• Mohammad (10/5): - I had a week stay in Palm world. Everything was fabulous and nice except wifi internet which was slow. Beside that everything (food, beach, playing activities, pool, Hamam, Spa) was awesome. I’m also really thankful to the friendliest staff.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible, wanted to charge me 10€ to get back into my own room after I had locked myself out... I asked to see a manager and she made me wait 15-20min for him whilst murmuring Turkish words to me which I could obviously hear but not understand. I’m not the kind of guy who writes reviews because I believe most are fake news but this lady, blue eyes, blonde highlights is a racist rude human being and I would never in a million years stay at this hotel even for free just because of how she treated me.

• S (8/5): Nice and Clean but 4stars - We stayed in this hotel from 25-7 to 28-7 due the covid 19 there where only 10 guests in the hotel. The staf was friendly the doors of the rooms where open because ghey wherent booked. The lights where off in most places and there was no music until 27-7 we had the pool for our self it was clean also. The food was served by the staf and the quality improved day by day. But i hoped it was in a buffed but it wassnt. They told me that from 1-8 more people booked the hotel. The guest who came later where german and russian. In general it is not a 5 star hotel but 4. The Rooms and beds are good and clean nice furnitoured. AC works great ice cold. The food i can not rate because of covid there was not food in a buffet style. The pool is clean and big also a kids swinming pool a little to small.

Pour le reste , hôtel et chambres propres mais très sombre et pas très accueillant , 1 seule piscine super petite et animation NUL voir inexistante !!! Nourriture pas variée et pas de choix ( SAUF le jour de la soirée Turc) ne vaut certainement pas un 5 étoile ! Juste 3! Je n y retournerai plus !!!

• Mohammed (8/5): Great place to stay at a competitive price. - The location of this hotel was perfect. Its in the middle of several other hotels, shops and bars. The hotel ticks all the boxes in terms of facilities. Food was nice and varied. There are other bigger grander hotels nearby so the wow factor is lost on this place, but for what you pay and what you are after you can't really go wrong with this hotel.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Es ist definitiv kein 5 sterne hotel. Das essen schmeckt nicht, zu wenig auswahl und immer das gleiche... Büffet ist viel zu klein. Getränke sehr billig gehalten. Nicht mal saft gibt es. Personal hingegen ist sehr bemüht. Spa hat mir gut gefallen. Billiard spielen kostet exta.. Es gibt nur 1 pool.animation ist schlecht.. Musik auch. Keine unterhaltung. Die Besitzer (älteres ehepaar) arbeiten selber mit um personal zu sparen. Der umgang mit dem personal ist auch nicht nett. Also.. Preis leistung stimmt. überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder!!

• Baha'a (2/5): Very bad hotel - Actually the photos of the hotel not representing the reality The swimming pool very small The restuarant very small The receptionists never ever smile especially men They mentioned All inclusive but unfortunately you have to pay for everything. If you want to use the safe box you have to pay 2 euros per night If you want to get pop corn for your baby you have to pay 2 euros. If you need a beach towel you have to deposit 5 euros and when you bring the towel back they return it to you. If you didn't bring back the towel you will loose the 5 euros plus you have to pay 15 euros. The bed cover really dirty and the towels in the bathroom as well. This attitude and behaviour never happened to me before simply this hotel 1 star hotel and simply they are baggers. My recommendation to any one want to book in antalya try any onther resort.
• FamilieO (6/5): - Es liegt ca. 1 Stunde entfernt von Antalya. Mit dem Taxi wird man für ca. 50€ zum Hotel gefahren. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: Essen, Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal Was könnte besser sein: es ist nachts sehr laut. Im Kellergeschoss ist ein Disco... Schwimmbad war ok. Könnte etwas grösser sein... Für Familien würde ich es empfehlen. Man sollte allerdings berücksichtigen, dass es laute Musik ab Mitternacht herrscht. Einkaufen sollte man in Side nicht...alles in Euro und überteuert. Zum Einkaufen eignet sich Manavgat (mit Bus/Dolmus 4tl oder 1€

• Ingrid (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. For the price you get really good service and food plus a room that is spacious and well maintained. Noise is a big problem here so if you want a quiet stay forget it. There is a lot of outside noise as you are on the main road and the rooms not well insulated against noise. There was a child crying intermittently for 2.5 hours and we had to call reception to complain. Do ask for a room as high up as possible to minimise the external noise factors.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good - It wast great I was 9 days there with family we enjoyed a lot. There were plenty of foods,drinks, fruits and sweets. The food test was good butte meat wasn’t good specially some time you can notice the meat is from night before. The swimming pool was great .It wasn’t big but we enjoyed alot. The beach was wonderful with drinks and lunch. Every thing was good but the only problem the reception staff couldn’t speak English at all . Most of guest were from Russia, some Turkish and few German and no English guest.

Herşey normal görünüyordu ama resepsiyonda bize ayırdığımız odanın aile odası olduğunu ama yanlışlıkla odanın satıldığını onun yerine oda kasasını bedava kullanacağımız söylendi neyse deyip odaya geçtik. Sonrası tam bir felaket otelde genelde yabancı turistler kalıyor. Üç dört aile Türk aile vardı. Türk olarak gerçekten kendi ülkemizde ikinci sınıf insan muamelesi görmemiz bizim sinirlerimi bozdu. Dört gün boyunca hiç bir kere masamıza gelip bir isteğiniz varmı diye sormazlarken yabancı turistler etrafında pervane gibi dönmeleri sirlerimizi bozdu birde bunu müdür denilen y alakaya söylediğimde neredeyse üzerime yürüyordu. Bu müdürki alman bir bayan turist çay almaya giderken arkasından koşup siz yerinize geçin garsonlar getirir diyerek servis yapılması son nokta bence yabancı iseniz gidilebilir. Ama bu vatanın evladıysanız kesinlikle tavsiye etmem rezalet yani
• Shayma (4/5): Extremely disappointed - 1) We were disappointed at the first instance as the hotel did not book a flight transfer, which they had emailed to say that they did. It was then difficult to even make a proper complaint due to the language barrier and then when we finally found someone who could speak some English they did not take any responsibility and blamed the company. When I showed them the email sent by them they stated that this person is now on maternity leave. They were not even apologetic, especially after telling them that we were left wait g at the airport at 2am and was forced to get a private car , which may have not been safe. 2) none of the children clubs were open throughout our one week stay. Misleading information 3) the staff do not speak any English except their spa lady who speaks well. Most other reviews mentioned this and they were right. Russians 4) food is not all that. Breakfast is disgusting. I have been to many hotels and this is one of the worst for breakfasts. 5) location is terrible. The only shops were fake design shops. Everywhere!! Positives 1) their pool slide is brilliant. 2) beach shuttle is brilliant along side their beach where good food was served. However please note: there were topless women at the beach. As not all people may prefer this. 3) their housekeeping staff were good. Always kept the rooms cleaned and refilled with toiletries and towels. 4) evening entertainment was fun. There was only one we managed to catch and it was brill.

Bar men Hamza Bey gözümün önünde turistlere küfür edip azarladı defalarca, yine şezlong toplayan bi arkadaş kafasına göre erkenden şezlongları toplayıp, gece yapılması gereken tamizliği koca temizlik makinasıyla alakasız saatlerde yapabiliyor. Lobiden alıp odaları tanıtan bir kişi var, dolayısıyla yarım saatten fazla lobide sıra bekledik odamıza çıkmak için. Beş yıldızlı bir otel ama bence gittiğim birçok dört yıldızlı otelin personel ve işleyiş şekli buradan daha başarılıydı. Odalar ve temizliği iyiydi.

Le shampoing et gel inexistantes les chambres,il faut réclamer. Sinon,il t'a pas mal de boutiques et navette gratuite pour la plage. Et aussi,on doit tous deviner à notre arrivée,car on vous donne votre chambres,et cherchez vous même les serviettes,,,,le restaurant,,,,d'ailleurs je n'ai trouver qu'un seul et non pas 3 comme indiqué au moment de la réservation

• Dina (2/5): Smutsigt hotel, inte barn aktivitet - Vi var sjuka, vi hade magsjuk, diarré och kräks med hög temperatur. Alla på hotellet var sjuka på samma sjukdom. kaffekopparna var smutsiga och alla tältlika till och med var smutsiga. Det värsta hotellet någonsin. Vi kunde inte ändra hotellet eftersom vi inte kunde återbetala pengarna. Dessutom finns det inga aktiviteter för barn. När tjänstemännen frågade Så svara de att detta hotell inte var för barn. Det finns en plats för barns aktiviteter men ingen arbetar där. Det är värst. Det fanns myggor över mat och när vi berättade till arbetarna, tog de myggorna bort med bara en bit trasa och lämnade maten på plats, ändrade aldrig. Sjuka barn kräkts i matsalen och personalen tabort det efter ett tag utan sterilisering. Det är värst. Jag väntar på resultaten av analysen av de bakterier som vi fick och jag kommer att anmäla hotellet jag och de flesta av hotellets gäster. Expedia, snälla ta bort denna hotel från sidan om ni vill behölls era kunder!
• Ayparcasi (2/5): Woher diese 5 Sterne??? - Ich war mit meiner ganzen Familie, 10 Personen dort. Es waren 10 bis 13 lange Tage voller Ekel und Krankheit. Magen und Darm überall, bei sehr sehr vielen Gästen. Erbrechende Gäste im Essensaal, in der Lobby, am Strand! Die Sauberkeit war nicht zu finden, zu sehen oder zu riechen. Mein schlimmster Urlaub. Ich werde Nie wieder dieses Gebäude betreten.
• Liisa (6/5): Good hotel - Same food every day, did not get fresh water to our room daily, it was quite disappointing to go and get water for whole family of five several times per day. If we got water from cleaning staff, it was only 2 bottles. Pool area very crowded. Staff speaks mostly German/Russian or Turkish. Good air-conditioning and good bus to the beach every 10 minutes, but you still have to walk about 200 meters to the beach from the bus stop area. Overall 3/5 hotel.

• Lidija (8/5): Nice stay - This hotel caters mostly for german, russian and some turkish guests, so a lot of staff did not spoke english, even at reception. We booked a family room with seperate bedroom and it was very nice and comfortable. 2 balconies, TV in every room, a lot of channels on it. Wi-fi signal strong and steady in all hotel and in rooms. A lot of choices for food, I would say it was tasty and everybody will find something for its taste. There was plenty of food whenever you go in the meal open time frame. I personaly did not like the sweets, everything else was delicious, I am returning with some extra weight on me.. Drinks were just fine also. Our son had his 4th bithday while we stayed and for 10 euro they arange a table for you with flowers and they bring a cake. They did not have a candle unfortunately, so we missed all the purpose of the cake, but it happens.. They also sent a letter with best wishes in the room, and in the afternoon we found a froot plate in the room wich was a really nice gesture and a nice surprise. The beach is not so far, but they have a bus that goes every 15 min, and we used it. At night it had entertaiment for the kids (in german), one night a foam party, which was fun. The pool is large and with a lot of sunchairs, there was always some available. The slides were great, the kids loved it! Generaly we liked our stay in Palm World.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The least you can expect from an All-Inclusive 5-star hotel. Best thing is the beach is amazing. Pool and slides are small. Food is very good. Main problem was air conditioning in the rooms: takes long to cool the room, then gets too cold and difficult to adjust, then bad smells come from the ventilation.
