- Verified traveler (4/5): - Although I was expecting something basic for a short stay, the room was much worse than I expected. There was a window without a shade or any window covering, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, there were stains on most of the towels and linens (as well as on the tray in the room) and one of the lights was broken. It would also have been nice to include some hangars in the closet, a safe, and more than half a roll of toilet paper. With a few improvements I think the hotel would be a good basic option but unfortunately it was not when I stayed.

- Farisferdaus (8/5): Good Location! - We stayed for 2 nights in the family room. Room size was okay, and basic necessities is there. The A/c was good and Friendly front desk staff. The only thing that could be improved are the bed sheets as it look kinda has light stain and dirty. The hotel is strategically located nearby to many shops and eateries as well as not far from the train station. Overall will recommend staying here again,

- Verified traveler (2/5): I will never come back, not even 1-star. - This is the saddest stay in my life. The environment of the room is pathetic, service needless to say is also pathetic. We given window room, and sadly the window is broken. People could just sneak in through my window wth! Lousy and noisy environment, you cannot get a good rest. We had paid for 2 nights stay. But sadly to say we can't bear to stay long. We rather to pay extra, headed to another hotel instead of continue staying here. Good luck.

- imeehezalb (8/5): Late Check In - room was ok with 2 super single(queen) beds. toilet is clean with toiletries provided. iron board is outside every floor. there is no parking lot under this hotel, so you have to fork out around rm18 for parking per day (expensive). shopping mall is just less than 5 minutes away. I come here not to shop but because my house area there is no water & the price is less than rm100.
- DAYW14 (8/5): NOT NON SMOKING - Walls thin and smell of smoking even though it is no smoking hotel?? Access to rooms is with plastic card in the lift that takes you to your floor only and gets you into the room. But if you leave your room with someone in there you need the card to get back to the floor and get into the room again and the power goes off when you take the card so the person sits in the room in the dark???
- DAYW14 (6/5): Wedding Shopping Holiday - Good value for money rooms and bathrooms ok, bit noisy from street below. Lots of SMOKERS in NO SMOKING ROOMS. Great shopping and eating area. Staff helpful,also arranged transport to the airport. people $170 MYR
- EncikA34 (8/5): Good Hotel - Went to stay there for 4 nights. It's really close to the SOGO SHOPPING MALL, like you just get out from the hotel then look to the left and there the MALL. U CAN find anything in there. The receptionist guy who usually there for night till morning (AMIR) was really nice. The others are just so so. He helped me with my luggage,and fix my internet problem. It was okay, all okay
- izyanr2016 (8/5): Recommended hotel (the next Noble Hotel) - This hotel is located in just a walking distance from SOGO shopping mall, nearby LRT Bandaraya. This hotel is new (1 year+) and the amenities are new. The shower is great, the bed is comfy, and elevator is also provided. This hotel does not provide any breakfast, but pasar malam (night market) is available just a step away from the hotel. The main entrance of the hotel is behind the building (away from the main road Jalan TAR), but there is an excess to the hotel through the silk/shawl shops (which located besides the main road Jalan TAR). The only thing that I notice is that the floor in the room is a bit greasy, but it is clean. I stay at lvl 6 (Unit 602), the door knob of the toilet is broken. And, the air-cond is not cool enough (although it showed 16degC). But the night after, I stayed at unit 601, the air-cond is okay (they have set it to 24degC only). The room is not providing refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. And definitely will come back because of the good shower and bed, walking distance to shopping areas and good prices! RM99~RM189 per night.
- ChrisC11923 (2/5): foreign workers bad attitude - I was there in the midnite after made a booking via expedia and its prepaid. shocked that upon arrival i was told my booking was cancelled.I strongly believe that he is not a local person from his accent. He cant speak english at all and keep on saying that my booking is cancelled. Worst part of all is... he was chewing something in his mouth while talking and dont bother at all to listen to what im explaining to him. What a nightmare. Middle of the night, im with my wife... no room for me even it has been prepaid... out of sudden he offer me a room without window.... Im asking myself... do i have a choice... but truly from my heart hýi dont recommend this hotel to anybody. Tourism malaysia should look at this foreign workers issue seriously.
- beths259 (8/5): Great for what we needed. - A good hotel, located in Little India. It is only a 20 minute walk from KLCC or a 5/6 RM taxi ride away. We had a deluxe family room for one night which was good for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, there was a choice of duvets or sheets. The air con worked perfectly, it was a good temperature at 24 degrees all night. The shower was fantastic and had great pressure. The whole room was very clean and the hotel service was really good.
- RUBY21084 (8/5): Excellent Location for Shoppers - new hotel located at the shopping area. makan places is everywhere. shopping malls i.e. sogo is in walking distance. room was good though not really spacious. public transport is very near i.e. LRT and public bus. price is also reasonable.
