• mommacole2 (8/5): Good option for this part of Orlando and business travel - I was in Orlando for work for a couple of days. The hotel was clean, had all the amenities I needed, and included breakfast. It also is very close to Nemour's Children's Hospital where I was working. There or several restaurants right outside the hotel front door. The Turkish Cuisine one was excellent. There was also a little pop-up street fair with music weekend evenings. It seemed wonderful for tourists and visitors. The only downside was my room window was facing the street fair so it was a little noisy trying to fall asleep at night. That being said, if you like to sleep quietly, you might ask for a side not facing the courtyard. The best part was Zak at reception. He got me checked in and went the extra mile to make sure I had the things I needed to be comfortable during my stay. Thank you, Zak!

Amazing staff, Mike Orettel and Ruby Stephen at the front desk are fantastic. They are friendly and accommodating. Both of them made my trip so much easier.

The receptionist who checked us in was accommodating and provided us with a room with an air purifier. Realized it wasn’t working properly but the maintenance crew was prompt and fixed issue immediately. It’s also very conveniently located and we were able to celebrate NYE in the surrounding restaurants/bars/ Boxi park.

From the moment I arrived, Mya at the front desk made check-in a breeze with her friendly smile and helpful recommendations about nearby attractions. She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. Mike, the concierge, was a gem when it came to arranging activities. He offered great local dining suggestions and even helped secure last-minute reservations at a popular restaurant. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and his enthusiasm made exploring the city even more enjoyable. Stephen, another front desk agent, was equally outstanding. • DayTrip820241 (10/5): Hidden respite near MCO - Convenient, chill, and comfortable is how I’d describe this property. It is my goto location when in Orlando to visit family or on business. Close to the airport, traffic is manageable near the hotel (unlike the rest of Central Florida). A great find.
• Excursion23015909717 (6/5): Half points only !! - Half Points ! What is this all about ? I was there about 28 nights. Overall just a OK stay . THe pros: Right on the square or Lake Nona . Easy unload and load . Free -ample parking in the parking structure. Covered would be nice in the summer for sure. The rooms have a nice kitchen and why I chose it . 28 days eating in the three close by fantastic restaurants and the Starbucks is just too much . It worked out great for me and there is a Publix market a couple miles away . Full size fridge is a major bonus . Always something going on in the weekend in the square . If you’re at the courtyard end of the building. That might be noisy. The area around the hotel is kept very clean and I felt safe . I would not hesitate to have my wife stay there solo. Super easy walk to my training center so the location had everything I needed for the 28 days. I did not try the breakfast in the am so no idea how that was. Plenty of free coffee in the lobby in the AM if you do not want to walk to the close by Starbucks . Cons: Half points for some reason . You must pay in full up front. Never had a hotel do this and I’m a Marriott Ambassador. Front desk staff, friendly enough but I kinda expect a good morning or good evening when you walk in . This with them just standing there and no guests they are helping. Just eyes go down and that’s it. Cannot charge any of the snacks , water etc to your room . Very noisy at all hours of the day or night. Not sure if it was the garage “takeovers” with guys doing donuts in the middle of the night or the racing up and down Lake Nona blvd. I did not hear the bands from the square but I was at the other end of the building . I did hear from some others in my training that did and it was kinda loud. ( courtyard end) . I really enjoyed the location and the stay for the most part . I think the above items need some addressing but if I come back to this particular training facility , I might stay here again .

My dad always wants to stay at Courtyard Lake Nona due to the cleanliness and great staff. We highly recommend Courtyard Lake Nona, you surely won't be disappointed!!!!

• MeerkatFly (10/5): A home away from home - I stayed here for 3 weeks and the first night was not pleasant and also noisy but the following and first morning, I was moved to a very lovely suite with a kitchen. I really liked staying here and for studying and living it was ideal. I give it 5 stars. The reception staff overall were also very welcoming and lovely. I want to say thank you to Briana (I think that was her name) who worked at reception as she was excellent. I also want to mention Aracelys in the breakfast area. She made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service. She always made sure I was okay and that I had all that I needed. I could also see that she helped many people, and was always very kind to those that needed help or needed extra attention. She has a good eye for detail and has excellent customer service skills. She also made sure that the breakfast area was clean and with her team made sure the area was stocked full of food and essentials needed for breakfast. I would like to also give her 5 out of 5 stars.

• Charlene (8/5): - In a post COVID-19 environment, we have learned that cleanliness is important for health reasons. Sadly, the hotel staff no longer comes into clean rooms daily. Linens and trash were left until service was requested. I think Marriott has a reputation to uphold and cleaning rooms once a week minimum is not a good practice. I choose to stay at hotels because of the service. With hotel service I can expect clean towels and fresh linens daily. If I wanted to clean up myself, I would opt for a cheaper Air BnB. Just a suggestion.

• Leiro (10/5): - It was an excellent stay, the place was clean, the beds and pillows were first class to achieve a good rest and no noise in the corridors, a varied breakfast, very friendly staff. Danny Vera answered our questions and made us some recommendations on restaurants in the area, there is a boulevards you can walk and eat in any of the places I recommend it if you want to spend a few days relaxing. we will return in the future

• Richard (8/5): A pleasant stay but a few improvements required - Room was quiet and well equipped. Bed very comfortable Staff helpful and friendly Everything was brand spanking new. Room 425 had no water pressure in the morning in shower. Signage to find the hotel was very poor. Had to enter hotel to find out the parking arrangements. Breakfast was poorer than I would expect in a Marriott
