Jessica (10/5): Exceptional service, amazing location and great amount of room in the villa. - The property might be a bit of a distance from the ‘normal’ tourist areas, but that’s what we realised we loved the most about Anapuri. Beautiful, quiet location. Plus if we wanted to go anywhere, Ame, our driver took us anywhere we wanted and always got us home safely. He also had great suggestions on what we should see whilst in Bali. The property is literally on the beach, like, you couldn’t get any closer. The staff are exceptional! Nothing was a problem. The food was 10/10. We ate at ‘home’ every night & every morning for breakfast because we didn’t want to go anywhere else because the food was so good. They were also very accommodating. We made changes to the menu and it wasn’t a problem at all. We have x4 kids and they wanted more basic food, but it wasn’t a problem to change the menu slightly (like, just a plain cheese pizza with nothing else added on top was a huge hit with my kids) It was so amazing to have a butler service, no need to worry about where to eat. We could just eat at home (Anapuri) and then swim in our very own pool. My daughter was celebrating her 16th birthday and I asked if they could make a x3 Tiered Meringue Cake. I emailed a picture and even that wasn’t a problem. The cake that the staff at Anapuri made was better than my pic I sent! They even set up the birthday decorations I brought over. I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough. I wish I could add more pics. Only one thing.. the master bedroom has a wooden bed frame that makes a loud noise when you first climb into bed. So if you got up during the night, you would wake the other person. That is literally the only thing that is ‘negative’ the bed otherwise was comfy.

Karen (8/5): We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Anapuri Villas. We felt truly spoiled by the exceptional staff! - The breakfast was fresh and tasty. It ws prepared at a time that suited us between 7 and 10am. The lunch and dinner menu was extensive and met the needs of our whole family. The staff were always very attentive and no request was too much trouble. The villa was spacious and well appointed with plenty of areas for the whole family to chill out and relax. The location was peaceful and secluded, but a long way away from any major supermarket or tourist area. We were lucky to have a driver 'Eka' every day (one of the highlights of the villa), which made getting around very easy. Eka not only drove us where we wanted to go, he also imparted a wealth of local knowledge as we travelled around. Our villa manager 'Ana' and her staff were absolutely delightful-they couldn't be faulted. The Villa is clearly fairly old now and some of the furniture is quite tired and worn. The Pool was clean but had a number of chipped tiles and broken pavers. As much as having staff was a real treat, it sometimes felt a bit weird not being able to just go and make a hot drink. It didn't take too long to get used to though :-)

The staff was amazing, polite and always ready to help and make our stay unforgettable While the villa is right over the beach, this is not a beach where you can really swim or sunbathe.

H (9/5): it was incredible! the location, villa and the staff exceeded our expectations. - the location and staff were amazing!. there is so much to love about this place. They even let use the facilities of the other larger villas as they were empty. The staff never said no to any of our requests and were super pleasant and made us feel very comfy there. we had a complimentary driver assigned to us every day and was super helpful with organizing our days and activities. the only issue was that the villa would shake when big waves hit the wall of the villas next door to us (not part of anapuri). this was a little annoying at night when trying to get to sleep, and something unfortunately is out of Anapuri's control despite their attempts to have the neighbours address it. but we still managed to get sleep - it had no effect on the kids lol

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and behind to ensure that our stay was exceptional We couldn't access the beach from the villa due to a swollen river and the location was a bit off the beaten track. But the provision of a driver for 8 hours a day mitigated this

There is really nothing I could think of. Maybe the location is a little bit far from nice beaches ed, but with the car and driver it is very easy to get around.

We had a wonderful week, the villa was everything we wanted and more, and all the staff very nice and helpful. We would love to come back! Our driver was amazing and recommended lovely places to eat during our sightseeing. Unfortunately the sea was to rough so couldn't really swim or walk on the beach this was a bit disappointing since we ended up having to go by car to a nearby beach. The beach wasn't to far and our driver was lovely so not a bad experience in the end.

Loved the place! - the staff was very attentive, the location was good to see many tourist attractions, and the food served at the villa was excellent! the kids loved the fact that they could feed the koi fish in their villa. the pool was great, but do take note that some parts of the pool are deeper than 4 feet, so parents will need to be careful with their young children when using the pool. there was a billiard table to play billiards. Overall, a great experience! the bed in the master bedroom sunk a bit at my side. but overall still comfortable enough to sleep in.

Abdulaziz (10/5): Enjoyable stay - The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean, featuring four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The pool was fantastic, and the surrounding area was beautifully arranged with plenty of seating options. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, doing everything possible to make our stay pleasant. At check-in, they greeted us warmly with smiles and flowers. They also provided airport pickup, adding a personal touch to our arrival. nothing to mention. Maybe the kitchen could be better (such as stove and oven)

Shane (9/5): Gorgeous villa, superb staff, great for a low key wind down. - Puri Santi villa Large amount of space, sea view, lovely pool, excellent staff, onsite gym, spa and chef. 8 hours of driver included. Quiet location away from tourists, good/bad depending on your view. 30 mins drive in rush hour to downtown Sanur. Bedroom 2 and 3 are in a different part of the villa, actually a separate building, not a problem with late teens but be aware for younger kids.

If you have little kids which can't swim the pool with its lowest depth of approx 5 feet is only at the stair area to use.

The villa staffs are very cheerful, attentive, polite and helpful in all ways. The freshly prepared customised meals are very healthy and delicious. It’s a perfect venue for destination wedding. The whole villa team contributed to our perfect wedding events and we couldn’t have had it any other way. It was truly magical and unforgettable. Nothing to dislike about this property.

Thomas (10/5): 5 days at Puri Saanti Villa - We stayed at the smallest villa (Puri Saanti) of the complex; with 3 bedrooms, the large open space and the generous floorplan it was ample space for two couples. Very nice open seating and dining area including a separate patio overlooking the sea (get up early and see the sunrise from there), nice bathrooms with shower and tub, comfortable bed and linen, well functioning aircon; fair prices for additional services like dinner and spa treatment; and above all the very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Only little downside: it is a bit inconvenient to get down to the beach directly in front of the villa. If you want to, the staff will position a ladder to climb down the 3m high stone wall, which protects the grounds from the waves at high tide.

From blowing up balloons decorating happy birthday in a room, to prepping a vegan cake, ironing our wrinkly dresses and making instant noodles for us in the middle of the night. This is exactly the no frill vacation that we dream of where the team took care of everything for us. The daily free car + driver is an excellent addon as well. Highly recommend!

Its tranquil location with the sea view and sea breeze from the lounge and swimming pool were just refreshing, relaxing and beautiful every day. The village was tidy, safe and clean to walk around. We had our 24-hour butler service besides 2 other staff on their day-shift and our villa manager, Ana was amazingly helpful and professional in every way. We appreciated our daily 8-hour transport service with a driver and airport shuttle, since it's a bit further away from popular locations such as Sanur or Ubud. All facilities, including the gym and spa were well-maintained and cleaned. N/A

M (9/5): A luxurious and relaxing stay - beautiful view of the ocean and waves. property is beautiful, the villas are spacious. the people working there are very attentive and courteous. It was a very comfortable stay and I felt very well taken care off. the pool in the large villa is so amazing. everything was very clean, the hot tub is very hot, turn down service was done on most nights. you can hear some noises coming from the adjacent villas (especially with kids).

Blair (8/5): Its a great villa, right on a secluded point, with everything you need from staff to location, but it’s very loud from t - The side of Bali that the villa is on is great, far less busy and touristy. The villa is obviously in a great spot being right on the water also, and they are huge. The 3bd is huge yet small in comparison to the others. They are amazing properties. The 3 bed villa we stayed in was really exposed to the waves, which is one of the pros as it’s right on the beach. But it actually vibrates the house throughout the night, and it was as loud as a busy road. I am not sure about the other villas, there is a bigger sea wall for the 3bd we stayed in so I assume it’s the most impacted to the others. I was a big draw back unfortunately as all else was amazing

Lynne (10/5): Perfect holiday in perfect Anapuri Villas. - Everything about our holiday at Anapuri Villas was brilliant. All the staff were amazing - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. Special thanks to Dody and Eka. Location, beds, rooms were perfect - so comfortable, luxurious baths, spectacular views. It felt like you had a whole resort to yourselves with huge air conditioned living room and huge outdoor living and dining areas. The food was fantastic with an extensive menu, the cocktails delicious and a great wine list. They catered well for a 3 year old and a 12 month old, and for some food intolerances amongst the 3 generations staying, beautifully. The pool is huge, stunning, luxurious, and private - swimming with an amazing view of Paduan Beach a few metres away was a joy - spectacular! Eka drove us to and from the airport, and took us wherever we wanted to go each day with care and knowledge. The massages at Anapuri Spa were wonderful. This was the perfect holiday in the perfect Anapuri Villas. Thank you. Absolutely nothing!

The food was wonderful and the staff were exceptional, always making sure we had clean dry towels and kept everything incredibly tidy. We always had privacy, but staff were always on hand ready to assist. It was wonderful having a personal driver and the pool was amazing! The only complaint was the pillows - they are very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on (would like to see softer pillows).

Lin (10/5): “finger crossed for the big money spent” before check-in, “do not want to leave” after check-in - the 4 bedroom villa has full service, including a 24 hour butler, a 24 hour chef, and a 8 hour driver; the service was always prompt, the wide range room service menu can be tailored to your dietary requirements and deliver ed consistent quality food (crispy mushroom salad); the outdoor furniture are always ready for use (the staff dry furnitures after raining); the pool is always clean and the edges are smooth; the living room is air conditioned; the entire facility is great and the service is unparalleled; you can see sunrise by the pool if the sky is clear; sunsets are colourful as well. we had to go out a lot in the last villa we stayed, the kids do not want to leave this villa during the three days here. that is saying something! SPA treatments are limited in range and generally over-priced in my opinion. Their deep tissue massaging is great and thorough, but the body scrub package are in the range of AUD $200 plus. I know this villa is not at the usual price tag, but the villa itself comes with different level of facility, view, service and that. The spa treatments only reflected the price hike, but not equivalent level of treatment improvement nor the variety if I may say it. the second thing is the shower taps, and water taps are due for replacements or maintenance since they are either leaking or not fixed to the bench top properly.

The villas were well maintained, GORGEOUS, and with great sunrise views. Within the compound, they had hair salon, Gym, massage facilities and mani n pedi spots too! The staff were amazing. Villa manager Dody and team took care of every need and want. Chefs on site were top notch, and every villa has its own butler team and bartender too! WOW! Nothing! waves can get a bit too loud at 3am, but that’s to be expected for a beach front property!!

Driver was excellent Minor gripes... it would have been nice to have the place to ourselves at times. Although the staff stayed out the back mostly, gardeners would appear at any time etc. Also very limited English Language TV channels...the stations as listed in their TV guide where incorrect.
Marina (2/5): Review about the worst of my holiday at the villa - Read the reviews, chose Villa Anapuri Villas from her good photos of the room and the sea. We were greeted and fed dinner. The villa is located so that the sun does not fall on the pool and the water was cold. The sea is full of construction waste. We began to lose money from the safe. We decided not to take them from the safe in order to understand what was going on. Our friend came to visit. We went to the spa, then wanted to go to the city to exchange money. Opened the safe and found that from the safe lost 2,300 US dollars. Our friend said that someone rummaged in her bag and lost $ 1,100. The hotel manager came by the name of Saka, who laughed and said that "karma" and no one could take the money. We asked to call the police, he began to laugh harder and said that the police spoke Indonesian. We contacted the Russian consul in Bali and asked for help from the DIP of Russia. We went to the police and wrote a statement about the theft, after which Saka stopped laughing. Life in the villa has become unbearable. The villa staff wrote us on video. The Russian community in Bali left this comment on social networks. The hotel staff threatened to put them in jail. All reviews were blocked. The hotel staff lied wrote comments about helping us they mocked us. In a nightmare we could not live and left two days earlier. On departure Saka demanded to remove bad reviews on all information portals or we would be sent to prison. After that we understood why this hotel has no bad reviews
Ryan (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay with Anapuri Villas over our holiday. The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate for us. Each team member was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed the moment we arrived. The property is beautiful, perfect for a nice getaway. The food was amazing; we ordered lobster from the local market and had the chef prepare it “Balinese style” and it was some of the best lobster we’ve ever had. When preparing to depart, the team was generous enough to allow a much later check out since our flight wasn’t until midnight the next day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend Anapuri Villas to anyone looking for a nice holiday or honeymoon getaway for!
