• Alfred (8/5): - Clean room & bathroom, access card integrated to lift, comfy bed, restaurant food was not fantastic but quite good. Staff is very friendly, pleasant attitude. TV remote is not sensitive enough, need to really point it directly to the receiver which is a bit troublesome as the TV is elevated. When TV is off, there are still some blurred icon images. Bathroom door insulation could be better so that water does not leak out from the shower. Lift button need to press harder before the lift comes (it made a sound when pressed softly, but lift didn't come).

The service was excellent, especially from Mas Yuka, who was very kind, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay. The room standards are already very good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

• keng gii (3/5): Short stay or long , basic good plumbing is very important . - Like that all staffs are polite and very kind . Helpful to seniors . Major plumbing problems are inadequately addressed , mainly because there is no properly trained technician , every thing that was done are like an Band Aid Job . Very unfortunate that management does not set a standard for the technicians or check if item said to be repaired are actually properly repaired .

• Yosafat Lepa (10/5): Best place to stay in Jakarta, best value and staff members - Super friendly staff, always ready give a helping hand when needed. Restaurant staff is super friendly and gorgeous woman 🥰. Food and service is great! My favourite place in Jakarta to stay for short or long visits. Close to LTC Glodok, Glodok Plaza (paradise for sound and computer nerds like me), not far from Old China Town, in front of the hotel is a Grand Paragon Shopping Mall, not that busy, only AZOKO store and a Hypermarket, and a nice coffee bar. Many Chinese restaurants also in the area. At one time I took a Bluebird taxi and I forget my phone, the staff security directly did all the necessary to find my phone back, within 30 min the taxi driver came back with my phone. Overal thanks to everybody from Hotel Santika, you did a great job. See you next time in Hayam Wuruk Santika Jakarta AAA+++ Traffic Jam around Hayam Wuruk, which is currently undergoing infrastructure projects such as the MRT Phase 2, requiring traffic management and alternative route planning to and from the Hotel, so be aware of it.

Our room was on the 21st floor so we enjoyed a great view of the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. It was a comfortable room with a good and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a wide variety of all kinds of food, all delicious! We would stay here again. Nothing, all was fine

Love they have lots of Indonesian spread for breakfast and mostly are delicious. Would recommend if you need short stay around city.

• Monhil (10/5): Great rest before coming home - The hotel is situated 20min walk from Old Town but the walk is not a pleasant one because of a busy road. The room we booked was upgraded so we stayed in a comfortable apartment on the 22th floor. The room was really spacious and well maintained however there were some details to improve such as sofas' fabric which needs cleaning. The bathroom is huge with all needed facilities. The hotel restaurant serves tasty and various food. The staff is kind and friendly. The place is a good choice if you want to visit The Old Town of Jakarta or China Town. Getting to the international airport in an early evening took us about 1hour and 20min by taxi.

Quality of materials is rather poor. Gym is substandard - I was was afraid to use the machine equipment. While breakfast was abundant, it was also quite tasteless. Coffee - additional charge… walls between rooms are extremely thin. I was woken up 2:30am by a guest next door who just checked in. I was hearing TV welcome melody and the guest hanging their clothes on the hanger. Very loud. Could not sleep. Hotel refused to provide compensation. Quite disappointing

Personeel zéér vriendelijk. Het restaurant biedt diner a la carte maar veel gerechten waren op. Ons voorgerecht kwam ná het hoofdgerecht! Verder erg ongezellig om te dineren in het restaurant.

Delicious Pisang goreng with strings of cheese on it. good bed. relaxing swimming pool. windows are not sound proof. so the mosque and traffic will be in the background. in the evening it's not nice to sit on the terras as there is a lot of noise from the airco vent from next door hotel

• Ferina (8/5): Good stay! - The hotel location was directly in the heart of Jakarta, just across it there is a TransJakarta bus station so it was easy for us to go somewhere with public transport. Room was clean and the breakfast was grand for a 4 stars hotel. There was so many things to choose, local and international selections. The water pressure in the showers could've been better. Hotel is located next to the MRT Jakarta project, so the road in front is chaos, it'll be better in couple years when the project is done.
