Skvělá poloha, kompletní vybavení, dokonalá čistota, maximální vstřícnost v nenásilně formě, bohatá snídaně s čerstvým ovocem, terasa s okouzlujícím výhledem, prostě vše bylo perfektní. Dokonce jsme dostali lepší pokoj, než jsme původně rezervovali. Jen jsme nestihli navštívit všechny tipy, které nám Bruno dal. Naštěstí se nezlobil :-) Snad tedy příště. Není co vytknout.

- Tara (10/5): Outstanding Hospitality, an incredible oasis in beautiful Rome - Absolutely LOVED Host Bruno and his beautiful retreat of suites in Rome. Superb location, beautiful terraces and outstanding breakfast with fresh prosciutto, mozzarella, pastries, fruit and coffee. We were so blown away by the incredible hospitality and consideration Bruno and his staff showed us as they arranged to have us picked us up at the airport with a private car and driver, he greeted us with a beautiful buffet, had wine and drinks in the room, which was appointed with anything we could possibly need. Rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. I felt like we were visiting a very dear friend. We had an absolute blast, could walk everywhere, such a safe area away from the chaos and tourist areas, and we had a fantastic time with the other guests! I would not stay elsewhere in Rome and almost hesitate to leave such a review, as we worry he will be constantly booked in the future as yes, this is one of the best places to stay for hospitality in Rome. Thank you Bruno We loved everything!

He was helping a lot with not only nice breakfast but also what to see in Rome, where to go etc. If we will come to Rome again we don't hasitate to stay here again!!

Pero nunca no habían atendido tan bien como Bruno, encargado de Rarity Suites. Muy atento a todas nuestras necesidades, de entregarnos mapas de la ciudad y explicando cuál son los mejores lugares, hasta recibirnos 4 horas antes del check in sin problemas. Sin duda volveremos, además la ubicación es privilegiada ( podrás recorrer los lugares más famosos de la Ciudad a pie sin problemas ). Alojamiento muy como, buen internet, limpio. La verdad decir algo malo sería muy injusto.

Very clean, very safe, and our balcony was outstanding. Being in the 4th floor was awesome. Bruno was the best host! Lovely going-away present from him. Thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful memories. Hugs to Pana, the dog! The location is perfect to walk everywhere, bus stop and metro station nearby, and lots of restaurants around. Az egész szálláshely nagyon tiszta és komfortos, a reggeli bőséges és finom, a személyszet pedig rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész. A tetőteraszról a kilátás pedig egészen fantasztikus.

The property manager Bruno is an extremely thoughtful and caring for his guests , from every small detail concerning your stay : the rooms are spotless and cleaned every day, the breakfast is to your liking - sweet or savory. The common area has access to a rooftop terrace, which offers a remarkable experience in the evenings. Bruno is more than welcoming by offering us advice and guidance how to experience Rome in the best possible way based on our choice by recommending places to eat or to visit. This is indeed a "home away from home", really close to the top sights ( about 20 min walk) yet you are having a really nice and calm experience when you get back to Rarity suits. - Kulkarni (10/5): Veru convenient and comfortable place to stay and enjoy Roma! - We really enjoyed our stay at the Rarity Suits in Rome. The locations is very convenient - walking distance to many popular attractions. Many nice restaurants nearby. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood. A/c was very comfortable (it was 100 F almost everyday). The breakfast was excellent. Lot of snacks and drinks were available. Katia was very friendly and most helpful. She made very tasty omelette for me. The hotel management kept in touch with us all the time. Katia made arrangements for a pick up at the train station, taxis for sight seeing and transportation to the airport. I would highly recommend Rarity Suits for a convenient and comfortable stay in Rome.

If yes, I can affirm that Rarity Suites would be defined not only as an ordinary place to stay at Rome, but “the place” to feel at home, in Rome. The suite is brand new and fully equipped with all sort nice amenities such as frigobar full of complementary beverages, coffee and tea machines, two types of hair dryers, shampoos, high quality towels, pillows, bed linen etc. On top of all of this add a warmly welcome during our whole stay at Rarity Suites by Bruno and his parents, Anna and Carlo, which are the best and kindest hostess ever!

From the great breakfast, to the suggestions for things to see in the area of Rome, and suggestions for restaurants, it was excellent. Our room was spacious, very well presented, and our bed was very comfortable.and the roof top common area was great as well (even if the Rome weather did not co-operate). Nothing.

Our flight arrived late on September 5th and the owner, Bruno, checked us in when we arrived and had a nice light dinner prepared for us (there was no charge for that on final bill). Bruno is a super nice guy and he made us feel like we are at a best friend's house and not at a hotel. He is very knowledgeable of things to do and places to go in Rome and he gave us some wonderful pointers and information. Besides that, the place is beautiful, charming, has lots of history and character, super clean, and super well located, and the breakfast is excellent. Will definitely stay there next time we are in beautiful Rome. Thank you Bruno for making our stay very memorable. Nothing. It was all good.

- Lara (10/5): Deserves 10 stars! - Huge room (Suite) decorated to perfection! Gigantic patio with views to Piazza Popolo! Air conditioning, coffee maker in room,mini bar with cold drinks gratis. Bruno is an exceptional host and you can tell that he loves to host and also loves Rome and is very knowledgeable! When we told him that we did not drink Coke zero, he brought three bottles of regular coke and put them in our personal refrigerator that afternoon. There are always sweet and savory snacks in the kitchen area along with wine, cold drinks and tea and coffee. Breakfast is included and is exceptional! Just let Bruno know your preference and he will try to provide it. Bruno marked on an excellent map different locations to see art works that we never would have known about.He also gave us an extensive list of restaurants, self guided walking tours, bars and cafes in the area. If I am ever in Rome again I will definitely stay here! I have stayed at more expensive hotels that did not have this level of service and care. They could take a page from Bruno's book on hospitality!

I went by the reviews and I'm happy to say they were all 100%. Bruno was amazing from the start to the end. His kindness, friendliness and his way of making you feel welcome is wonderful. The correspondence and information was quick and clear and he even sent links on where to book for different sites for their journey. My parents had the best time ever and felt very welcome and cared for, a home from home they said. The breakfast and suits were 10/10! They enjoyed the terrace and the closeness to all great sites. They speak very highly about Bruno and his hotel and will definitely go back. Nothing, my parents loved this place.

- Stacy (10/5): PERFECT Accommodation in Rome - Bruno was the best host! On the first day, he went through a list of all his recommended restaurants and attractions to see in Rome. He stocked our room with Prosecco, beer, and water, and also gave us each some Italian pasta to take home! He also arranged breakfast based on how early or late we were up and ready each day. Besides Bruno being an absolute gem of a human being, the location of Rarity Suites was phenomenal. We were able to easily walk to pretty much all of the areas we wanted to see in Rome. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Also the rooftop terrace is beautiful and was the perfect place to have some wine and watch the sunset. Nothing — it was perfect.

- Mozaclou (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic, individually decorated suite with a private terrace on a rooftop in the heart of Rome with the best location and wonderful, personalized hospitality. It had everything we wanted to have a lovely stay in Rome. The rooftop terrace has a magnificent view and ot's a few minutes walk from the Piazzs del Popolo and the Spanish stairs. We especially appreciated the very warm welcoming from the owner family with great guidance on places to visit and the best neighbouring restaurants. Also, the owner went out of his way to arrange for a nice breakfast for us even though we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. I can highly recommend a stay here, you will surely not be disappointed. And we will returm!

- Carol (10/5): Spacious and modern boutique accommodations in Rome! - We've been to Rome many times before, and Rarity Suites is now at the top of our list for its modern, spacious and well-located accommodations. Near the beautiful Piazza del Popolo, you can walk to popular sites in Rome in 10-30 minutes (or hop on an e-bus). Our host Bruno is a native of Rome and he could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We joked that we needed a year in Rome to get to the many activities and places that he recommended-- things that are very much off the beaten path (although Bruno is happy to help arrange sightseeing pretty much anywhere in Rome). He made dinner reservations for us at some great restaurants and arranged airport transportation was well. Breakfasts are plentiful and tailored to your tastes. There are 5 rooms at Rarity Suites. Ours had a delightful private terrace, and all guests are welcome to enjoy the rooftop garden terrace that offers 360 views of Rome--a perfect place to watch sunsets over Rome while sipping an aperitivo. We'll definitely be back! Nothing. It was pretty much perfect!

Bruno is a wonderful host, very attentive and kind! He greeted us upon arrival and helped with the bags. He also kindly suggested places to visit while we were in Rome and even presented us with some local gifts when we checked out! The rooms are tastefully decorated, and everything is new and sparkling clean! The views from the balcony were spectacular, and the breakfast was great! Bruno also helped my parents with the airport transfer - he ordered a cab and ensured they met the driver downstairs. We'll be happy to stay at Rarity Suites whenever we are in Rome again! - Sebastian (10/5): Excellent stay. Honeymoon approved! We would stay again - One of our best stays in Italy! The accommodations feel fancy which is weird to say or describe well, but hopefully you get it. The location is good! It’s near piazza del poppollo, near it there are a lot of restaurants that other people recommended so it may be good for going out to eat. It’s near a metro stop and there is a place to buy bus tickets nearby. You can get there by car too, but we didn’t do that so don’t know the parking situation. Bruno was *very accommodating and extremely nice* he waited for us even though we arrived way later than planned and gave us a lot of information about Rome. The rooms were very nice, spacious enough, with enough amenities, black out curtains, good temperature control, good view, good cable tv and great wifi! Like I was able to upload a number of videos and pics that I took from the trip. The breakfast was one of our best in Italy, not just coffee and pastries. The location was great too, but there are many great locations in Rome. We would stay there again for sure. Nothing! I think if you were staying in Rome for a while, I would stay here and get used to public transportation. If you had little time in Rome (like a day) and wanted to for trevi/pantheon etc, there are other places closer to those sites, (with different $) so just a thought! But we would for sure stay at this location and place again

Bruno immediately felt like a friend - My daughter and I planned a last minute trip to Rome from Siena and this was the perfect place! The rates were great, Bruno, his mother and Debra were always helpful and make amazing cappuccinos as well!! Rarity Suites was a perfect home-base while we visited Rome! We loved EVERYTHING about Rarity Suites! The only issue was the HOT WEATHER! I wanted to enjoy the rooftop and balcony more but the heat in Rome was oppressive when we were there. I may have to come back when it’s a bit cooler!
- Samzhzhou (10/5): It is an excellent place for first-time travellers as well as someone who wants to explore the city. - The hotel is close to Piazza del Popolo where there is a Taxi station, and only 10 minutes walk from Spanish Steps. It is close to a main commercial street with shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and has in depth knowledge about the city. There is a large volume of travel books introducing Rome and its culture. There is a terrace on the roof for breakfast and coffee. The elevator works quite well. The speed of the WiFi can be improved.
