William (6/5): The day before I left, I had reserved a taxi in the morning to take me to Charles deGaulle airporsl. - Breakfast was average. They are French, so they know EVERYTHING about food. Except how to scramble eggs. The weather. But you had nothing to do with that.

David (9/5): Nice modern hotel with very good food and comfortable rooms. - I went there largely to get together with friends living near it. They came for dinner in the restaurant Le Cob and we had an excellent meal and very nice wine. Breakfast was an excellent selection including hot food (bacon, sausages, egg). Nothing. It is a bit out of the centre of the place, but that was not an issue.

Eleni (7/5): Nice location but problems with the air-condition - Good location, quiet room, clean, comfortable bed. There is a serious problem with the air-condition. It is centrally controlled and the guests cannot use it, unless the hotel decides to do so. It was very hot when we arrived, but we were told that the hotel had central heating at that time and that the only thing we could do, was to turn off the heating. The next day we were told that they had decided to turn on the air-condition, but again it was too hot. We opened the windows but huge mosquitos came into the room. Maybe it's a good idea to prefer visiting the hotel during winter time.

Vriendelijk personeel en heel goed ontbijt. Parkeerplaats moet je apart bijboeken/reserveren en de garage is best klein.

Antoine was great with email replies & requests prior to, & check in also good...smooth & professional & friendly. Shanna ( afternoon/evening) in particular scores top points, & her male coworker/trainee also doing a good job, and both easy to chat with. Helpful with directions/ info & recommendations & general info. My very limited Français was NO problem, and their English really good. Basically they all seem to be professional, yet warm & friendly. Restaurant was also REALLY good. Location is excellent...close to Train & bus, and easy to walk everywhere in town...20- 25 min brisk walk to Chateau. Ability to get a massage & hammam onsite.( Booked last minute-ish, at check-in) NICE deep tub & large bathroom. Spacious room with 2 comfy chairs & table. 1)Only there for 2 nights😉 2)Sunday afternoon, while waiting to get AireBus to CDG airport, their bar/lounge wasn't open,& no beer or other alcohol available. Water is plentiful. 3) Instant coffee & plastic (not paper) teabags.

Vous pourriez offrir du thé en théière au petit déjeuner. Et PAS en sachets ! Et puis j'ai regretté de ne pas pouvoir dormir la fenêtre ouverte comme j'en ai l'habitude, la porte-fenèetre ouvrant sur une terrasse où apparemment d'autres personnes avaient accès. Mais ce n'est pas très important, juste un détail.

Jens (9/5): Der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr schön. - Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte etwas mehr Rohkost geben können. Die Lage war exzellent, gegenüber dem weitläufigen Park, in dem das Schloss liegt.
Jacopo (10/5): Super - Pulita, camera spaziosa, personale cortese, a 20 min a piedi dal bellissimo castello di Chantilly. Top.
Cyrille (6/5): - Pas pris de petit déjeuner Nous avons trouvé que le restaurant était très cher et le service vraiment moyen. Nous avons voulu prendre un verre de vin au bar avant une catastrophe pas de personnel pour nous servir ! Bref l'hôtel est bien mais le restaurant trop cher pour le service et la quantité des plats
