- Bernadette (7/5): Short and sweet - I emailed and asked to be located on the second floor. Within minutes I received an email back saying they would accommodate that. I've never been contacted so quickly to tell me my request could be accommodated. Great customer service.
The lovely woman who checked me in was very cordial and sweet. Loved that. Room was right next to a main street but once it got later into the evening the traffic died down and it wasn't a problem.
The heater was a bit loud but it wasn't a deal breaker.
- Janet (10/5): Nice place to spend a night, rooms are clean and bedding and mattres was great - The property is an older motel, but was very clean and comfortable. Nothing
- Lisbeth (10/5): Excellent stay - Great location, clean. Loved the coffee at the front desk. Friendly staff.
- Edward (10/5): exceeded expectations - Michelle at the front desk was the epitome of hospitality. She was Professional, quick, informational and a pleasant human being at the end of a long day. I would return due to the interaction with her. The Motel was very clean and well designed Nothing
- Giem (9/5): - Window heater
- Daniel (10/5): A fine place to stay after a day of driving. - Location was perfect; easy walking to city activities. Lack of pictures on the walls.
- Shelby (8/5): Would stay there again - Quiet, clean, and great access to downtown Someone in the building kept smoking weed which came into our room through the vents.

- Christi (9/5): A good option for a frugal traveler who simply needs a place to rest with friendly staff and clean accommodations. - The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful Limited parking
- Giem (10/5): - Very nice staff. Clean and well furnished Nothing
- Patricia (7/5): Adequate. - My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and also
very clean. The setup for making my own coffee was a bit unusual, and there was no decaf.
The heating system was quite noisy.
I had to park across the street on the second night because there were no parking spaces.
- Pat (10/5): Clean, quiet, and comfy spot with great staff! - Very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, very polite and helpful staff
- Theresa (10/5): Great stay. - Close to food, drink and art museum . Very quiet! ?
- Josh (10/5): -
- Kathy (7/5): Very nice, but a few issues, but could be resolved easily . - Very clean, very very comfortable bed and pillows. It was quiet and very nice updates to the room. I would certainly stay there again, but would have to request a ground level room. Didn’t know that there was a second floor. We had to go up a full flight of narrow stairs. We had heavy luggage, and we are seniors either mobility issues. Since we informed staff we would be leaving early, I was surprised we had to go down said stairs in a dark staircase. I called emergency number to have lights turned on, but since they were offsite, they explained that light was motion detected, however, I had to use a flashlight to get down stairs and when I did get to the bottom, then light switched on.. this was a really bad and dangerous set up. Also There was no additional toilet tissue or Kleenex supplied in room. Thank goodness we had our personal tissues with us.
- Justin (7/5): - Exactly what you would expect from a motel, and was central enough to walk to downtown
- Cassey (10/5): - Very friendly service, rooms were surprisingly very clean and comfortable considering it doesnt look very appealing on the exterior. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Walking distance to anything you want.
- Joseph (10/5): - The room was cozy. And cozy isn't so easy to achieve. So nice room. Hope to stay here again sometime. I I didn't have anything that I didn't like.
- Susan (10/5): I would stay here again!! It was lovely! - The motel staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very pretty, comfortable, and well appointed. Highly recommend! There was nothing not to like!
- Amanda (9/5): Great place to stay. - It was perfectly furnished and newly remodeled. It was quaint and perfect. The proximity to downtown and everything was so close and walkable. Great location. I absolutely loved everything about the property with the exception of the mattress pad. Made me feel like I was sleeping on plastic and the sheet would move all over the place. Other than that… Five stars.
The rooms are not overly large, but they are very comfortable.
- Katherin (10/5): - The staff were so friendly and the rooms were beautifully remodeled and super clean. I’ll definitely stay there again. I appreciated the location, it was walkable to everything I needed during my stay.
- Holly (7/5): Ok - Location No windows to open , ac was loud and did not blow air
- Anna (7/5): Ok. - Everything was just ok.
Location is ok, walking distance from city centre (shops, restaurants, bars).
- White (4/5): I was disappointed with the property. - The locations was great - very easy to walk to downtown. The room was not at all like the photos on line. I could plug in the tv or the refrigerator or the microwave, but not at the same time. I went to the office three times, but someone only came out to help me once.
- Danielle (8/5): - Great location, friendly staff! They even serviced our room and gave us fresh towels each day!
- joseph (10/5): - Very friendly staff, easy check in, clean, quiet, and would stay there again
- Carla (10/5): - Clean. Comfortable, centrally located, quiet room, friendly staff
- Mary (10/5): - Great little motel!! Very clean with comfortable bed and friendly staff!! So close to all of downtown… walk everywhere!!!
Will stay here again!!
- Marilyn (8/5): -
- Scott (9/5): - Very Clean, great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Renovated older style motel, very updated, clean, modern A/C units. Occasionally the train passes close by and blows its horn over night...
- Phil (10/5): Wonderful - Lovely place in the heart of town. Jackie , Morgan and the staff were all wonderful and very informative. It's amazing how important a smile and a great attitude about Life still rules! Thanks for a wonderful visit.
- Thomas (6/5): - Property is fine, clean, basic. Noisy when people are out front
- Karri (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing The pictures online do not reflect the room. The smell was horrible upon entering. The sink in the bathroom was the size of a sheet of paper with no lip to even set toothpaste. Which I wouldn't do because it was the most disgusting place I've ever entered. We left immediately. 5 days later and I am still trying to get my refund. Manager says it was processed. Despite every business saying it takes 7-10 days, it does not. Refunds show on your card just as quickly as charges. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- John (10/5): - .
- Molly (10/5): Great little hidden gem - Super friendly staff- we arrived way before check in but wanted to park there to go a few places and not only did she allow that, she was able to check us into a room that was ready so we didn't have to leave our stuff in the car all day. Room was clean and beds were really comfortable. The hallways and front lobby are a little worn down looking, but the rooms were very clean and nice. Great location, too. We'll definitely try to stay here again on future visits to Missoula.
- Brenna (10/5): - Clean and exactly what I needed for a quick night in Missoula. Comfy bed, clean bath.
- Harry (10/5): - Great independent motel!
- basham (7/5): - Family Owned No Iron , Ironing board or coffee in rooms.
- Eric (10/5): - For the price: Nice. Convenient. Clean. Recently updated and remodeled. Close to downtown. Friendly checkin. Only thing that wasn’t (inexpensive ) 5 star was the pocket door between into the bath wasn’t easy to open/close
- john (10/5): Surri - The young college girl that checked us in was soooo nice. She talked about the area and gave us some great places to visit after taking the time to ask what we are interested in. Very comfortable, lean and quiet.
- Galina (6/5): - Room way too small.
- Jennifer (9/5): Perfect and simple - Convenient location and super clean
- Cristina (7/5): - Posizione centrale, per il resto è il classico hotel americano essenziale accettabile per un mordi e fuggi. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto
- Robin K (10/5): - Lovely room, great price!
- Sarah (8/5): Cozy, clean overnight for concert-goers! - Great staff, Good location, 5-10 minutes walk to downtown restaurants and music venues, including the Top Hat which has shuttles to Kettlehouse Amphitheater. This motel is a bit of a hidden gem too, it’s an older building and the exterior is still humble but the rooms have gotten some cute and comfortable upgrades. Shower didn’t drain well, but we only needed to stay one night.
- Dean (8/5): Ok, for the price - Clean and walking distance to downtown Room is to small and air conditioning kicks on and off all night.
- kayla (10/5): - Conveniently located, clean and quiet
- Abbie (8/5): - Bed comfortable.
- Connie (10/5): - Great motel in downtown Missoula. Close to lots of restraints and shops. Very clean, welcoming receptionist, quiet, safe and great price. My fave place to stay in Missoula
- Derek (10/5): - good motel for a good value
- Lynn (10/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): Nice place in the center of Missoula - Clean rooms, nicely updated and decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful and we loved our brief stay.
- Terence (8/5): - This is a renovated motel with a pleasant staff. Rooms are decent, good wifi, and hdmi cable service. Good value overall.
- Katie (8/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Concert @ Kettlehouse. Bed was nice. Room was warm and smelled like smoke. Shower head dripped.
- Charlie (10/5): -
- Janis (8/5): Ideally located, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and quiet room. - N/A Standing water in tub during shower. Simply needs a cup of bleach to sit for a half-hour in the drain.
- Janine (6/5): - We always stay here when we come into town for concerts. This time was a bummer though. Our shower didn’t fully work. And the people we traveled with had a severely water damaged room. The air conditioner was leaking a huge puddle onto the floor.
- Jeannette (9/5): Would stay here again. - It was very clean and comfortable.
- Ron (8/5): - Property was older but clean. Great location. Great staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a last-minute decision to book a hotel. We booked through Hotels.com and didn't know what to really expect. We got in late. The staff was very friendly. We checked in to our room which was clean and very comfortable. This is a no-frills hotel. We had a corner unit. It was quiet. We would stay again.
- Joseph (6/5): It was ok - The room was very small. It was an ok place to stay. No breakfast. Nothing horrible, nothing great.
- Shaikh (6/5): Pleasant - Nice small motel. Space to park motorcycle right in front of room.
Not much in amenities in the room.
- Cheryl (8/5): Too short for any better review. - The room was clean and comfortable. Morgan was very informative. Room was on the second floor with no elevator.
- Joong-geon (4/5): Disappointing - Bathroom vent was not working resulting the water dripping from the ceiling so we had to move to other room which looks down grade room. I don't recommended.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good. Convenient as hell. Expensive for what you get. - So convenient A/c tried hard but couldn’t keep up with heat
- Cindy (10/5): City Center is always going to be my first choice when I’m in Missoula! - City Center is a perfect nights sleep. Clean and comfortable at a good rate. It fills up quick because it is small.
- Cindy (10/5): Exceptional -
- DAVID (10/5): - Very nice staff, clean rooms
- Pawel (10/5): - Simple, clean motel with parking. We slept well.
- Philip (7/5): Good -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- carolyn (8/5): - The City Motel is an older motel updated. It is very clean but compact. Air conditioner loud and runs all the time. Bars and eateries are in walking distance, a couple blocks away. Bed very comfortable.
- Sandra (10/5): - Great stay, awesome locale
- Sandra (8/5): I'll be back!!! - So close to everything It's was perfect!
- Daniel (8/5): - Great location for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. Hotel is a bit dated but room was updated and clean.
- Francine (7/5): Missoula center city motel - Good location. Comfy bed and occasional chairs. Nicely renovated too, although replacing the bathroom door would have completed the look (peeling paint and ding). When we checked in, it seemed as if the previous client was a smoker. The room had a stale and Smokey air about it. The shower drain gurgled at various times.
- Mary Ann (10/5): - The City Center Motel is a comfortable, family owned motel within walking distance of downtown Missoula. We stay there whenever we’re in town. Rooms are well-priced, clean, and quiet.
- Jen (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Perfect for what we needed which was a clean affordable place to lay our head. Very basic, which was fine for what we needed
