- John Mark (8/5): Fine For A Place to Sleep and Bath sans Fanciness - I was just looking for some place to sleep for a low price because of a business trip and I was satisfied. I wasn't looking for something fancy and lots of amenities. The shower was a little near the toilet so it was kind of uncomfortable to take a shower. 1 pillow case I had should have been never used and had been thrown away.

- Royax (8/5): Good enough - My review is based on my satisfaction during my 3-day stay in this hotel. I have no complaints. It's just what I expected. I got what I paid for. For me, as long as there's hot water for shower, a bed to sleep on, and good WiFi internet connection, then I'm satisfied.
- Sefralin (2/5): Worst accomodation - Commenting or writing a review isn't really my cup of tea; however, what we had experienced with G-Galyx Hotel shouldn't just be put aside, or, worst, bark at the wrong tree. And this review is just the right venue to vent our absolute frustration. The WORST accomodation I went by far. Beginning from the receptionists' ill-bred attitude all the way up to the physical set up of the hotel was just so FRUSTRATING. The ventilation was terrible. We were provided with an electric fan despite "airconitioned room" due to its defect. The room size that was supposed for a family was best fit for a single or two persons only. The bath/comfort rooms' doors (separate) are half-sized leaving a wide openings on its lower/upper portions that splash the water outside. It has no telephone in the room. The 2-in-1 liquid soap was empty (un-refilled). All these were brought to their attention but we only got an insincere respond. Why "insincere"? It's the top-most priority of the management to act upon complaints and make the guest/s feel comfortable and safe. Despite reminding them repeatedly, we always got the answer "we'd look into the matter ma'am", until we left the area, nothing was looked into considerably.
- gleiz_a2019 (2/5): Don’t let the bedbugs bite! - The rooms did not have exhaust fans and I was bitten by bedbugs😖 The rooms were not as group friendly, as there was no exhaust fan, and the toilet with only a curtain, you could smell and hear everyone doing their business in it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room provided is too small, irregular shape. Rooms to be reserved for online booking must be those rooms with regular shape in terms of room areas NOT those triangular in shape/floor area. it was really disappointing.
- CHARLES R (10/5): Cagayan de 'Oro's Best Budget Hotel - An Evening Open-Air Charcoal Fired Bar-B-Que is located within easy walking distance from the Hotel. The food tastes exceptionally good. I ate there each evening without fail. Eating venues @ the nearby Ayala Mall included Filipino Restaurants as well as a Korean All-You-Care-To-Eat Buffet (( I did experience extreme frustration on the day of my departure for the airport when I discovered the van supposed to be able to transport me to the Airport was leaving from the Makati Mall -- some distance away. I first took a taxi to the departure point. Paid the 199 Peso Tariff -- only to learn it would be impossible to arrive at the airport in time for my 2:15 Departure. A SECOND TAXI WAS REQUIRED ( COSTING ME MORE THAN 400 PESOS MORE THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. ) Approximately $11.00 more than I had budgeted. Never had any regrets about my stay there. Clean, Comfortable, & Hospitable. The desk personnel & security staff were exceptional in their demeanor & courtesy. The Chinese Restaurant directly across the street serves Great Coffee as well as unusual Breakfast Entrees such as Steamed Cabbage cooked with Onions, Garlic, & Butter. (( Also available are Chinese Dumplings for 8 Pesos each. )) IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THIS IS AN "ALCOHOL-FREE" ESTABLISHMENT.

- karylc2017 (10/5): Great hotel! - I believe it’s a new hotel in CDO. The rates are cheap and the room that I got is really great. The environment is also good so you can sleep well and soundly. I recommend this hotel especially to those backpackers out there! A must stay hotel in CDO!
- acfc15 (4/5): :( - I booked a room for 3 persons. For the price, breakfast should have been included. I know of a place which only charge 800 per airconditioned room/night with breakfast. The only redeeming quality of this InnHotel is it's proximity to the Cogon market and it's good bed. The blanket was too thin. The bathroom/CR is disappointing. The shower was almost directly under the toilet bowl. The dispenser in the bathroom is 3-in-1 (Shampoo, liquid soap, and body wash). The TV in our room wasnt responding to the remote control. One more thing, there's a constant dripping sound of water coming from the airconditioner. I'm guessing that this is water from airconditioners above our room. It was very distracting. I kept waking up through the night because I was the one sleeping on the top deck of the bed. I'm sure the InnHotel can do so much better.
- BE (6/5): we stayed at room 206, NO table & NO chair - First time in my whole experience about Hotel. This Hotel is OK when it come of cleanliness, but rooms should always have table & chair, My daughter and I stayed this hotel for 5 days. so we will eating our food in our bed because they dont have cafe guest need to go out to eat. My case since i have a disable daughter with me, we need to eat inside of our room. but its sad that NO table NO chair. and room is really small. this Hotel is good for one night or short time only.

- rainbowwarrior126 (6/5): Not so good experience - I was assigned at the 2nd floor of the Hotel. By the time I entered, I smelled something foul. I learned there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom/cr. I thought I can sleep with it but I was still awake till 1:00 am. So I asked the hotel staff to transfer me to another room at the 4th floor. The room was much better than the first one. I was able to sleep at 2:00 am.

- maputinge (6/5): Good for Backpackers - My friend and I had a room that is good for 2 people. Our stay there was just okay and not so bad for us. We were backpacking so we only stayed for a night or two and were always on the go. The price is really cheap so don’t expect 5 star treatment. The room looks really nice and clean, the bed is just okay, nothing special but enough for you to at least sleep for a night or two. The room was small though so it could be a tight fit for large people, good thing we're tiny. :) The AC is not bad but they did have hot water for the shower which was amazing but it has slight smell of mold. The location is really good because it is near the market/palengke, just a 5 minute walk and you can go to buy cheap fruits and stuff. At night there are some barbecue stalls around.

- Lady Bug (4/5): Will never go back to this Place - I booked for Twin bed but when I arrived they gave me single bed. Room isn't clean. You can see dust , junkfood/candy wrapper under the bed. I left with bed bugs bite. Room is sooooo small.
- traveller51291 (4/5): I liked the location. - Pros: 1. Location. 2. Room prices are very affordable, as low as 198 for 12 hours. 388 for 24 hours (Capsule) 3. Check in & Check out was fast. 4. Cable TV with lots of programs. 5. AC worked well. 6. Free Wi-Fi. Cons: 1. Bedding was too thin, bed was hard, pillow was not very comfortable. Linens weren't clean. There were dirt marks on the towels as well. 2. Shower pressure was very poor. 3. Stench coming from bidet. 4. Shower takes about 3 minutes before heat sets in. 5. Wi-Fi connection was intermittent. 6. I didn't have a landline telephone in my room (for front desk, etc) but there's one on the 9th floor, beside the Elevator, which is just across to my room. Imagine hearing the phone ringing when you are sleeping because front desk have to call maintenance or whatever. 7. On my last day, (stayed for 3 nights) the shower acted up and didn't want to heat up & pressure was the weakest. I called front desk and asked to have it checked, took them 10 minutes to have someone check my room, I even had to call them again to follow up on my request. 8. In the end, they weren't able to fix the issue, and just said they have to fix the issue by lunchtime. The heck! I had to shower with freezing cold droplets of water before I checked out. 9. Oh i forgot to include - elevator controls were hard to operate. You have to press the "touch sensistive" controls a lot of times before it responds. Stay at this hotel if you don't mind poor customer service, weak shower pressure, dirty linens/towels & stinky water from bidet. Overall 3/10 - Saving factors: Price, Cable TV and Location.

- ramel04 (6/5): Cheap hotel near the malls and famous Humba. - This hotel is located near Cogon Market. So the outside is chaotic but still safe. I walked at night and still unharmed. 9mins away by walk to Centrio and Lim Ket Kai mall. And a stone throw away to cogon market which is home to Aling Violy's famous Humba. Room is very small. The bed is also small and mattress is hard. The beddings is awful and is very thin. The blanket is thin and cannot even cover my whole body. Bathroom have no doors. Only bathroom curtains. TV comes with cable and have great channel selections. The lobby have a very good design. However staff is not very helpful. I came down from a taxi durinh checkin and I was carrying 2 heavy bags of pastel ( i just came from camiguin) and also my backpack. No one offered to help me. No one also offered to help me bring my bags to the room even after I checked in. Overall if you are on a tight budget this hotel would do.
- Katz (8/5): Good but... - The original room I booked through expedia was a "good for 2" but when I arrived, it was actually for a single person. So I had to add 300ish php more to upgrade. I don't know who made it such that that cheaper room was marked for two when it's not. It's a nice hotel but there is no bathroom door. They're using only bathroom curtains to divide the sleeping and bathroom. So, it's awkward when taking a dump if you're sharing the room.
- mariateresitae (4/5): Great Hotel but - This Hotel is fine but the rooms are small and not comfortable, they also do not have a telephone, this is such an inconvenience for travelers who need assistance in their rooms but their staffs are very helpful and friendly.
- dirkeke (6/5): You get what you pay for - Well, I got the cheapest room "compact" during my stay. Nothing fancy and its good for a short or ambush stay. The bed and pillow is okayish but the room has a foul smell, am not sure where it came maybe from the rag they used to clean but anyway their staff attentively provided my request for some air disinfectant spray. I was wondering for the bathroom why they used the shower curtain instead of a sliding door or the usual door, its awkward especially if you have a visitor, wish the admin or owner will also consider that. Overall the room and its perimeter is clean and plus they have 24hours security which is very essential especially in that place and a parking lot.
- cristabern (2/5): Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - It was an aweful experience. The water smells like rotten eggs. The room was way too small. No doors on the bathroom which causes the shower spray to reach outside (slipped 2 times getting out) which happened to have no doormats... well maybe because there is no door. The outside of the building looked so new which will mislead you!
- hadisch (8/5): Good value - Seen an ad at the airport for 388 per night. This price is for staying 3 nights until April. I went for the sub capsule. Ordinary price 488 per night. Small room, around six sqm. Concrete walls, so will not hear your neighbours. Attached shower with toilet, sometimes even hot water. Towel is given at the reception. Flat TV with a lot of programs. Hotel seems to frankly new. Good matress and very clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): poor management - I usually don't write a review but in this case I will the hotel staff couldn't find my reservation because she didn't know where to look for it so she tried to charge me again for the room which was reserved for two people when a manager showed her where to find the reservation they gave us one towel and one soap for two people and the room was so small you couldn't move in it without bumping the other person much smaller than the room that was shown in the picture when we reserved it overall I would recommend my friends stay somewhere else like the G V hotel which is where we went to for the remainder of my stay
