Was nice but highly overpriced for what you get Overpriced for what you get….after all it is just a cabin!!! Too far out of town should provide courtesy bus into town! Restaurant overpriced especially drinks….live music was mediocre!!

The buggy service around the resort was excellent. Felt it was a little on the expensive side for drinks at the swim up bar and the variety of snacks available once the kitchen had closed is very limited. Supplies for tea, coffee, sweeteners were very sparse in the units. And often not replenished.

Freedom314334 (8/5): Relaxing - Relaxing stay with my wife in a Luxury villa for 4 nights. Outside room sitting area and outdoor bath room was great. Nearly everything about the resort was excellent. Breakfast comprehensive, restaurant good, friendly attentive staff. Completed the walks around the resort. Nice to see a lot of different wildlife and a map available showing different birds and where they can be found. Delicious cocktails and beer at the pool bar. The adult pool needed a clean as green algae growing at waterline on the tiles on the pool. Pity works were being complete with power tools at 11/12 pm. It could be heard from our Villa but wouldn’t be happy if you had a room closer. Pity access to the beach was difficult after storms form a couple of years back that caused damaged which it seems hasn’t been repaired.

We had a two bedroom villa which was clean , the beds super comfortable. A lot of thought has gone into every detail to provide the perfect stay . The food at Summer Salt is absolutely delicious & the staff & service is fantastic. The only thing that was disappointing was the accessibility to the beach because of the erosion. But we understand that is out of Elements control.

MlbTraveller2018 (10/5): Spa visit - My niece and I took my mother to the Day Spa to celebrate her 80th birthday. It was a fabulous experience. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Between us, we had two facials and one massage. They were superb. Each of us left feeling overwhelmingly refreshed, relaxed and pampered. Extensive menu list to select from with reasonable prices. Ample on site parking. Easy to find. Highly recommended.

kaitlynt238 (8/5): Favourite resort with so much to do! - This is my second stay here and won’t be my last. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for our trip but we still had an amazing time. Our little private villa in the rainforest feels just so private and peaceful. The two pools are the best in this part of the world and the private beach bar is something that isn’t around here. There’s tennis court, gym and rainforest walks are great and the massive spa was perfect for the cooler temps. Staff were attentive and friendly in every interaction and room was cleaned as soon as we left the room. I’ve been to a lot of nice resorts and this is one of faves . It was my birthday weekend which I mentioned a few time to check in staff maybe a nice bottle of wine to celebrate would have been a nice touch only reason for not 5 stars. Can’t wait to be back.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and designed in a way that makes you instantly relax. Our villa was spotless, modern and incredibly comfortable, with all the little touches that make a special occasion feel even more memorable. We loved wandering the grounds, enjoying the pool areas, and taking quiet walks down to the beach—it all felt private and effortless. Every interaction with the team was friendly and professional, and the food and drinks across the resort were consistently excellent. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for: calm, luxurious and completely stress‑free. A fantastic location and a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommended.
fleetoffoot (8/5): American Vibe. - The concept of individual units spread over a large area and buggy’s buzzing around to ferry you about seems very American. The units were well equipped and simply decorated. A lovely oval bath and large walk in shower, in the bathroom. The beach is fantastic but the beach bar only operates Thursday-Sunday from 3-7pm. Consequently it feels under utilised. The adult only pool is lovely with lots of cabanas for shade. Upon arrival we were given no orientation of the property which would have been very helpful. Equally no explanation of the facilities available. A missed opportunity to make a customer understand the layout and feel immediately comfortable.

Roman (10/5): Peaceful and natural setting with various activities on the premises. - There are two pools: one for adults only and one for family. We went to both and actually preferred the one for children - the families with their children were very considerate and the pool was a nicer size. The villa we had was excellent - roomy with excellent beds. Walking on the grounds, to the beach - all peaceful and beautiful. Beautifully designed resort and highly recommend! It's a little pricey, but the town is nearby if you want to have a more relaxed and less expensive meal. nothing to complain about
ramsbrook (10/5): Spectacular - Had the best time at Elelemts. So relaxing in high spec lodges. Staff very friendly. Polls just wow. As well as the main pool area there is an adults only pool on site with cool swim up bar. Beach / rainforest walk spectacular and you are away from the masses. Wish we had stayed longer.

bianca123_11 (8/5): Great stay overall! A few tweaks would top it off - Lovely family resort, a few tweaks would make it perfection! We’ve stayed here before kids and with a toddler. We love it and will definitely be back! A couple things that would just top it off 1. Better in house food. We would have eaten in at the resort much more if there was more crowd pleaser options on the menu. Ie by the pool simple club sandwich, steak sandwich, nachos, fresh juice etc. more kid friendly (healthier) options would be great too. For example being able to swap chips for steamed veggies etc. we found ourselves going into town nearly every meal. We had buffet breakfast one day, nothing wrong with it. Good fresh options however nothing “wow”. For the same or even cheaper you can get great local, fresh breakfast near by. Folk cafe was amazing and is a few minutes away. Also, kids cutlery and colouring in at the restaurant given it’s such a family friendly resort 2. Another kids playground for younger kids would be great, there’s so much space that it feels like this could be an easy add. The adventure playground is good but not really suitable for toddlers. 3. A way to monitor chairs around the pool. Saw lots of towels left on chairs for a long time (assuming people have left but not dropped them off) which meant you weren’t able to get a chair in busy times. The fairy trail was a great idea! Buggy service was also good and quick
nicholal939 (10/5): Excellent stay second time around - Loved our stay here Room cleanliness is excellent Staff service excellent We stayed in a Dunal villa room beside the beach room 32 and Spent most of our time there availing of the beach bar which is perfect for a gin and tonic We had pizza on our first night and it was perfect Water bottles brought to our room every day which is a great touch and a fully stocked fridge too I couldn’t fault any part of the hotel
Stephanie (6/5): Lovely stay minus the staff - We have stayed at this property every year for 5 years. The standard of the rooms has continued to be excellent, the breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The swimming pool and its surroundings are well maintained. The staff. It’s so disappointing to see that the level of service has dramatically decreased over the years, with this years stay being the lowest we have ever received. The staff were not attentive, unavailable and slow.

Jennifer (10/5): Be one with nature but have it’s luxury at a short reach - Facilities, cleanliness, decor was kept up to date and looked after. Nature theme but walking distance to the beach. Day spa was below average. Highly would not recommend. Great nice therapist but don’t advertise a ‘muscle wellbeing massage’: Combining therapeutic benefits of Wintergreen and May Chang, with firm but soothing massage techniques, your therapist will release built-up tension to rejuvenate and rebalance the body. *We offer a firm massage on request, however, this is not a corrective or remedial service and rebates cannot be provided. When it was clearly a relaxing massage.

Danni (8/5): Really did love it and will return despite those minor details. - Loved everything, the grounds were beautiful! Our bath was broken and one of the reasons we wanted that room- the plug didn’t stop water from draining! Was fixed on our last night. Our room wasn’t cleaned- we did ask for privacy one day but asked for room to be cleaned so we could have new towels and it didn’t happen!

Sarah (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing. - Buffet breakfast was great. We enjoyed the live music and the fire by the pool on Friday night. We also loved being able to order a drink by the pool in the cabanas. We stayed further away from the main pool and restaurant this time. Wasn’t a huge deal however with two small kids it was a little more difficult to go back and forward from the villa a million times for naps etc this time.
