moment we arrived, the staff made us and our pup feel so welcome. The pet-friendly room came with bowls, a bed, and pee pads, which made our stay super comfortable. Downstairs, the convenience store stocked pet supplies, food, pads, and snacks—really convenient. Next to the lobby, there were dog treats made with local Chungju specialties and even pet clothes on 50% sale 🛒🐕 We also loved the indoor and outdoor pet playgrounds. The outdoor area had separate spaces for small/medium and large dogs, so it felt safe and fun. There was also a forest trail right next to the resort, about a 30-minute round trip, which seemed perfect for big dogs to enjoy a proper walk 🌲🐾 The view from our room was breathtaking. Since the resort is up in the mountains, the panorama was wide open and refreshing. At dawn, a blanket of mist created a magical scene, and at sunset, the orange sky was absolutely stunning 🌅✨ The barbecue area looked fantastic in the evening—we skipped it this time, but next time we’ll definitely try it with our pup by our side 🥩🐾❤️ A truly relaxing and memorable trip with our furry family member. I’m very disappointed with booking.com and the fake expectations for this place. I didn’t like anything. The room hasn’t been cleaned in months and it was evident.

junghun (10/5): 깔끔, 친절~ - 최근 히모델린 된 모양입니다. 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 인터넷 잘 되고 냉장고 넓은 편입니다. 각 층마다 전자렌지가 있어서 사용이 편리했습니다. 침구 좋았구요 응대해 주신분들도 매우 친절하였습니다. 반려동물이 있다면 더 좋았읗 것으로 생각됩니다. 반려 동물에 대한 배려가 매우 많았삽니다. ^-^
Dae Han (4/5): - 건물이 오래되어 노후화 되고, 이부자리가 개끗하지 않음. 주차공간 부족으로 주차 곤란. Pet 동반이라 일반 투수객에게는 불편함이 많음. 가격에 비해 시설 등이 나쁜편임. 다음에는 동일가격으로 이용하고 싶지 않음.

Hongki (8/5): 조식이 매우 부실 - 조식을 포함한 예약이었는데 도시락으로 제공된 조식은 연어 또는 약간의 육류가 섞인 셀러드와 음료뿐이었음 빵류나 식사가 될만한 음식이 없어 성인에게는 매우 부족하고 부실한 조식이었음 이를항의하자 최근 교체된 업체 핑계로 일관하며 전혀 개선의 의지가 없었음 절대 조식 신청을 하지말것을 권고합니다
Lee (8/5): 반려동물을 위한 좋은시설. - 반려견들과 함께 할수있는 최선의 휴양시설입니다. 편안한 마음으로 눈치안보고 강쥐들과 같이 즐길 수 있어서 좋아요, 시설은 낡아서 개보수가 필요합니다. 특히 현관 도어록과 현관문은 교체가 절실합니다. 화장실도 보수 필요하구요. 시설이 너무 낡았어요 개보수하면 훨씬 많은 고객들이 갈겁니다.

mi hee (8/5): ~애견동반여행~ - 애견동반숙소 찾다가 선택한 곳이예요~ 산아래에 있어서 조용하고..펫동반이라는 개념을 넘어서 펫입장에서 생각한 리조트라고 보셔야돼요~ 룸상태는 좀 아쉽지만 침구나 바닥,벽지등은 깨끗하게 관리되었더라구여! 리조트 주위식당이나 카페도 좀 조용하긴했지만 다들 친절하고 애견동반이 허용되는 곳이 꽤나 있어서 행복한 가족여행을 할수 있었어요^^
miran (8/5): 강아지와 편안하게 숙박을 할 수 있어요 - 블로그에서 보던 것보다 더 마음에 들었습니다. 강아지를 배려하는 것이 곳곳에 느껴져서 편안하게 강아지와 지내다 왔어요. 시설이 좀 낡았지만 이용하는데 문제 없었고 집 같아서 안정감도 들었답니다. 산 속에 있어서 공기도 맑고 조용해서 좋은데 반면에 주변에 아무것도 없어서 음식 등을 준비해 오지 않으면 좀 당황스러울 수 있겠네요. 프론트에서 강아지를 위한 어메니티를 매우 진지하게 건네주셔서 급 빵 터졌네요. 엘리베이터, 문앞 등등 강아지들 리드줄을 걸어 놓을 걸이도 있고 대소변을 치울 용품들도 갖춰져 있어서 당황할 일이 없었네요.^^
IN MOO (8/5): 전체적으로 조용하니 아늑해요~ - 후기 읽고 걱정 많이했는데 생각보다 편안하고 조용하고 좋았습니다. 시설은 세월이 흘러 어쩔수 없지만 크게 불편하지 않구요, 저희는 반려견 없이 숙박하였는데 조용하구 냄새도 안나고 좋았어요. 다만 침대 밑에 물건 주우러 봤다가 콘돔이랑 먼지 등 치우지 않은 쓰레기에 충격.. 그리고 화장실 샤워실 천장 환풍구만 청소해주셔도 너무 좋았을 것 같아요.. 환풍구 검은 먼지 씻을때 떨어질까봐 무섭.. 안그래도 천장 낮은데ㅜㅜ 두가지 이외에는 조용하니 아늑하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다! (616호 침대 밑이랑 환풍구 꼭 부탁드려요)

SANGMO (10/5): 숙박 후기 - 시설은 오래된 느낌이지만 대체적으로 조용하고 편안했습니다. 다만 처음 오신분들이라면 애견도 투숙가능하다는 점을 미리 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 애견과 투숙 층, 엘리베이터도 달리 사용하게 관리해준다는 점이 좋았습니다. 지하1층에 편이점이 있어서 급한 물건을 사기에도 부족함이 없었네요. 편이점은 24시간 운영이 안되는 부분도 미리 시간 체크를 할 필요는 있을 것 같습니다.
