Birendra from the restaurant was exceptional especially because he went out of his way to make sure my pet feels at home. No words to describe the gesture. Ravi at the breakfast served exceptionally good coffee. Over all value for money and good place to spend quality time. The room service - house keeping as well as in room dining were a tad slow.

The bathroom fittings, such as the toilet seat and round mirror, required repairs, and the bathroom itself was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for several weeks, including during my stay. This is not at all value for money. Additionally, the in-room food served tasted and smelled like it had been preserved for a long time.

• Anshul (1/5): Bad experience overall - Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Travel Arrangements – Urgent Attention Required Dear Taj Team, I am writing this with deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with your team, which was not only unpleasant but also completely unexpected from a prestigious institution like Taj. Prior to my visit, I had explicitly requested assistance with travel arrangements for my transit from Mumbai to Pune, trusting the esteemed standards of service that Taj is known for. Unfortunately, despite my reliance on your team and multiple follow-ups, there was no response or support provided. At the very last minute, I was forced to arrange a local cab service on my own – a choice that was not only unsafe but also resulted in a significant delay to a critical business meeting. This delay has caused not just monetary loss but also considerable mental stress and reputational impact. I am utterly shocked and disheartened that such negligence could happen under the Taj brand, where I’ve always had exemplary experiences in the past and have been a loyal guest on multiple occasions. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and escalated to the concerned leadership. I request a formal acknowledgment of this issue, and an explanation of how such a lapse occurred. • nitin (3/5): So so not like taj vivanta - In room one light above bed was broker. Another light fitting was hanging. Bathroom fittings are not cleaned as the same are old. Curtains need wash, bed sheets gound ok. Pillows do so. Nothing like appeceating

Not a happy stay for sure, We visited for just 1 night stay and the hotel rooms were bit outdated like the TV it was more than a decade older, bathrooms could be renovated looks very old and even the used soap were not removed from it. Neither the bodywash was restocked in my room no 145. It didn't contain hand dryer. Also in our stay dinner and breakfast was included. Let me explain in detail the table we were provided by one of the staff when we entered didnt contain any water bottle no spoon no tissue paper nothing was provided, we had to ask the staff to provide for the basic things. Dinner was not so fresh we asked for a simple phulka roti which came after ages which was extremely salty in taste, by that time other food was already cold and non veg mutton was stale. Trust me the entire dinner was pathetic To add more to my turmoil, I found a plastic in my dessert like really????? I am hugely disappointed😞 I won't ever visit again. They stay its a FIVE STAR stay trust me even 2 stars these days are better than this one.
