• Anahi (8/5): Buena opcion si quieres quedarte en la medina - Instalaciones bien, el Riad es como una casita de 4 habitaciones. Nos quedamos en la suite; las fotos muy bonitas, la habitación era igual solo que da a la habitación del frente. Decoración en general bonita, han hecho lo mejor que han podido con lo que tienen. Está muy bien cuidado. Said muy atento con nosotros. El desayuno contundente y variaba un poco. Se escucha todo. Al ser un riad tienes que entrar y salir con tu propia llave y sin hacer ruido por la noche. El sofá del cuarto tenía una manta encima un poco desagradable. La recogida del aeropuerto muy bien pero te cobran el doble de lo que cuesta un taxi normal. El alojamiento queda en un callejón sin salida dentro de la medina; calles muy sucias, gatos callejeros por montones y mercados.

• Anne (7/5): Warm and friendly stay in the heart of Marrakech - Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location! Very nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. If we had any requests or questions there was always someone there to help us. Overall the rooms were nice. However in 2 out of our 3 rooms the AC did not work properly and the beds are quite hard. We also missed the availability to make coffee or tea in our rooms.

• Reinisch-Tesar (10/5): - Said war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Wir durften unsere Koffer im Riad lassen, da wir eine Wüstenrot unternahmen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und wurde richtig zelebriert. Auch das übrige Personal war sehr zuvor kommend. Es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Riad und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten am Dach das Zimmer und man war gleich auf der schönen Terrasse...herrlich

• CHIARA (8/5): - La gentilezza dello staff: ha organizzato il trasporto con il taxi dall’aeroporto e ci ha accompagnato fino al Riad. Ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni per muoverci al meglio nella medina. Tutti i posti principali sono raggiungibili a piedi, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a muoverci anche di sera. Colazione ottima. La doccia è da migliorare perché lo scarico non funzionava bene, una volta avvisato il personale ha provveduto subito a sistemarlo. La terrazza è molto bella ma dovrebbe essere un po’ più pulita.

Nach der Landung haben wir kurzfristig nach einem Transfer vom Flughafen zum Riad gebeten und etwa 20 Minuten später war der Fahrer da, um uns abzuholen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Das Riad ist hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

• Silvia (7/5): - La terraza y la decoración. El personal es muy amable Riad muy escondido en calles secundarias de la Medina. Avisamos con antelación de que uno de los huéspedes era intolerante al gluten para que preparasen el desayuno y se olvidaron y no tenían nada distinto a lo de siempre. Poco detallistas por su parte ya que deberían de buscar sustitutivos para ofrecer un desayuno completo por el que ha pagado como suelen hacer todos los alojamientos.

Neben der ruhigen, dennoch sehr zentralen Lage haben vorallem Said und Anas mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Ein weiteres Highlight war das hervorragende Frühstück, das jeden Morgen frisch serviert wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Dar Nour El Houda auch ausnahmslos an Freunde und Familie! • paolo (1/5): Pessimo trattamento - La stanza era fredda nonostante la pompa di calore fosse al massimo. In bagno usciva così poca acqua calda che rendeva un'impresa farsi la doccia. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto soggiornare la metà delle notti già pagate e non ci è stato fornito alcun rimborso, neanche parziale per le notti pagate e non trascorse nel riad. Pessimo trattamento.

Sono molti anni che andiamo a Marrakech ed abbiamo sempre scelto le strutture basandoci sulle foto e soprattutto sulle recensioni riportate su Booking senza mai essere delusi. Questa volta è andata male. Probabilmente la mancata manutenzione ha ridotto la struttura in uno stato per noi non accessibile. Pur avendo pagato in anticipo dopo la prima notte siamo andati via. Eravamo tre coppie, cattivo odore nelle camere, condizionatori non funzionanti e stufette rimediate e rumorose con fili elettrici semi scoperti, armadio di design carino in ferro ormai arrugginito, al posto delle solite embrasse abbiamo trovato delle mollette. Alle mie proteste per la presenza di un “insetto” in camera mi è stato risposto che è nomale che ci siano!! In una delle camere non c’erano l’armadio e la doccia ( solo lo scarico a pavimento con tappetino amovibile). Al piano terra l’unico spazio al chiuso con il solito salotto con camino e tavoli era stato privatizzato dal gestore come ufficio e precluso agli ospiti. La cosa strana è che sulla porta del Riad situato in una strada non comoda non c’è neanche la targa con il nome. Potrei continuare, ma credo d’aver reso l’idea. Mi dispiace aver dovuto fare questa recensione, ma avrei voluto che altri l’avessero fatta simile prima della mia prenotazione.

• Wijnands (8/5): Als je van authentiek houdt en gastvrijheid dan zit je hier perfect. - Het ontvangst was allerhartelijkst. Ik kwam heel vroeg aan en ontving direct een uigebreid ontbijt met alle uitleg over de buurt. Ze hadden een hele handige kaart (met foto's) gemaakt zodat je de weg naar het Riad weer terug kon vinden. Het personeel was top! Niets had beter gekund want je bevind je in een prachtige authentieke riad, waarbij gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel staat.

Once you find your way through all the souks, the location is so practical! On top, there are no words for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (just incredible), the beds are super comfy, the breakfast is very elaborate & varied and the riad is just super cosy. Personel chciał być miły, ale po 12 godzinach jazdy, o których poinformowiśmy osoba pracująca zaczęła nam dawać rekomendację, tłumaczyć drogę do hotelu i w inne miejsca, mimo informacji, że to już był nasz króryś z kolei dzień, więc odwiedziliśmy kilka miejsc, które były w rekomendacjach. Personal zaproponował nam herbatę, nie informując, że wiąże się to z dopłatą i w takim miejscu oczekiwałabym, że nie będziemy musieli już dopłacać za wodę i trochę mięty.

• IRINA (10/5): Cozy and warm stay in Medina - Super friendly and open host provided us with a lot of useful information about Marrakesh and helped with any questions. The riad is very cozy and located just a few minutes from the famous museums and restaurants and about 10–15 minutes from the Medina center. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, and the air conditioning helped make the warm nights more comfortable. Recommend to take airport transfer, it’s easy to get lost in Medina for the first time.

• Giulia (8/5): Last night in Marrakesh - Said is a lovely host, he has welcomed us since our arrival and has assisted us during our stay at the riad. The riad is peaceful and has a lovely terrace where breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is varied and tasty. We personally did not like too much the location of our room, on the ground floor, because we felt there was lack of privacy and the room was a bit dark. However, we have only stayed for one night so we have not asked to change allocation. Follow the host's instructions to reach the riad, because it is within a little maze of streets.

Nette Gastgeber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum ein wunderschönes Riad mitten in der alten Medina, ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen . Das Personal Said, Annes und Dounia waren sehr zuvorkommend. Haben uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und sogar Fahrer organisiert um von a nach B zu gelangen. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!!

• Heiko Urlaub (9/5): - Wir waren 3 Nächte hier und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Riad ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir nutzten das Angebot des Abholservice am Flughafen, dies hat reibungslos funktioniert und wir können es jedem nur empfehlen, da das Riad ansonsten schwer zu finden ist. Der Empfang ist herzlich und sehr freundlich, wir wurden mit marokanischem Minztee und Gebäck begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sauber, durch die luftigen Vorhänge ein absoluter Traum. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist gemütlich und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt überall schöne und gemütliche Sitzecken die mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurden. Wir kommen zu 100% wieder in dieses Riad, die Lage ist perfekt und diese Ruhe dort ein absoluter Traum.
• Delia (10/5): Atemberaubende Unterkunft mit herzlicher, familiärer Gastfreundschaft - Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön gestaltet und unglaublich inspirierend – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Obwohl es in Marrakech zu und her geht, findet man die Ruhe innerhalb dieses Riad. Das Team ist stets sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Wir danken und herzlich dafür! Alles in allem genau das, was es braucht, um in Marrakesh gut anzukommen und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir kommen hier bestimmt wieder. Das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit – es wäre schön, wenn in Zukunft auch einige infrastrukturelle Elemente Schritt für Schritt erneuert würden. Wasserhahnen und die Zimmertür.
• Julian (7/5): Nettes Riad im herzen Marrakeschs - Das Personal war super zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war super und die Terrasse war auch sehr schön. Under Zimmer war klein, aber fein. Der Abfluss der Dusche hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, ist erst nach 10 min abgelaufen.

Het personeel is super behulpzaam en betrokken en hebben goede tips en tricks voor een geslaagde Marrakesh ervaring. De communicatie verliep goed zowel voor als tijdens ons verblijf. Wij raden aan om van het Transferaanbod van de Riad gebruik te maken. Ideaal om zorgeloos van en naar het vliegveld te reizen. Elke dag werd er een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt voor ons klaargemaakt en elke dag maakte de schoonmaker onze kamer schoon en ruimde deze op. Dit voelde voor ons echt als een beetje extra luxe. Wij waren er in september en dan staat de boom die in het midden van de Riad staat in bloei. De bloesem heeft een sterke, voor ons wat onaangename geur. Gelukkig was hier in de kamer zelf niets van te merken!

• Pauline Côme (9/5): - L'accueil très chaleureux de Saïd et Anas qui ont fait leur maximum pour que nous passions le meilleur séjour possible. Said qui parle parfaitement français nous a donné pleins de conseils et s'est occupé de nous réserver un hammam. Il était aux petits soins, c'était vraiment appréciable, nous le remercions vivement 😊. Le riad en lui-même est très joliment rénové et décoré. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre et le fait que les serviettes soient changées tous les jours. La chambre, située sur le rooftop, que nous avions réservée n'était pas la plus jolie du riad mais il faut dire qu'elle était conforme aux photos. Elle était assez sombre et elle manquait de rangements pour les vêtements. La salle de bain n'était pas très pratique car très petite et si quelqu'un est dans la douche, même avec le rideau, on ne peut pas utiliser le lavabo sans être arrosé. La chambre mériterait une petite rénovation afin de mieux correspondre au riad. Aussi, nous avons eu un cafard qui s'est introduit dans la chambre 2 nuits consécutives mais j'imagine que c'est assez courant a Marrakech.

• Afonso (8/5): Em geral um ótimo alojamento com uma boa relação qualidade-preço. - Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Sempre disponíveis para ajudar, e muitas vezes fizeram mais do que a sua obrigação (ex: fizeram-nos um pequeno-almoço às 6h50 para irmos a uma atividade, ligaram para um hotel para nos ajudarem a marcar outra atividade). Pequeno-almoço muito muito bom, sempre com um elemento salgado e dois doces, sumo laranja, café/chá, fruta com iogurte. Recomendo. Localização boa, a 10/15 min a pé da praça principal. A "piscina" apesar de pequena é agradável para um fim de dia. Em geral, um ótimo alojamento para quem procura algo simpático em termos de preço e de condições. Poucas coisas negativas a apontar, e não são graves. O chuveiro não tinha delimitação, e às vezes a tomar banho a casa de banho ficava ligeiramente molhada. As cortinas não tapavam na totalidade as janelas, ou seja, não havia nem privacidade total nem escuro, o que pode ser importante para quem não consiga dormir com alguma luz. Não tinha tomadas ao lado da cama, tínhamos de pôr o telemóvel a carregar longe da cama.
• Bernat (9/5): Muy buen Riad relación calidad-precio - Buen Riad relación calidad-precio. A destacar el personal que fue super atento en todo momento y pusieron todas las facilidades del mundo. Al llegar nos dieron la bienvenida con un te y nos dieron un mapa con sitios de interés y el camino más cómodo para llegar al Riad desde la Plaza Jemaa el-Fna (a tan solo 10-15min). Desayuno muy bueno.
