Restaurant downstairs has top quality food Only a small complaint - nowhere to store clothes when staying for longer than a couple of nights. Given the size of the room it would help to have storage for clothes.

• Kerry (9/5): Very comfortable stay for 2 nights. It’s my best option for accommodation when I come to Warragul. - Conveniently located right next to the commercial centre of Warragul. Modern, stylish, very well maintained. Bistro and bar provide a good range of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Very comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Floor of showers are tiled with very slippery tiles - quite dangerous. I suggest anti-slip mats should be provided to increase safety for guests.

Free on-site parking. The coffee pods machine was a nice touch. No milk to go with the coffee. Otherwise it ticked all our boxes.

• Philippou (5/5): Location excellent Customer Service very good from Staff Room was a fail not happy with it - The room was clean and easy to access Not sure who's doing the other reviews on this page, questionable, but this is our experience, which is truthful. We stayed two nights. The Bed was too hard and not comfortable. In actual fact, one of the worst beds we have slept in for a very long time. The shower pressure was very weak, making it difficult to have a good shower. The air conditioner, although it worked well, had a problem with the silent button, so it was loud all night. The TV was difficult to navigate at first; the controls were hard to understand and use. The Streaming service did not appear to work. Windows are not soundproof, and I could hear the noise from outside. The kettle needs replacing, it has rust inside. I prefer a stainless steel or metal kettle to plastic as well. There was no pen or pad in the room to write what you took from the bar fridge. You should not have to pay for subscription tv should be part of the deal. The bed sheets and towels could be softer as well. Overall, the room was a failure.
