L’établissement était propre, agréable et très bien situé à 2 mn de la gare. J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse et leur sens du service : j’avais oublié mon téléphone après mon départ et l’équipe a exceptionnellement proposé qu’une personne vienne un dimanche, alors que le personnel ne travaille pas le week end, afin qu’un proche puisse le récupérer. Un geste vraiment rare et très apprécié. Merci encore pour votre aide et votre bienveillance. Honnêtement, rien de particulier. Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.

Situado al lado de la estación y cerca del centro. • Andreas (4/5): Abbruch - nie wieder! - Die Lage Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und endete in einer vorzeigen Abreise. Der check-in war nur dank einer hilfreichen Putzfrau möglich. Es gibt keine Rezeption und in unserem Fall auch keine Zimmerkarten. Diese muss man beim Self-check-in selbst beschreiben. Wenn keine Karten da sind ist dies blöd. Im Zimmer lies sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren. Als wir abends im Zimmer waren merkten wir, dass auf einer Seite des Bettes unter der Bettdecke Flecken waren. Wahrscheinlich Stockschimmel und ohne Rezeption konnte man nachts nichts mehr erreichen. Außerdem war der Duschvorhang am unteren Ende von Schimmel befallen. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist (Buchung war für zwei Nächte). Wir waren schon oft in der Schweiz aber dies war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft. Würde hier auf keinen Fall mehr übernachten!

However, there were some inconveniences beca - The hotel is just next to the Nyon train station and a supermarket. There was a well-equipped kitchen and the room was bright and very clean. It was also nice that the checkout time was 12h. We booked for 3 people, but there were bed linen and towels only for 2 people when we arrived. We checked in and out during weekend so there were no staffs from the hotel. We could have called them to ask about it, but we did not do that because we luckily had it with us. However, it was a bit disappointing. One also need to make sure to complete the self checkout either online (which I did not manage although I clicked on the link I received from the hotel) or on the tablet at the hotel when the reception is closed.

We appreciated the late check out time of midday. Merci! Could have been a bit more spacious for a family of 4? The bathroom is tiny and no bath tub. We were also a bit disappointed that no children’s bikes were on offer to hire - despite cycling being a big part of the hotel’s branding - and this wasn’t communicated in advance.
