- Mary (8/5): - Cleanliness , quiet, very friendly staff. The close proximity to Trade Days was reason for our stay and we we impressed with the overall experience. We look forward to future stays there.
- VicC (8/5): - It is a great property with lots of things to do. The biggest issue we had was the pools being too small for the facility. With the large number of cabins and RV spaces the pools were nice, but just too small to accommodate a full resort. Otherwise it was a great place for a holiday weekend getaway.
- Barry (10/5): Great place with friendly staff. - The cabin takes some coordination for two people to move about at the same time since there’s not enough room in the bedroom, bathroom or hall for two people to pass each other. Kind of like moving around in an airplane. Other than that it was very nice. The resort is very quiet and peaceful. They are very close to Trade Days with a free shuttle. I would definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay in Canton.

- Patsy (4/5): - This property was not what we needed for the reason we were in Canton. We were there for a wedding of my Granddaughter. This required the use of my car of which we could not have at the cottage. Therefore, we were having constantly requiring the golf cart services to pick us up and carry us to or cottage. Also the cottage was suppose to be an Executive Suite, and it wasn't. We were told we would have a queen size bed in the master suite, with twin size beds in the other bedroom. The ceiling of the 2nd bed room you could not stand up in without bending your body down in order to even walk in the room. So they agreed to REFUND OUR MONEY, AND WE LOOKED FOR A MOTEL ROOM! Sorry for the problem!

- Mary (8/5): - While the cottage we stayed in was certainly acceptable, it was not the cottage we thought we were reserving when we booked it. We were told that was frequently the case. Also it should be clear in the reservation process that you aren't allowed to drive your vehicle to your cottage. They provide transportation via golf carts and were very quick to respond when requested, if you want to rent one they charge a hefty fee. Reviews I read indicated $60 to $75 a day.

- Dave (4/5): - Individual cottages that give you more privacy than a hotel room. Amenities such as disc golf, pools and trails made it nice. The outdoor space of our specific cottage was rundown and had no seating that wasn’t broken. The bed was V shaped, so you rolled into the middle, the cable did not work, the DVD player was broken also and we paid extra for the outdoor fireplace and were told in arrival that there was a fire ban. No discount was offered. Nice concept, but poorly run.

The staff are very responsive when pick up and drop off are required but it is still pick up and drop off. This is a place I will try to stay in again since it is beautiful location and very family oriented.

- Cathey (10/5): Cottage 99, Outdoor fun, Never got bored! - 8 year old son caught his first fish on property - beat grandma at giant chess - relaxed in the hot tub - rode our bikes all over property - needed golf cart for unloading and loading only - staff was friendly and always available to answer questions - Stayed in Cottage 99 and it was clean and provided all that we needed INCLUDING dishwasher tab (1) so bring a few more if you have a larger family and prefer not to spend your precious time handwashing, washing machine soap (1)....again bring more if you need to wash more than once, all sheets and towels provided, no coffee filters needed, the office brought a propane tank for the gas grill but there is a charcoal grill stand available too We can't wait to come back!

- Trish (8/5): Nice Option for First Monday - This is the second time we've stayed at the cottages at Mill Creek Resort when going to Canton's First Monday Trade Days. The resort also has an RV park, tiny houses, and this time I saw a yurt. We typically go in the coolest months and do Thursday/Friday, plus we're tired after a full day of walking, so we have never taken advantage of any of the resort amenities but they do have two pools, a hot tub, spa, clubhouse, paddle boats, fishing, bicycle rental, playground for the kids and a dog park, plus walking paths. They are really close to the flea market and provide complimentary shuttle service. The resort/our cottage was clean and well-maintained. Now for the very few negatives. First, like all First Monday lodging, in my opinion this place is expensive (admittedly, I might not feel this way if we were splitting the cost with another couple or if we used any of the amenities). Second, you cannot drive your car to your cottage. You have to be shuttled to and from on a golf cart or hike quite a distance; obviously, that's an issue when it's really hot or cold or raining. Next, there were no garbage cans or pet stations that I saw along the way from the cabins to the parking lots. Consequently, people were not cleaning up after their dogs. I carry my own bags but there was no garbage can, so I ended up carrying it to the trade grounds to throw away. Eww.
- JethroBoDean (10/5): Cute modern cabin surrounding common stocked pond - I went for a VDay getaway during off-season and wasn't disappointed. Our ability to achieve a sense of solitude amidst the humdrum noise in this place was a admirable combination of frugality and practicality. Kudos friends
- Jacob (10/5): Must stay here! - This place is fantastic and as everything you need for a great couple's getaway or a kids weekend. We went for Trade Days, so this location was perfect. Only 1/2 mile from the East Gate. We'll be back for sure.
- Lynda (10/5): Ladies Shopping Trip - We've been going to First Monday Trade Days for years. I've stayed at numerous hotels & B&B's in Canton but Millcreek is by far the BEST place to stay. We've utilized the RV hooks ups but our favorite is the cottages. It's been our Canton home away from home in for the past 5 or 6 years. The staff is amazing & fulfills your every need. The resort is beautiful and peaceful. The cottages are always neat & clean. We will continue to stay at Millcreek when we're in Canton. I would HIGHLY recommend it!

- mark (10/5): Nice and quiet in town - We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary. Had been wanting to try this resort, but was never available on Expedia. So glad they finally joined. The cabin was great! Parts of the park were under construction, but it did not take away from the whole experience. There were 2 pools and a hot tub, walking trails, fishing ponds, and much much more to do. The icing on the cake was the golf carts to get around.
- Carla (8/5): Nice cozy cottages - Very nice little tiny cottages Didn't like that you had to ride golf carts to get to them it was raining and the seats were soaked and he didn't bring a towel to wipe them off. Rental for a golf cart in $75 a day that's way to high.

My niece keep calling it our little house because that's exactly what it was. So cute and quaint. Great location to Trade Days and so much better than the other over priced cheap motels we have been staying in Canton.

Very family friendly. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. Enjoyed the entire short stay. The location is great with access to a wide variety of restaurants and fuel but is able to maintain a secluded feel.

Cabin was good but could use a shelf in the bath to store extra towels. Pay extra for Wi-Fi and only one person could use it at the same time.
- Margie (4/5): Not what I expected... - FYI, you cannot park your car by your cottage. You must ride in a golf cart down to your cottage. This is not abad thing, but I didn't know that ahead of time. The cottages were very cute and the grounds were beautiful. However, our cottage had cockroaches in it. The management moved us and there weren't any in the second cottage. However, the floors had not been vacuumed. The shower did not drain. The queen bed wasn't very comfortable. I expected more considering we paid $175 a night for this place. Disappointed.
