Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Low cost & very close to the airport. Although the hotel and room looked clean there was a foul smell in the bathroom so it’s possible there was a leak in the drainage. Aircraft noise was tolerable but we had the windows open due to it being warm and the first flight in woke us at 04:40.
None of the staff wore masks and there was a group of three unmasked guests chatting in the small reception area, so that made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
It’s a budget hotel so best not expect too much.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It was advertised on-line as breakfast included, but there was none and the cost was still the same
- Charles (8/5): Great - Great place for short stay central location
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean and modern hotel, secure parking. Great location. Only downside was breakfast is not available ever Although it states breakfast is included, so was mislead upon booking
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location is good, close to the airport, there is both street parking and a parking lot. Rooms are very small. Anytime you need to enter building you have to ring a bell.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very low quality facilities and low service levels. Worst bed I have slept on for many years. Only cold things for continental breakfast.
- Janice (8/5): Great stay! - Really enjoyed my stay at the London Plus i in London...Rooms clean and comfy... Breakfast was very nice.. All on a self service basis..
A lovely outdoor seating area... As I arrived early afternoon, I took advantage of this amenity..Staff were very nice too.... I would definitely recommend this delightful Hotel....
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was expecting a letter on arrival told" no mail for you " I spoke to the sender of the letter ,who checked out with the post office and he found that the letter sent express tracked to be signed for had been refused twice . This letter was important and costing over £6.00 such attitude of a supposedly highly thought of B&B is disgusting IF and I stress IF is the policy of your motel , then it should be indicated on the website that all mail parcels etc should be preceded by an e-mail .This should be done to avoid further confusion .Extremely disappointed
- David. Martin (8/5): - Close to tube and WiFi pretty quick
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Really convenient location especially for Heathrow. Secure parking appreciated. Great value for the money. Rooms decent too. Friendly and helpful staff. A couple of decent Portugues restaurants in walking distance. Will use again. Recommended.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very convenient for Terminal 4 and we’ll priced. The room was nice and clean.
- Ali (8/5): Good value for money - It was clean and friendly, and service was good, and very well situated for Heathrow airport.
- Karen (8/5): - Very close to airport, price is excellent. I would defenetly go back and I would also recommend this place to all my friends.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff very helpful with late arrival, arranging for early morning tax to LHR!
- Brian (10/5): - Great value. Very close to heathrow. easy check in, nice room, onsite parking, and reasonable breakfast included. Only just made it for final check-in time (11 PM).
- Jesca (8/5): - Close to the airport. Staff were approachable and seemed friendly. Room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Great place to stay for one night for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, beans, bananas, apples, white sliced bread, jam, butter, croissants, jam, butter, and coffee. Free parking was a plus! I would stay again.
- Alan (10/5): - Very new, well maintained property. Two off street private parking lots. Only downside is location is right at the east end of Heathrow with takeoff S happening right over the property very steadily. They stopped before I went to sleep and for an old plane buff like myself were not at all disturbing. Might given someone else a bit of a problem.
- Gregory (10/5): Wonderful accommodation really close to Heathrow. - Great breakfast! Wonderful room. Large shower, new tile in bathroom, great amenities, warm towel rack, hot water system, good sized room. Great Place!!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very basic hotel. Staff were friendly although a bit hard to understand
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good price, good place - Great for arrival or departure from Heathrow. Close and clean with good breakfast
- Verified traveler (6/5): - that there was a gated parking lot and I could roll my bags right into the back patio of my room
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay before flying out from Heathrow. He had ground floor room which initially was quite quite noisy. Be aware of this hotel is right over the flight path and planes flying over every 90 seconds from 6 AM, so Will be home for a late night you may be disappointed. The breakfast was also good
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The only negative was that no-one was there at check in time and I had to wait. Easy bus ride ftom Heathrow but had to change buses
- Patricia (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - Clean, comfortable and convenient for an overnight airport stay
- Clive (8/5): - Cosmopolitan rundown area yet the hotel gave me exactly what I needed, comfort with cleanliness for my one day wait for Heathrow. Unfortunately the breakfast was rubbish which included cold baked beans coupled with a stained tablecloth. Don't bother with the Portugese restaurant nearby.
- Mr. Steven (10/5): Very convenient value for Heathrow. - Very clean, comfortable, exceptional value, and easy stay for traveling out of Heathrow. The only complaint was that the room was like an oven, but I cooled it down reasonably well.
- Jayne (8/5): Nice guest house - Very easy to find. The staff where very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and clean only issue was heating wasn’t working when we got there but the staff sorted it out very quickly. So overall pleasant guest house would definitely recommend a stay there
- Patrick (10/5): excellent place to stay, would stay there again, - close to airport one night stay for plane change
- kevan (8/5): - Friendly Staff
- Celia (10/5): Great place near Heathrow - While its proximity to the airport and major roads meant there was some noise, London-Plus was a nice place to stay. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable, and handy to a small grocery store and good restaurants..
- Linda (10/5): - really close to Heathrow Airport. Charming hostel type friendliness, good breakfast, quiet.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel close to Heathrow Airport - We stayed 1 night before flying from Heathrow. We chose this hotel as it was close.
- Laura (8/5): Great nights stay - Stayed for 2 nights, the staff were really friendly. Had everything I needed, would stay again
- Jay (10/5): Good value and convenient to Heathrow - Near Heathrow. An inexpensive, but clean place to stay. Service was excellent and room was comfortable. Free breakfast was great and a nice way to start the day before heading for the airport.
- Geary (10/5): Close to Heathrow - Great place to stay close to airport. Staff friendly and room clean and spacious. Bathroom was more than adequate. Nice patio area in the rear. Breakfast was fair, but they did have more than just ceral. Only draw back was you have to be let in the front door every time you go out. They do not give you a key to the door.
- Patrick (10/5): - Clean room. Very friendly staff. Good location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Really nice room that was clean and comfortable. Newly refurbished but the shower temperature was either glacial or scalding
- John (10/5): Excellent End to UK Trip - Up-to-date small hotel near Heathrow ... excellent for last day of a UK trip. Few minutes to Car Rental Drop-offs on North Perimeter Road. Staff very helpful and available 24 hours on site. Twenty minute walk (1 mile) to Underground for a quick London trip on your last afternoon./ evening. Parking is free and on-site. Breafast is standard Continental self-serve ... but fast.
The hotel is "new" ... and has standard features for small modern hotel-conversion from a large modern residence.
Called the day before and able to book-in in early (11AM).
- Paul (10/5): Great Value for Airport Hotel - This hotel is an excellent choice if you need to be near the airport for a connection. The place is very clean, the breakfast excellent and the manager was very helpful to us in how to return the rental car. The value is excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, location and staff - When staying in Heathrow it's nice to stay somewhere which is clean, warm and comfortable and the London Plus - Heathrow guesthouse was all of the above. Staff were welcoming and friendly and this made for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for my purpose of my stay which was business, short distance from Heathrow T5 and is a great to connect to the airport using your own vehicle (which you can park inside a secure car park) or use public transport. Will recommend and definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was fully equipped and clean. It had everything you need for a short stay. The furniture was new and nice. There was a kettle with tea and coffee inside the room. I was offered to use the kitchen at any point (since my flight was very early in the morning). There was cereal, milk, juice, croissants, butter and marmalade. Something I also have to note is that I had forgotten my passport in the room and only realized once I got to the airport. The receptionist answered the phone, found it and brought it to me at the airport. I am extremely grateful. Overall the service was outstanding, I totally recommend it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel was good value for money
- Jan (8/5): - Very knowledgable staff on cricket. Good fun.
- Doreen (6/5): convenient and friendly staff - Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I had a family in next room who were very noisy until after midnight and no sound proofing
- Michael (8/5): Heathrow - The guest house has been owned for only a short while. This is reflected in the personal touch he brings to the facility. The rooms sre bright and havevthe feel of recently refurbished. It is very convenient for Heathrow airport and less so twickenham. The private yard gives secure parking during your stay. The dining area is a bit small so may be cramped at busy periods. Dining out is a bit limited but there is a very nice Portuguese restaurant around The corner.
- Craig (2/5): Avoid at all cost! - At first, the hotel looked really nice and modern from the exterior. We checked in a little bit late. Once we got there, there were tools left all over the place. The inside looked like a building site, God knows how they ever managed to pass their risk assessment. The rooms did look nice how ever. Come 7.30 am, then the building commenced. The constant sounds of drilling, hammers banging. It was horrendous. We got ready and left, we asked why were they drilling at that time of morning and the answer we received was a joke. "We're building a bathroom upstairs". They could have warned us the previous evening.
Just avoid the hotel, it will save you tripping on some wires and you might get a decent sleep!
- jarrah (8/5): Good - The only thing I didn't like in the hotel was the bed was not comfortable, and every time you want to go out with your car you had to ask someone to open the gate for you, otherwise its very good, clean and modern. Friendly staff.
- Adriana (6/5): Rude staff - The stay was quite pleasant however the shift manager was very rude.
- Michael (10/5): Great place to stay - What attracted me to this hotel was other people's rating which was "fabulous". I was not disappointed. It was indeed fabulous.Breakfast was great. My room was clean and so was the hotel generally. Its amenities and quality of service were satisfactory and I enjoyed my stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): excellent - I stayed for 2 nights the staff where helpful and polite. My room was spotlessly clean and very spacious.
Will deffinatley be staying again
