Jennifer (10/5): We would stay there again. - Staff, the size of the rooms, pool, breakfast, bikes and the position between old town and A bang beach . Also lots of restaurants, cafes, spas in close proximity. The shuttle bus no longer running.

Beverley (10/5): A Gem of a Hotel. Such a great find!!! - Outstanding property with magnificent staff. A big shout out to Vince, Hugh, Ken and Dolphin at the front desk/ concierge. Breakfast was plentiful, nutritious and varied. All fresh and well prepared. The whole hotel is immaculately clean. Lovely decor and the best pool ever! Larger than a lot of exclusive hotels! Shuttle services run into the Old Town and to the beach. A great service! I could not faulter this hotel. Everything was the best! Thank you so much! It was slightly away from Old Town but still within walking distance. Not a problem!

Location was great, quiet and easy enough to get to the main town with the free shuttle and free bicycles. If not a grab was very easy to get. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was pretty basic, it was comfortable and big but could do with some touches. They provide two small bottles of water each day which is nice, but almost all places we’ve stayed have provided a free water refill. There seemed to be one in reception but staff wouldn’t let me use it not sure why. Very minor things that wouldn’t put me off staying again.
Susan (10/5): A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - From the moment of entry it was absolutely superb .The staff were amazing beautiful and bent over backwards to help you especially Ken and Vin .we travel the world and have never seen staff like them .Great room very comfy bed very quiet.Close to great coffee shops and restaurants.Relaxing by their pool in the day beds were great.Fantastic breakfast.New push bikes were supplied to ride the spectacular rice fields . DEFINITELY my wife and l will be back again.❤️ Not a thing

There was only decent water pressure in the shower in the mornings, which made it inconvenient to wash.

현진 (8/5): 가성비가 좋은 호텔 - 호텔은 오래되었지만 룸 컨디션과 조식이 가성비가 좋았고 셔틀이 있어 올드타운과 안방비치를 다녀올 수 있었던점 룸2개를 사용했는데 업그레이드 해주셔서 감사했음 올드타운 가려면 걸어서 20분 그랩은 항상 잘 잡힘. 룸2개 중 1룸에서 화장실에서 올라오는 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했음. 짐을 다시 싸기 귀찮아서 방을 바꾸지 않은게 2박내내 후회됨 비닐봉지에 물을 담아 막아두고 사용했지만 냄새가 많이 났음 3월은 수영하기 좋은 날씨였지만 수영장 깊이가 160이 젤 낮은듯. 수영을 못하면 놀기가 불편. 아이들 용 수영장이 옆에ㅠ있긴하지만 성인들이 놀기에는 여러모로 아쉬움

margarethY7116QR (8/5): recent stay - This is my top pick when staying in Hoi An, as it is close to everything. I can take a shuttle to the beach or Ancient Town. I could also walk to many local restaurants (shout out to 9 grain), a new Win Mart and ride on the new bikes to the rice paddies. Silent Garden was our favourite location to eat. The rooms are spacious, plenty of fresh towels, great pool, really good buffet breakfast (Western and Asian) and food always replenished regardless of when the time ends. (7 to 9:30). Those cleaning ladies work so hard! It is a very quiet location, and good value for your money. ALL the staff are friendly, always welcoming the guest back by name and thanks Ken, Dolphin for always being ready to open the doors when my arms were full of souvenirs or laundry. This year, there was a coin laundry about 4 blocks away. (sesa) It was great! Hope to see everyone next year.

Free shuttle buses to the exciting areas and free cycle rental were some of the best services provided. Not only that, the staffs were great and the breakfast buffet was superb.

Also close to some good restaurants, cafes and spas. Good bank on the corner. Quick taxi ride to the old town or to the beach. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that it had a shallow end for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely. The rooms are a bit tired and the hotel itself doesn't have much charm. The sister hotel next door is much nicer. The breakfast was just ok.

Rachel (9/5): Relaxed and lovely - The location and staff were delightful! We loved the pool and daily breakfast. Loved the use of the bikes and such an easy stroll into old town the location was just perfect! The spa treatments though in the hotel are not technically part of the hotel so not a mark against the hotel. But not a great experience I had a facial and massage and neither were worth the time in my opinion…. Try an outside cheaper option is my advice

The room was quite large and very clean. Really felt at home here, we will come again. Only negative point was the shower which was over a bath, but still worked well.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with warm, attentive service that never felt forced or scripted. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and within minutes I was settling into a room that was not only spotless but also beautifully designed, combining comfort with a modern, relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was a highlight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and every detail—from the lighting to the layout—seemed thoughtfully arranged to create a calm, restful environment. I especially appreciated the quietness; despite the hotel being lively, the room felt like a private retreat. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. Another standout was the hotel’s facilities. Whether enjoying the well-maintained amenities, relaxing in the common areas, or simply taking in the overall ambiance, it was clear that great care is taken to provide guests with a high-quality experience. Everything felt polished yet welcoming, which is a rare balance to achieve. The location also made the stay even more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transportation. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from and nice spacious dining room for eating so never felt crowded. Pool also looked nice but unfortunately the weather did not co-operate so we were not able to use it.

tom (8/5): Staff were curtious, helpful and efficient. - Food was good. Room was spacious. Given it was a deluxe room, the view from 417 was dire, looking into dirty buildings of rooftops. Neither rooms 417 or 517 had balcony furniture.
Gabriella (9/5): Comfortable peaceful stay. - The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Receptionist found and booked our train tickets for us. We had a ‘city view’ room which actually overlooked a large green area with very little traffic around. The room was very large and comfortable. The gym, though small, had everything we needed. The pool area was really nice and comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. We did need a mattress topper but that was dealt with straight away.

SactoCalvin (10/5): Everything I needed - plus a blow dryer - Would stay again and recommend to a friend. Our 3-night stay was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We chose one of the larger rooms with a seating area, and it was very spacious and quiet with a firm, comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom had a blow dryer, which is a big win while traveling. Breakfast was generous with Western, Vietnamese, and Asian options, and the coffee was excellent. Mrs. Hugh at the front desk was ultra friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. Pool was cool and refreshing for a hot day. The grounds were tidy. Slept like a rock. There are a variety of local food spots and an ATM just around the corner, and the walk to town is a bustling 20 minutes. The walk never bothered us and we did it multiple times a day. There is a free shuttle available from the hotel but it’s a little infrequent so we didn’t use it.

The pool area is great and the shuttle bus is also very handy. We used the free bicycles to explore the nearby rice fields. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
eilyaa (10/5): Perfect - The hotel is so nice upgrading my room since i travel alone for the first time and they wanted me to have a good experience. The distance to hoi an ancient town is just 10 mins and the hotel provided free shuttle and it makes it a lottttt easy. Really recommended.

Ayush36 (4/5): Overall a disappointing stay. - Only three positives about this place. 1. The staff is very nice, and helpful. 2. The big swimming pool. 3. Free bike rental and shuttle service. The rooms are very old and warn down. There is no art or decorations to make it feel cozy. It felt like an old apartment room rather than a hotel. The pool towels are old and dirty. Pool water very very cold. Breakfast was very disappointing as well. Many options for the breakfast but the quality is very low. Worst part is it is a cheap sister hotel to the next door hotel and you can tell it is treated that way. Any drinks or food you order comes from the next door hotel.

Big rooms, clean bathrooms, amazing breakfast. The staff were very helpful and patient. Very close to Old Town and a short bike ride to An Bang beach. Can hire bikes directly at the hotel, some probably need a good service but all the kids managed :) Would stay here again!
velvonalmeida (10/5): Super quick stay but relaxing - We booked this hotel only for a night, super quick stay - checked in at 8:00pm and check out at 9:30am. We were upgraded to a suite room. Reception staff is welcoming and friendly. Offered us to organise one way transport from the hotel to the airport for a Reasonable price of 320,000 (I had pre booked Grab for 309,000 which I then cancelled) Room is spacious. Bathroom is good sized. Both clean and nicely organised. Good amenities provided. Bed is medium to hard firm- just the way we like. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. Breakfast is a good spread and I really enjoyed it. So many options to choose from. Only drawback: Shower pressure is not good. We paid NZ$57 through Agoda (which is US$33 / IN₹3000). Will absolutely stay again if we visit Hoi An.

Jan (8/5): Heel fijn verblijf gehad - Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving. Weinig lawaai van buiten… Vriendelijk personeel. Nette , schone kamers. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Voor elk wat wils en ook voor ons veel keus met lekker brood en beleg. We konden fietsen van het hotel lenen en elke dag een rondje maken. Het strand is op fietsafstand . Wij konden prima naar het oude centrum lopen, maar het hotel heeft ook een shuttle naar het centrum en strand. Ook vlakbij het hotel een goed restaurantje (Tin Tin)
