- Astrid (7/5): Bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen hätten wir mehr erwartet. - Die Lage direkt an der Therme und die Verbindung durch den Bademantelgang. Bei der Anreise wurden an der Rezeption die Schlüssel der beiden Zimmer verwechselt. Dadurch musste unsere 90 jährige Begleiterin mit Rollator nochmal umziehen. Auch lagen unsere beiden Zimmer trotz einer Buchung für Beide in unterschiedlichen Etagen. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers (130) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gardine hatte Löcher und Flecken, die Oberfläche des Tischs der Sitzecke war beschädigt. Obwohl wir die Kategorie „Blick auf Kloster Banz“ gebucht hatten, blickten wir in den Abends grell beleuchteten Sportsaal der benachbarten Kurklinik. Das Kloster war von unserem Zimmer aus nicht zu sehen. Beim Frühstück gestaltete sich die Unterbringung des Rollators als schwierig. Zudem war eine freie Tischwahl nicht vorgesehen und das Personal nicht aufgeschlossen gegenüber der Situation einer 90 jährigen mit Rollator.

- Ulrike (10/5): Ein Aufenthalt zum Entspannen und Genießen - Der Bademantelzugang zur Obermaintherme ist super praktisch. Das hoteleigene Spa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt dort sogar kostenfreie Peelingsalze vor dem Dampfbad und Saunaöle, um sich einen eigenen Aufguss in der Sauna dort zu machen. Im Restaurant und der Lounge kann man lecker essen und jede Menge interessante Biere aus der Region probieren.
- Karla (6/5): Příjemný wellness hotel - Hotel má skvělé propojení s termálními lázněmi, kam se dá jít pohodlně v županu. Prostředí je klidné, čisté a ideální na odpočinek. Pokoje jsou prostorné a pohodlné, personál velmi milý. Snídaně byla naprosto nejlepší, velmi pestrá s velkým výběrem čerstvých i teplých jídel. Velmi příjemným bonusem byl sekt k snídani a výborný losos. Vše bylo průběžně doplňované. Bazén v hotelovém SPA byl spíše chladnější a v této části byl místy větší hluk od dětí, což narušovalo jinak klidnou atmosféru u bazénu i v saunách.

- Sabine (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel in schöner Lage - Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt am Kurpark, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß ins Ort. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants und Cafe‘s. Der direkte Zugang in die Obermain Therme ist sehr angenehm. So kann man mehrmals am Tag die Therme besuchen.
- hv965 (2/5): Disappointing Service After Many Pleasant Stays - We have stayed at Hotel Bad Brambach several times as wellness guests and had always been satisfied, which made our most recent visit all the more disappointing. At check-in, I politely asked whether there was any possibility of bringing my almost 90-year-old mother into the spa for an additional fee, as this had apparently been possible in previous years. The response at reception was not only inconsistent, but above all exceptionally unfriendly. What shocked me most was the comment: “Then you are not the right fit for our hotel.” Such a tone toward long-standing guests is completely unacceptable in my view. The fact that another staff member explained the very next day that this service was in fact generally possible made the whole situation even more confusing and frustrating. The lack of service was one issue, but the disrespectful behavior at reception was the real problem. It is a great pity, because an experience like this overshadows the entire stay.

При заселенні сам вводиш всі свої дані, причому приходиться по кілька раз - така в них незручна програма, а в цей час працівник стоїть і спостерігає. Вони просто використовують нас, ми робимо їхню роботу. При виселенні не змогли пояснити за що конкретно взяли додаткові кошти. Незручно, що терми і спа знаходяться на різних поверхах і немає прямого переходу між ними.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Preisleistungsverhältniss hat für mich nicht gepasst. Das Frühstück ist zwar als Großbuffet aufgebaut, für meinen Geschmack aber zu wenig Alternativen für vegetarische/vegane Ernährung.

- Linda (7/5): Entspannte Zeit bei tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Unkompliziertes Parken in der Tiefgarage, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr kurzer Weg vom Zimmer zur Therme, ruhiges Zimmer 1. Wir haben vorab telefonisch die Info erhalten, dass man die Therme am An- und Abreisetag vor Checkin und nach Checkout ebenfalls kostenlos nutzen kann. Dementsprechend hatten wir unsere Bahnverbindung gebucht. Vor Ort hieß es dann, dies wäre nur möglich, während man eingecheckt ist. Zum Glück mussten wir dann nur 2 Stunden warten und konnten unsere Bahn am Abreisetag umbuchen. 2. Wir waren überrascht, wie viel Lärm in den Ruheräumen der Therme von Gästen gemacht wurde (Unterhaltungen, mehrmaliges Handyklingeln, permanenter Geräuschpegel). Auch in einigen Saunen wurde sich unterhalten als säße man im Café. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, sollte man aber einkalkulieren, wenn man die Therme nutzen möchte.

Ich finde das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht für die „günstigen“ zimmer. Ich habe fast 500€ für drei Nächte gezahlt & musste zusätzlich alles dazu buchen Bademantel, eigener spa Bereich, Frühstück ect. Hatte trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt aber hätte nen paar meter weiter mind 200€ gespart hätte ich mich besser informiert.

Easy access to Obermain Therme, but also the hotel spa is very convenient for moments of relaxation. Our whole family was extremely satisfied and spent intense moments together here. Thank you!!! More information at check-in. The information provided in the room is absolutely fine and you will eventually find your way around very quickly.
