- Sarah (9/5): Very comfortable stay, super kind staff, not the best online communication. - The beds were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. Also, the bath towels were so soft that even my kids noticed. Lastly, the temperature of the room was able to be adjusted- so many times I feel like we adjust the temperature but the room doesn't change. We were able to make the room comfortable for us which was very nice! A Waymo from this hotel to the Georgia Aquarium was about $10. My only complaint is that when I messaged the hotel via Booking.com they weren't super responsive. I requested a fan for our room, and their reply (I had to follow up a few times) was a very flat "no." However, once we were there the staff was extremely kind and helpful so maybe this was an automated response.

Quando ho mostrato il voucher che indicava chiaramente la colazione inclusa nel prezzo mi é stato etto di aver caricato dei voucher da 50€ nel conto, ma al momento del check-out la colazione era di nuovo comparsa in fattura ($100) Non é possibile spegnere l’aria condizionata che produce un’aria costante sul letto Non ci sono le tende alle finestre

- 595omaw (2/5): Absolutely worthless valet - Absolutely worst stay. We arrived to a downpour. We pulled up and tried to get Valet to help us. The guys literally told us to get our stuff out and into hotel, once we're done they would park our car. Two guys stood at the valet stand talking as we got a cart and loaded our stuff in a down pour. $60 valet fee to be dismissed. When we finally got everything on a cart (no help at all) we were trying you get the stupid cart in the hotel, standing in the rain as the valets we're standing there talking! My husband finally got their attention and they pushed a button to open a door and let us in. I was soaked! Our luggage was soaked. Going to the elevator we weren't told we needed to use 2 to get to our room so we played around until another guest explained it to us. Thanks front desk! When we got to the room our luggage actually left a puddle of water because everything was soaked. We upgraded our room and expected a nice room. It was good but our view? A freaking wall! No lie! $360 for a wall view. I received a text (front desk) and expressed my displeasure with our arrival. Lady called and by the end of the conversation had the nerve to tell me "I was going to tell you about the elevator but..." literally blamed me for her forgetting to tell me about elevator puzzle. Nevertheless we had dinner plans and I had to dry my hair, try to re-style and change. All of my clothes were wet so had to hang and use blow dryer to get something dry enough to wear. At that point I just wanted to get the evening over and never stay at a Hotel Indigo again. Thanks for ruining my anniversary...
- Susan (7/5): - Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower good pressure and very good. Quiet overall where we were located. Seemed a little disjointed though. Safety concerned us when the doors were propped open out front and when there was an alarm telling us to evacuate but noone seemed to know what was going on when asking. Then the housekeeping told us false alarm.

- Tiffany (9/5): It was nice. - I like the room and bathroom. The shower was nice. Although the shower was nice, it seemed like the water still leaked out even with the door closed. Also, I didn't like how there wasn't a mini fridge nor a microwave in the room.
- Summermama2007 (10/5): Great place to stay in ATL - From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, the staff was absolutely amazing. Hibah checked us in and made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and she was just super sweet. I didn't get the names of the valet guys but they were awesome. The room itself was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, and spacious! The location of the hotel was perfect for the event that my daughter and friends attended that night. Plus, there are restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. There is a restaurant in the hotel lobby and plus other amenities. If I ever have to come back to ATL, I would stay here. I really don't have any complaints. I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be the price of the valet ($60). However, I would happily pay it again because it was super convenient. Plus the guys were so helpful and friendly.

Our couch was broken and the trim, plumbing fixtures, entire bathroom really need paint/repairs…looks like it was really nice some time ago. I did not know our view would be a brick wall and part of a parking garbage.

- chrisdmcguire1984 (10/5): Clean, comfortable, and convenient - We stayed here to go to a game at State Farm Arena, visit the aquarium and World of Coca Cola, and just enjoy downtown. This was a convenient place for that. Several things to do and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We’d stay here again.

- RYAN (9/5): ITS WORTH THE MONEY! BOOK IT! - THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING! SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I PLAN ON BOOKING THIS ROOM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! THE DOWNSIDE WAS PARKING. THE PARKING GARAGE EXIT WAS NARROW AND ITS PRETTY EXPENSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST. ITS $25 FOR 8 OR MORE HOURS WHICH WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM IF YOU WERENT IN AND OUT EXPLORING.

- meghan (7/5): - Hotel was great but there were a couple nights where it smelled like someone was blowing weed into our room through the air vent. We called the front desk and mentioned it and they said all they could do was spray a room spray to help mask the smell.

- Aprilmay39 (10/5): Clean, Friendly,.and Near Everything - The level of service provided by every staff member was outstanding! The valet attendants were quick, friendly, and extremely helpful. The restaurant staff were attentive and the food was ridiculously good. Our meals were about the same price as Hard Rock across the street but the service, presentation, and taste were so much better. A quick walk to the Aquarium, World of Coke, and so much more. There is even an underground food court (The Hub) and a CVS across the street. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The city of Atlanta was well lit, clean, and we felt safe walking at night. We would definitely stay here again!

- Kiara (6/5): Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing breakfast, and excellent management support, but one unprofessional front desk - The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. It is within walking distance of places like the Tabernacle, Hard Rock Cafe, Metro Cafe, Hooters, and many other restaurants that are open late. Breakfast was amazing even though it is paid and à la carte, the portion sizes were generous and the food was excellent. Complimentary water was available downstairs, the room was very nice, and the hotel is dog friendly. The assistant manager was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming and truly made the stay better. The only issue was with one front desk employee named Humunchoo. When I called for help with valet parking after my GPS took me to the wrong side of the street, he was rude and hung up on me. This happened less than an hour before check in and made me feel unsafe and frustrated as a first time guest. The assistant manager handled the situation wonderfully, but his behavior was unacceptable.
