• Beatrix (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Parkplatz vor dem Haus, nette Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet auf der Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt. Die Qualität vom Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht gut. Die Masseurin (kam ins Zimmer) fand ich zu grob. Obwohl ich vor Schmerzen stöhnte änderte sie nichts an der Intensität. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

• Sharie (6/5): Under satisfaction - Cleanliness was ok, but you have to provide tooth paste as well. Even after we can buy our own. And hairdryer so we not request all the time to receptionist to just borrowed the hairdryer. Bed sheet color was so awful. And bed to issued the sounds when moved. Location saying it’s in Simpang Lima but it was not. It’s in Siranda, you have to go by car if you have or by grab went to Simpang Lima.

• Budi (9/5): Enjoy the night view of Semarang - Location perfect. We enjoy night view of Semarang. Staff attitude may be improved. Please be more humble and smile to customers. Breakfast was great but the egg corner serve to long (it could be the problem of stove).

• Boenaidy (6/5): Good hotel but need improvement - Actually this is one of the good hotels, under the management of aston. unfortunately my experience staying here was not pleasant. stayed 2 nights, I meet staff who did not use masks in public spaces, not once but 3x including one who entered our room. besides that the restaurant/meeting hall next to the hotel, making an event at 6.30 AM so that it disturbing guest rest, the hotel should coordinate with the meeting hall regarding the start time of the event. Positive : Room clean, staff helpful, location good near simpang lima.
• Lo_agnes (6/5): You get what you paid - This is the first time I book superior room at fave. There ia no different with standard room, only the room size is much bigger. The room look old and looks like no one stayed inside for long time. Not so clean. The bathroom have a little bit creepy atmosfer. The reality that we only get one chair for that room is really disappointed. The hanger also need to fixed up. There is a straight pin inside my linen. Really dangerous and careless I think. It can hurt the guest. WiFi always good. The staff are friendly and polite. I already stayed in some different favehotel and realise amount of the hanger in every room are different, please do a regular check. The breakfast is standard, but good enough for three star hotel. One good point' of the hotel is we can request to open the window. So we can got a fresh air circulation, one think we need durung this pandemic. My suggestion for you who want to stay in this hotel, just book standard room, there is really no different with the superior one.

• soengkono (2/5): Never back again - i dont know why, because its cheap hotel or how. but first time i comw they give room unclean and i complain they changes room. but room is bad, wall is not good, bedcovet not white but cream. this is bad experience
• ImmanuelHalawa (8/5): Good price - Located just a couple of minutes from Simpang Lima, make our stay convenient. Enough car park, friendly FO staff and clean room are the main issue we notice. Security and parking attendant on duties for 24 hours, we feel safe.
• IwanK362 (6/5): Two Nights at Semarang - The hotel atmosphere is quite good, not so crowded with vehicles on the highway, so it can rest well. I spent the night in this hotel for business purposes, and in my opinion it is right, but if you spend the night with your family, it is not right to stay in this hotel considering the facilities for children are still minimal. The added value, the customer service officer is very good, friendly and good communication. The room was clean although drinking water had to be picked up by itself in the hotel corridor. The value of lack, the provision of a slow floor mat which was only delivered 15 minutes after I was in the room. On the second day, the shower soap ran out, but was not added by the room cleaner who cleaned my room. The breakfast menu is less varied and less fresh, especially when providing pecel, where vegetables are not fresh.
• adiadi762002 (2/5): Poorly managed hotel - Stay here for 1 night only and I think it's more than enough. I think this hotel is poorly managed. Since entering the hotel, my impression is not good. Cleanliness in lobby area including toilet needs improvement. Room size is ok but lack of maintenance. Had issue with toilet and my colleague had issue with air con. The worst part was the breakfast....really terrible. When I arrived at 8.30, most of the food already finish and not replenished. Dirty dishes everywhere and seating area was really messy. I only took 2 spoon of nasi goreng and left because couldn't stand such a terrible service. For sure, I will not return to this hotel.

• johanl465 (4/5): Not as I expected - I stayed in fave hotels before. This one is not as good as the other fave hotels. The rooms are dark and smelly. The air conditioners are not cold. The sheets are dirty. The food (breakfast) are tasteless and not fresh.

Removing the plastic bottles is a good idea. However, the hotel should explain how the dispenser and the glass be cleaned.

• gillmarbetara (2/5): Dirty - We are a family traveller with a child. Our most important aspects are room size and cleanliness. The room was spacious, however, the cleanliness is unacceptable. Along with bad lighting and small window, we were wishing that we could get out from the room as soon as possible. We need to mop the floor by ourself first, some floor tiles were already loose, bedsheets are dirty (fortunately we brought our own bedsheets), towels and bathroom mat were dirty, not to mention the bathroom amenities. Foods were just OK but I hate it when there were mosquitos. Parking space were limited but it does not really matter since they offer free vallet service
• randyperdana (6/5): average hotel with average services - location is not too far with Simpang Lima (10 minutes drive, 40 minutes walk). Some services is average (breakfast, staff, wifi). There are some lack in room such as water faucet is noisy and exhaust fan is not working.
• sch390 (6/5): Stay At favehotel Diponegoro Semarang - Overall the stay is nice, the room is clean, AC is working, hot water always available, but unfortunately, the stuff inside the room is quite old we can see it from the thin and yellowing towel with musty smell, then thin and dull pillow and bed cover. For the amenities, they only provide you with toothbrush, for the other amenities like shower cap, they will charge us.
