• ISMAIL (10/5): - Amazingly warm welcoming and friendly staff. Location is in hearth of Bursa but hotel need renovation for sure. It could be the best hotel in center after renovation. I believe some day Ms Bengü will take care of that.
• sharifudinrizal (10/5): Perfect hotel at the perfect location - Hotel is located just opposite from Ulu Cami and Koza Han, which was our primary reason for visiting Bursa. The room is quite spacious, and we definitely appreciate the large King-size bed and elevator. All in all, the perfect place to rest after an exhausting trip down from Uludag mountain.
• Chris (10/5): - Excellent hotel provides all necessary services and facilities without being an excessive hotel. Best feature without doubt is that’s it right across the road from the silk bazaar and associated arcades and walkways. Everything anyone could possibly want. Thoroughly recommended
• mahlio (6/5): An Old Place - There is not much to say about this place except I will not stay there for 2nd time. The room was smelly (cigarette smoke) although we requested for non smoking floor. We need to open the window to get rid of the smell but it was located above main busy road, and guest the noise from vehicles and temperature outside at that time was sub zero. The breakfast was contracted to a in-house restaurant Simit Sarayi but we get set breakfast (no choice) everyday. Imagine for 5 days eating simit & bread! We have to pay for any extra such as orange juice. But not all bad, as the location right at the centre of Bursa and close to busy shopping area such as Kaza Han. The front desk guys are also very friendly and helpful.
• Claire (6/5): - It was a clean, centrally located hotel. The staff were nice and breakfast was ok. It is a functional hotel in a useful location for exploring Bursa.
• Julia (8/5): - Good location just opposite the Silk market. Simple and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with delicious fresh bread.
• Shaazad (4/5): Too overpriced for nothing except location - The only thing good about this was the excellent location. Very unclean motel-type place. That's what put us off the most about the place. Very high price. Parking is not included, you must find an otopark and pay them extra. I wouldn't stay here again.

• Jenny (10/5): Absolutely central - Super location, right across from the enormous bazaar. Convenient for buses. Loads of good restaurants around. Spotlessly clean. Good mattress. Powerful shower. Staff spoke some English and were most helpful.
• MahmoudAddam (10/5): - It is close to most of the remarkable interesting areas from all sides if it is historical or cultural or shopping areas. This is the second time we booked at Kent hotel. People are very helpful and nice, breakfast is convenient, we liked staying there and my wife she would to there again if we come back to Bursa. Thank you for your friendly way of gaining friends.

• ZubeidaB2 (6/5): Mrs - Hotel very centrally located. Staff very friendly, Yummit at reception and Ramadhaan the porter. The room we had was basic, with not a good view. View from rooftop restaurant was pleasing. I would definitely stay here on a future visit, good value for money, but mainly due to location.
• Hamed (6/5): Nice Location Hotel - It's my second time to stay in Kent Hotel, location is very good, it's walking distance to Grand bazaar and it's opposite Grand mosque Ulu Camii, staff are friendly, however the breakfast is below standard, it's better to eat outside.

• RainaKate (6/5): Short stay option - Stayed during duty trip for 7 nights. It is very basic hotel in a good central location for reasonable price. I would say - more for local people, as didn't see any Europeans during whole week. Double rooms are so tiny we could hardly fit two suitcases in the room. More hangings in the close and towel hangings in the bathroom would really help. Breakfast is simple, not much choice. Good things about this hotel - location, wi-fi, polite and English speaking staff, clean rooms. Bad things - no ventilation in the bathroom, it is quite noisy location. In general - it is great option for few nights, but for longer stay I would recommend to look for someplace more comfortable.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location standard service - Central location which was great. Service was standard, as it usually is around Turkey. I'm not coming to a hotel and not having the check in desk smile or be friendlyz the shower was quite small.
• 27_merd (10/5): School trip - This is a great hotel, great breakfast with great views on top floor. There is a McDonald's next door as well, wifi is good to call home over a wifi call. Glad I stayed at this hotel. I'm cannot say anything about the service, I don't speak Turkish so I was not able to communicate with the staff but they seem nice, some of them speak limited English
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value. - Very clean, excellent location if you want to be in the middle of the old city. Parking far and relatively expensive and rooms are small. Overall staff reflective of a great, welcoming and hospitable city.
• NawalQ8 (6/5): Kent Hotel Bursa - Located in Bursa city centre, within a walking distance of the beautiful Ulucami Mosque and the Kozahan Bazaar. Free Wi-Fi is available ( rated good ) Rooms have cable TV ( limited Channels all Turkish) an electric kettle with complementary tea,coffee & sugar . Free breakfast with nice but limited food choices . Nice clean rooms & bathrooms , Hours keeping is excellent. Staff were friendly. Tourism trips planned by hotel is over priced ( didn't try) Deserves only 3 stars. Good Luck.
• Ingrida38 (6/5): Just OK - We went to Bursa for a business trip and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The only one good thing about this place is location. It's really great with a big mosque and great bazar just across the street. The room was ok, small, neat, facing the main street so noisy and hot with no air conditioning system. A bathroom was a disaster, so tiny with no place to put any toiletries. We had big expectations regarding Turkish breakfast but again we were disappointed with the same food every day. After few days, we couldn't look at the boiled eggs and strange sausages.
• ksayar (8/5): LOCATION LOCATION - It is 3 stars hotel in the heart of Bursa opposite of the main market, so the location is great, staffs are very helpful especially ADNAN the reception guy, he is very nice and always trying to help us, breakfast is simple so the rooms, this is third time I stay in this hotel.
• bloodsav (8/5): Savas - We were lucky to get a room on 4th floor with amazing view of the fountain and ulu mosque. Rooms are very cozy, neat and tidy. Bathroom has hair dryer and hot water 24/7. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of items to choose from. Having been here now our second time this has been one of our best hotels in entire turkey.
• Mahaguide (10/5): Warm hospitality - My friend and i went to Bursa for our second time and this time was much better because we were staying in this hotel whichis so close from everywhere , almost the city centre , the shopping area , the restaurant and also the teleferik ( maybe just 10 minutes) . The receptionist Mr.Adnan was always smiling , answering our questions and helping us. If i go back to Bursa , definitely i will choose Kent Hotel to stay in once again.
• yaworr (10/5): Great hotel, desires more than 3* - I stayed in Kent hotel for a week. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, with modern furniture and very clean bathrooms. What surprised me was that rooms were being cleaned absolutely every day - the sheets were changed, towels, also instant coffee and tea was provided in the room. The staff - extremely hospitable and kind, always available when help needed and perfect English. The breakfast was diverse and the rastaurant which is on the seventh floor provides very beautiful sights of Bursa. Little bit about Bursa - super modern city with much green (trees, etc.), shopping centers and restaurants. For sure will be back in this hotel. Tesekkur ederim, Kent otel!
• n0rmyg (8/5): Kent Hotel - We stayed one night at the Kent Hotel, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly and speak very good English. The hotel has a kettle, tea and coffee free in the rooms which is great. As we did not stay long we cannot give a very detailed review but it was very good for a 3 star hotel.
• NicJBoston (8/5): Reasonable city center alternative - Seemingly catering principally for Turkish guests, this large, rather bland, business hotel offered all the normal amenities. The staff spoke minimal English, but were pleasant. My single room, high up, was quiet and comfortable with good shower, &c. The breakfast was varied as usual but of only moderate, slightly weary, quality. Very good value when I stayed in May.
• Iceberg067 (10/5): Excellent experience with Kent Hotel - After Istanbul, we had visited Bursa, got down at city centre, without much options, checked in at kent hotel for 3 nights. I was amazed to see the helpful attituse of the lady at reception. She answered all my questions like how to go to uludag, botanic garden etc....Since we didn't have any booking, she gave us a good price for a 3 star property. We were lucky to get a room on 6th floor with amazing view of the fountain and ulu mosque. Rooms are very cozy, neat and tidy. Bathroom has hair dryer and hot water 24/7. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of items to choose from. This has been one of our best hotel in the entire turkey tour.
• KJA3 (8/5): Well-located with lovely views - I spent 1 night in a double for single use (2 twins) at the Kent Hotel with wonderful views out over Koza Park, the Koza Hani, and the minaret of Ulu Cami, along with some of Bursa’s more modern areas and the surrounding hills. The views form the top floor, where breakfast is served, were even better. The breakfast buffet included the usual Turkish fare along with scrambled eggs and a very nice cherry juice. Just across the street from the Koza Park (do NOT try to cross that street! Seriously. Instead, find and use the underground tunnel) – the hotel’s location was very good for exploring Bursa. In addition to these central sights, the Green Mosque and Green Tomb were less than a mile away, and there was a stop for a dolmus to the Muradiye complex very near the hotel. The hotel staff, who spoke English well, were generally very helpful to me. For example, they answered many questions and helped me arrange affordable and comfortable transportation to the port from which the ferry to Istanbul departs. I may have asked too many questions, though – at one point the young woman very politely informed me that there was a tourist information desk nearby. And although I thought I had made it clear that I wanted a restaurant where I could enjoy wine with my meal, none of the places she recommended served any alcoholic beverages.
• mjk101 (8/5): Good modern hotel - Arrived in Bursa without pre-booked accommodation and happened on this hotel. As the hotel wasn't too busy I was given a special rate - it's always woprth being cheeky in Turkey and asking for a lower rate than is advertised. It's right in the centre of Bursa and is ideal for the markets, mosques and restaurants. Its only a short walk to the small shopping centres and citadel. The hotel is modern with nice rooms. I'd happily recommend this hotel.
