• Adelpha (8/5): Wonderful service and location but mediocre facilities - Staff was very helpful and location is optimal. Room was comfortable and quiet. They need some updating. Only 2 elevators for 9 floors is unacceptable. It takes excessive waiting to access elevator. Amenities are basic. Some common items, such as a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, are missing. Sliding door for bathroom privacy does not work properly. Always a gap. Holes and tares in carpet and wallpaper peeling at corners.

• Hebah (5/5): They scam you with price is better to do it by third party - Good location , valets stuff kind , restaurant stuff super kind and friendly أOverall, my experience was mixed. I want to start by saying that Qunia at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the two ladies at the restaurant were also wonderful and welcoming also valets stuff so kind and helpful However, the rest of the front desk staff were not very friendly or accommodating. When I first arrived, I was told the hotel was completely sold out, including through third-party websites. But within a minute, I was able to find and book a room myself through Booking.com, which was confusing. A few days later, I asked about extending my stay. I was quoted $173 per night, but they only booked one night instead of the two I requested. The next day, when I tried to activate my key, I was told I didn’t have a reservation. When I asked again to extend, they offered a rate of $204 per night, even though I later found the same room online for $149. I ended up booking again online for about $175 with taxes. Another concern was housekeeping. I requested room cleaning two hours in advance, but they showed up after two hours, and they not done in right manner , I’m traveling with a baby, so cleanliness is very important to me. Also, complimentary water was only provided on the first day and was not restocked afterward. I also felt uncomfortable with how payments were handled. One staff member told me I could receive the bill by email, but later, another refused to activate my key unless I paid immediately. At that moment, my baby was alone in the room, and I didn’t have my wallet with me. I asked if they could activate the key so I could quickly return and pay, but they refused. I had to charge my phone first to complete the payment, which took extra time and added stress. As a guest extending my stay, I expected a more welcoming and understanding approach. Instead, I often felt treated with suspicion rather than hospitality. That said, I truly appreciate the kindness of Qunia and the restaurant staff, who made parts of my stay much better.

But the staff upon arrival made this a destination for the future, the staff, Ms. QUEENIE, Mr. QUINCY, Mr. ARLEX, and Ms. MORIAH were hands down the best staff we have ever came across at a hotel! PERIOD! PLEASE STAY, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
• AABerry (8/5): Good hotel except for food - My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff is extremely nice. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room but those were promptly addressed. I don’t like that there is no self-parking at this hotel, but the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the free breakfast was quite bad and poorly organized. The “eggs” were disgusting (I ate one bite and threw them away) and the oatmeal looked too gross to even try. There was also no milk or cream on the coffee and tea counter, as well as no spoons. Thankfully, I had food I could eat in my room.

The bed was amazing—super comfortable with high-quality bedding. Everything felt convenient and well thought out. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was delicious. We also really appreciated the accessibility and overall ease of getting around. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend!

• SlyRyGuy (4/5): If you're arriving late, good luck getting assistance - This stay was unfortunately defined by a very poor front desk experience. We arrived around 10:30 PM after a flight delay and were already exhausted. After valet parking, we found ourselves outside the property with no clear way to get in. We only got inside because another guest happened to let us in. From there, we made our way up to the third-floor lobby to check in, only to find no one at the front desk. I walked around the lobby looking for staff and found no one, and there was no sign or direction on how to get assistance. After a while, I ended up using the lobby phone just to get someone’s attention. Only then did the front desk staff member come out. When I told him we had been waiting, his response was dismissive and unapologetic saying, “you haven’t been waiting that long.” That completely changed the interaction. Up until then, it was just an inconvenience, but that response was frustrating and unprofessional. Even a few minutes with no direction or indication that anyone is coming is frustrating, especially late at night after traveling. A simple apology would have gone a long way. The check-in itself felt rushed and lacked basic hospitality. It was essentially “here’s your key and room number” with no offer of additional keys, no mention of complimentary water, and no explanation of anything else. At that point, I just wanted to get to the room and be done. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication made the stay feel unwelcoming. This could have easily been avoided with better organization and basic customer service.

• Abby (6/5): Overall, it was acceptable for a one-night stay, but we will not be staying there again. - We chose this hotel because of the price and proximity to the NRG stadium. It was perfect for a quick trip to the rodeo and back after the concert. Because of its location, we were able to stay away from all the rodeo traffic. I stayed with my teenage daughter and son. Our room had a king bed and a sofa pull-out. There was one pillow and two flat sheets for the pull-out, no blankets. Luckily, we had brought our own quilt, or my son would have frozen. The king bed was hard and had dips where people slept. The pull-out sofa mattress was very thin, and my son did not enjoy sleeping.

• gilerwin24 (2/5): Really Bad Experience - Charges on myt credit card - A terrible experience at the front desk. My reservation was paid for by my company, yet they still charged my card $850 USD. No one on the staff could help me; they kept charging me a new amount every day, and no one resolved anything. The service was awful. If you have the chance, choose another hotel. There's definitely no guarantee your credit card will stay at the front desk.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel really went the extra mile to create a cozy, festive atmosphere. They had delicious cookies and hot cocoa available during the holidays, which was such a thoughtful touch, and the chocolates were a lovely little bonus that made everything feel extra special. One of the sweetest highlights was on Christmas Eve, when they had Santa Claus at the hotel for kids to take photos. It was magical, well organized, and perfect for families , a memory we’ll definitely treasure. You could really feel how much effort the hotel put into making the holidays memorable for their guests. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria couldn’t be better. Between the excellent service and all the festive details, this stay truly stood out. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting during the holidays. We would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and so helpful from start to finish. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and it was always spotless, which we really appreciated. One thing I have never seen at any other hotel was what they did during Christmas week. They had fresh baked cookies, hot cocoa, marshmallows, and a gorgeous Christmas tree set up in the lobby. It truly made us feel like we were part of a community. All the families gathered, talked, and enjoyed the moment together, and it was just wonderful. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
