• Nancy (8/5): A good value unique retro vibe stay just a short walk from FLL beaches. - We stayed here before and it’s a very cool, quiet 1979’s retro vibe boutique motel. We love the small scale and the retro vibe. It’s a short walk to the beach, food and entertainment. We stayed before and there used to be a code to get into the gate after hours. Now there’s no code so I felt a little less safe.

• Nicole (7/5): The property was decent size and cheaper than most places to stay. Would I stay here again? possibly… if so, I would def - It was spacious close to the beach and clean. The blinds were broke in the room upon arrival which you could see straight through so getting undressed with difficult and they wouldn’t fix it when we were there. The pillows were terrible. The door lock access was on lowest battery so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it at night and even after telling her she changed the batteries that it was still on the lowest level about to die. The parking situation was awful. There’s only about seven spots, and the receptionist said that the cleaning ladies are there cleaning so they probably take up a few spots in their own vehicles and they can leave whenever they want, and they were there for quite a while… and she said a spot was for her as well . So I had to pay for parking across the street which was $30 a day. On check out day the receptionist was different. She only spoke Ukraine and can only communicate through a translation app on her phone. Water the shower was either scalding hot or cold, which is not a dealbreaker because I like to be boiled anyway.

La habitación es cómoda, tiene cocina, refrigerador, sofá y aire acondicionado. El lugar es tranquilo y es ideal para pasar unos días en la playa. El acceso a la habitación es con código y eso hace que puedas llegar en cualquier horario y sin problemas. Es un lugar al que volvería sin duda. Todo ok

• Robert (1/5): Don’t bother - Could be nice if infrastructure taken care of and staff available and pleasant Misleading photo in Booking.com heading - the high rise hotel in picture is not the facility, only the pool area is representative of the hotel with a little on the side. Is just an old style motel outdoor entrance building. Booking on site says check in 3 pm, we left our luggage early on arrival and they texted a message saying they wanted us to pick it up and close the office at 1.46 pm. The office closed soon after and there appeared no one directly on site representative of the hotel.

• Michaela (6/5): Studio mit Abstrichen - Das Studio war sauber und die Lage ist auch ziemlich gut. Wir hatten extra ein Studio mit Küchenzeile gebucht. Es gab zwar einige Töpfe und Pfannen, aber keinen Herd oder wenigstens eine Kochplatte, leider gab es ebenso keinen Wasserkocher. Auch war es sehr hellhörig, sodass man nachts das Schnarchen der Nachbarn laut hören konnte, ebenso wie die lauten Schritte und Gespräche der Gäste vom Studio über einem, das hatte leider einige schlaflose Nächte zur Folge.

• francine (3/5): Not good, really gross, wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend. - Pool area was nice and location not far walk from strip of restaurant. 3 minute walk to the beach. The room was not clean. Floor felt dirty, weird blood looking stain in bed, bathroom felt like a hospital bathroom, roaches living in the couch, super rude desk worker with brown hair.

It wasn't far from the airport or the cruise terminal, but the traffic is insane so be prepared for that. The bed and the pillows. Not very comfy.

• Svenja (7/5): Für eine Nacht eine gute Option - Alle Informationen, um auf das Zimmer zu kommen, erhielt ich unkompliziert über die Nachrichten-Funktion bei booking.com. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und Internet-TV und eine Kaffeemaschine inklusive. Und die Lage ist super. Das "Office", wie die Rezeption hier genannt wird, ist ein winziges Kabuff/Büro, das nicht besetzt war, als ich eine Frage dort klären wollte. Und es war sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und haben jeden Schritt gehört, der in der oberen Etage gemacht wurde.

• Chris (6/5): The accommodation was very basic but it was clean - The location was great because it was near the beach, bars and restaurants There was nobody there to check us in and we were not sent a code. It sent us into a panic when nobody answered the phone number and another women checking in said she had been sent a code. We had sent an email with approximate time of arrival being 4 pm and we arrived around 5 which is not an unreasonable time for arrival. Eventually someone doing some painting in one of the units saw us and made a phone call for us and was able to let us in but after a long day of travel this was not an ideal situation.

We like the location as it's close to the beach, dining options are close and we can walk to shopping and Bonnet House and the state park. This room was on the second floor and had a small low table and 2 chairs outside to sit and enjoy the view of the pool and listen to the birds. There seems to be 3 or 4 types of rooms. This one was the smallest as it was last minute and the only room available. It was okay for 2 nights but does not give you a kitchen table/chairs or a kitchen sink; otherwise it provided all we needed. The TV is tricky and we couldn't get live TV to work. We didn't ask so it was probably us.

• Maria (6/5): It was ok, but not very clean. - Quiet, nice big bed, spacious, had dishes for eating, nice neighborhood. The floors were greasy, uncomfortably oily to walk on when walking barefoot. Under the bed and the couch had not been cleaned, had an empty water bottle and it was visibly dirty. The aircon was very loud when on. No stove top to cook, only microwave.
• Johannes Baptist (3/5): disappointment - Location We’ve stayed at the Nobleton Hotel in Fort Lauderdale several times over the years — at least six — and unfortunately, this visit was a big disappointment. Something has clearly changed. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and no email (not even in spam) with the room code. It took over an hour of calling before we reached someone, who sounded uninterested but eventually provided a room number and code. During our four-day stay, we didn’t see any staff at all. The garden and pool area looked messy, and some of the apartments seemed to be occupied by residents who were drinking openly and making noise, which made us feel uncomfortable and not entirely safe. It’s really a shame to see a place we once loved deteriorate like this. Sadly, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

• Ashley (6/5): - Check in was easy. There was no one at the office to check out so we just left. Walls are very thin, we heard people next door speaking very loud and sometimes arguing throughout the night. I think there is also a leak in the bathroom as I heard a drop into the garbage bin and it looks like there might be a pool of water starting from the ceiling. AC was really good, might’ve leaked a little, but room was nice and cold. It was nice that the hotel provided dishes in the room. While we were sleeping, something like a panel fell down in the middle of the night and made a loud noise. Not sure if it’s from the people talking really loud next door. Finally, enjoyed using the tv, there were lots of channels to choose from. Overall, the room was nice. Only huge downfall was the thin walls with noisy neighbours.

My only nitpicky things were there was no way to have lights on that could be turned off from bed and the WiFi wasn’t great. Since the weather didn’t cooperate with my plans, I was online more than I would have been if it had been sunny. Would definitely stay again.

• Krysti (8/5): - Cute little boutique hotel for people who don’t care about all the frills of a big resort. A block away from the beach with lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. We had a nice two night stay however the lady checking us in wasn’t the friendliest which we were warned by another person staying there of that. We had a nice room that was away from the main area but had random sewer/rotten egg smell. Not sure where it was coming from in the bathroom but it was pretty bad specially at night. Other than the two things mentioned, we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again!

• Adriana (10/5): Nice stay - Conveniently located walking distance from Las Olas while still being away from the business of the strip. The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated but i was pleasantly surprised once i entered the room. Very cozy and affordable.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room, reasonably priced for the location - Being an older building, the hotel is nothing special from the outside but is 1 block from the beach and the room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette, midsize fridge, and microwave. When we entered the room, it was already cool from the air conditioning and spotlessly clean. Entry is controlled by a passcode on the room’s door lock which the hotel staff provides for you. Since we booked via hotels.com, the email containing the passcode never arrived but I called ahead to alert the hotel if our late arrival (after 4 pm) and they provided the check-in instructions with passcode. Since there is no formal checkout process, we left before the 10:00 AM checkout time and hopefully the fact that the door was locked electronically from outside indicated we left before the required checkout time. The only complaint is that in the morning, we saw a roach in the kitchenette but otherwise the room was excellent.
