Guest Reviews
- GERALD (6/5): - Just a clean safe place to crash for the Night. Right next to I-10 and a buzy Train Track. Not quiet.
- jerry (2/5): - There was roaches and spiders in the room!
- Penny (2/5): - Let's start with the stains on the ceiling, the one over the toilet was sprinkling debris on the toilet seat, dead bugs on the floor, yellow stains on the bed sheet, smoke alarm started chirping for a new battery at 1:30 am. Phone wasn't hooked up and outlet for it broken. I left disgusted at 2am for my 4 hour drive home. Will never stay there again!!
- MANUEL GILBERTO (8/5): - The hotel is remodeled which is convenient, but need attention in cleanliness, they need fumigation service frequently.
- Bill (8/5): bathroom. - I am a male and had to handhold the tolet setup to urinate. That was inconvenient. The rest was nice.
- Asher (8/5): - Very clean and updated. . Very quiet as well. Slept right through the night. Seems like a safe area. Room was large.
- Hamid (10/5): - Very nice place and the staff
- Antonio (6/5): Could be a perfect little hide a way - Water pressure was not very strong. And the water only was luke warm. I ran the heat at 90 degrees and had to sleep with my hoodie to bed to stay warm. The heat was only as good as the water
- MANDO (10/5): - Great service
- Dawn (10/5): - The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had a nice stay.
- Joan (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable room. We take a couple trip in October each year and when I went on Hotels.com, this place came up. The longer I looked at it, the better I felt about booking it. They are in the process of redoing the whole property and they are doing an excellent job! Very clean, freshly painted and pressure washed and parking lot restriped. Very impressed.
- Rex Covington (2/5): Asphalt! - The parking lot was being paved, and the asphalt smell was terrible outside and inside of the room. The hotel did not let me cancel and refund my money.
They should not have been taking reservations while under construction. And they should have done the right thing and refunded my money so I could reserve a room at another hotel.
- John (4/5): - this is an older property adn it shows it. The breakfast wa fine (completely standard), given the price point. There was amply power outlets and there was a mini-fridge.
The area seemed very very safe
- Laura (10/5): Comfort and rest - Everything was great except the water pressure, could have been stronger to help get shampoo out.
- Andersen (2/5): - Very bad room condition
- Myra (10/5): - Friendly staff.
- Penny (6/5): - This property is run fairly well but I am surprised by the cluttered environment, littering, and total lack of landscaping maintenance.
Our room is right next to a housekeeping area, very dirty, and appears to be poorly equipped.
The office attendant is cordial and helpful.
Our room is clean with minimal amenities but you get what you pay for. My biggest criticism is the lack of cleanliness around the campus.
- Silva (10/5): - The owners were very nice and accomadating.
- Maria (10/5): - I will definitely recommend it is very clean stuff.I'm very nice. And there are areas you could walk to and eat and drink coffee.I would definitely stay there again
- Ashley (10/5): - Room was clean, convenient location, close to everything we needed, quiet
- Richard (6/5): - Fresh painted room but nice rooms I'm figuring they are making the rooms better
- Kenneth (2/5): - I didn’t even get a check in. It’s false advertisement. They say their pet friendly but once you go to check in, they say absolutely no pets at all. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
- Rosa (6/5): - El cuarto estaba sin aspirar avía cucarachas detras de los burós el toilet estaba con un anillo amarillento
- Donald (4/5): A real roach motel. - I actually had roaches in the room. No lobby. Had to use a window that only had a tiny slit for an opening. Hot water had little pressure. Nothing good.
- Edward (2/5): - The Hotel is under construction. The main office is accessible via a drive-up window only. The room phones did not work and no one was in the main office (window) for me to check out.
- Debra (2/5): - The check in was a nightmare they had no computer to check us in and staff was rude. Had to check-in through a plexiglass window could not hear them. Room felt dirty stained bedspreads didnt get the two queen beds we requested bathroom was dirty and door wouldn't shut. Just overall an uncomfortable loud place. I host a horseshow twice a year here just wanted a clean bed and shower. Definitely will not stay here again
- David L (10/5): - Convenient, no frills hotel. Close to plenty of dining options in Sealy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): OK experience that expected for the cheap price - Checking in took longer than I expected since they used old school receipts. The experience was fine. My husband found a bug int he bathroom and said his neck hurt from the pillow. We also found a tennis ball and bottle cap under the couch when we moved it to stop it from blocking the AC. The corner lamp was dusty.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Not enough blankets, one positive staff experience, one negative. It was clean and quiet.
- Joshua (8/5): - Overall, a decent place to stay.
- Charles (6/5): - Ggg
- travis (8/5): Dangerous - Everything was great but the wall plugs come out of the wall when you try to unplug your divec
- Ángel (2/5): - Horrible
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bed sheets had cigarette burns, the room was penetrated with cigarette smell. It needs a lot of maintenance, it looks dirty over all. My legs are still itchy from when i stayed, I think it has bed bugs.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not at all the best not the absolute worst but better then in the car or truck
- Norma (4/5): - Not enough towels in the room.
No shampoo, soap, etc. had to go to Walmart to purchase.
- Jennifer (2/5): Don’t stay turn around don’t stay - Raggedy smelled really bad AC didn’t cool till almost morning staff was rude Barley spoke English mattress and box was so old the bottom was coming off they must not have cleaned under bed it was dust mice filth toliet seat was cracked stained just nasty shower didn’t drain properly chair in room hasn’t been cleaned for some times over all the place looks like a drug infested motel I would never recommend nor stay here again we were there 2 nights this past weekend 5/29/2021
- Verified traveler (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Dirty, Filthy, Disgusting hotel!
- Theresa (10/5): Let's give it a try - Found this hotel in Hotels.com. Turns out it was the best place to spend the night. Would definitely recommend staying for either a night or longer if needed.
- Breanna (4/5): Disregard to reservation - When checking in they charged me more then what was said on the app and didnt give me the room that i requested
- Verified traveler (4/5): Creeping me out big time - It was out of the weather and guess right around the quality of the rate bit no complimentery breakfast and was looked at almost as if i was a criminal qhen leaving. The desk clerk kept eyes on me and my party as we left from the moment i checked out to the minute i left off there property. Felt like i was being watched and studied so to give a discription of use to someone as if we were doing something wrong
- Grace (10/5): - Their room was clean, wifi was easy to connect to. staff was friendly.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The people as rudeNot a good hotel the bear is sunken in the middle can’t sleep can’t want people knocking on peoples doors need to do something about it
- Leigh (2/5): No - Not happy at all very outdated, it wasn’t clean I will not stop here again
- Nancy (2/5): Do not stay here - The bed was missing a leg, the bedding was dirty and smelly, there were bugs in the bathroom. Towels were not clean. When I checked out and told the owner all he said was ok. I do not recommend this hotel.
- Irma (2/5): Go somewhere else first - The hotel was under construction. Dont need to say anything else. I didnt stay. And had hell trying to get a refund. Never again
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Awful rooms plus they were remodeling a d the banging started at 8am
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bathroom was very dirty, and the so call continental breakfast what a joke. What I like was the shops and restaurants.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Pretty gross - Let's be honest, this place is nasty. They say the rooms are renovated, but I got the ADA room by random coincidence and maybe that one isn't? There are stains on the carpet and on the comforter covers on the beds (I peeled those off and slept under the flat sheet only). There's mold in the corners of the shower and on the shower curtain. When people in other rooms run the water, it's so loud it sounds like a jet engine and wakes you up in the middle of the night. The pillows are flat, the bed is hard, and you can feel individual springs in the mattress. The a/c is a window unit and roars like heavy machinery every time it kicks on, all night long. There's not a single accessible outlet except in the bathroom so you have to charge your phone on the sink counter. I realize this place is "basic" for the price and that's fine, but I do expect clean and not so disgusting I need to wear my shoes the whole time I'm there except in the shower and in bed (and I kinda wanted flip flops in the shower). The only redeeming quality about this place is there is a mini fridge with an actual freezer attached. I was pretty happy upon discovering this because I could refreeze my gel packs for my cooler, ready for the next day. An unusual amenity in an otherwise gross stay.
- Jose (2/5): It is nothing like the description it’s very bad - It doesn’t look nothing like the description it is dirty old it’s the worst room I’ve ever been in it’s not worth 83 dollars
- Ruben (6/5): - Need upgrade
- Heidi (4/5): - Water pressure was great, ac worked good. Bed was ok. Had reservation for a king, got two queens. Everything in room was old. Went to pool, several patches of missing plaster. Smoke detector in room didn’t have a battery, so hubs got one from office and installed himself🙄. Office called at 10:45 to tell us check out was 11:00....like we didn’t know that! Wanted to stay at Holiday Inn but was booked.
- Kristina (6/5): - I was upset when I found out that the other guest were charged 340.00 a week and I pd 993.00 for 13 days, their rooms were exactly the same as mine
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice place and staff.
I WANT TO WORK HERE because it can feels like home
