- Karyn (9/5): - The compassionate & professional customer service shown by the lovely women who checked us in and explained everything in detail. She was honest, warm & attentive. I called a few times prior to arrival - she was awesome via phone & amazing in person! Front desk "Jen" referred to me as "hun" & exhibited preferential treatment. I'm waiting on a line for her to finish with a customer, when she finishes, she asks me to wait bcz another guest had been waiting a long time. When I finally get a chance to ask if she would call a cab for me she hands me a card, quickly explaining that I could call for myself. What Jen didn't realize was that my partner was sitting in the lobby and heard Jen calling cabs for other guests. It either is your Company policy or it isn't. When I asked her did she call a cab for other guests, she flatly lied to my face. Jen became a little more helpful when I asked for her name. She is unprofessional & insulting. I am going to follow this conern up because I too was a guest and she made me feel unwelcomed & unimportant. She shouldn't be at the front desk on camera exhibiting this discriminating behavior.
- Larry (10/5): Good Niagara Falls stay - Convenient location, walkable to nearbt restaurants within 1 mile. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Nice for the price! Breakfast serving area very congested during peak hours. Many patrons going back a second or third time, making those just arriving wait and slowing the serving process. Perhaps signage encouraging diners to be polite and reminding that it's not an "all you can eat" buffet.

That process sometimes didn't seem to work very well. I also didn't like that the room refrigerator (very small) would only cool for two hours at a time and then would be off for eight hours and you had to push a button to get it to come back on.

Korlátlan kávé és tea reggel. A recepciós nő bunkó volt, nem tetszett a fogadtatás. Reggelinél hiányoltuk a friss zöldségeket. A közelben nem nagyon van semmi (éttermek, boltok, bárok). A városkában kb. semmi nem volt, így kicsit furán éreztük magunkat a szállásra való séta közben. Bár mi nem főszezonban voltunk, nyáron gondolom nagyobb nyüzsgés van a környéken.

- Mohamed Navas (9/5): Value for money - Clean and spacious rooms with ample parking. A $10 per night parking fee is reasonable compared to other cities. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but it’s advisable to check closing times if you’re arriving late. Niagara Falls State Park is about a 15–20 minute walk, though I chose to drive since parking at the park is only $10 per day. If you plan to visit the falls at night for the illumination, parking is free from sunset until morning, but overnight parking is not permitted. The breakfast is decent, and the staff are very helpful. The availability of a luggage trolley is especially convenient for moving bags in and out of the room. Nothing.

The staff was lovely as soon as we arrived and was really helpful giving travel advice. The hotel room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The location was excellent close to the national state park and was easy to get around. It was an enjoyable stay! The hotel in general was quite simple so some things such as cups were not provided in the rooms.

- jennifereK5866GO (10/5): Amazing staff! - The staff here were amazing from the second we entered until we left. We went for a cheer competition and they decorated the lobby with cheer accessories and the receptionist was a former cheerleader! Our families enjoyed every minute at this hotel and in the pool room, they had placed towels on every table for our kids! We love it when our families can get together and the hotel helps bring that family atmosphere together.
- eringU769DD (10/5): Above and Beyond - We stayed this weekend and then have 5 competitive teams where most stayed here. We arrived to a lobby filled with decorations about cheer and celebrating us. Jen and her manager Vic were top notch and went above and beyond to make us feel special. They were so friendly and made our stay the best we have had as a program. THANK YOU!!!!

- Stephen (9/5): - Everything was very good. The small Italian restaurant around the corner from the hotel was excellent. It would be a great place to eat for hotel guests. You may want to recommend it since choices are limited close to the hotel.

- Eric (9/5): Had a great night’s rest after a full day of walking and hiking around the Falls. - The location is close to the Niagara Falls visitor center and park, even within walking distance if you’re up for a half-mile warmup before you stroll around the park. Not the hotel’s fault, but while you can walk to the downtown and tourist areas, that stretch of Rainbow Blvd is a bit skeevy, so you may not want to.

- Lester (7/5): It was OK, average. - Staff moved us to another room because of issues with TV (would not turn off), other room was smaller and a little worn( bathroom needed recalling , tiles on floor were cracked. Location was convenient to the falls, restaurants and other attractions. Breakfast was subpar for Fairfield.

- Cindy (4/5): We do not recommend staying here - Nothing It said it had a view of the Falls and it was in the ghetto. Every night there was an outdoor concert at the casino across the street and we got no sleep. The back of the hotel had rundown houses and the street it’s on the same.

- O9659EQjoed (8/5): Upgrade your shower heads - This Marriott is clean and very nice. I stay here each time I travel to Niagara which is quite a bit for work lately. Only one negative and that is the shower heads are terrible with no pressure. No complaints other than that.

- shaumi (10/5): - Family-friendly hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. We had a little issue with shower in the night time and they moved us to a different room immediately. Breakfast was included and made our mornings much easier. Good value for families and a comfortable stay overall

- Imelyn (8/5): It was good and comfy anf staff were very helpful and accommodating - Comfortable and clean with nice customer service I was expecting a big pool not a cute one. I hope there is an in house restaurant. Just in case of a holiday closure outside the vicinity there’s still something to eat.
