Guest Reviews
- Remy (9/5): It was very nice the staff was great and I would definitely stay there again - There was no breakfast offered at this location I would've liked to have had a restaurant on the location property but there were many options available in proximity
- Margaret (9/5): - Hearing the wolves howl at night! It was a spacious room and comfy.
- Debbie (9/5): -
- Lorna (10/5): -
- Paula (9/5): it was great! - no breakfast was provided We only had trouble with booking.com. We did not know that Yellowstone closed the road during our stay. We asked to check out a day early so we could drive to Gardiner because you could still enter the park from there. Booking.com wouldn't even consider refunding one night. We were able to have the manager say that this was okay. We were very grateful to him.
- Jeff (10/5): - Paid WiFi? Why ?

- John (9/5): Great location, excellent value, and everything we needed made our stay excellent. - The location was excellent. The facilities clean and in good shape. The space of each suite was substantial. The public spaces were comfortable for adults and the child-oriented rooms were fun for them. Excellent value.
- Donnis (9/5): - Loved the location being so close to the park entrance and the amenities provided at this place. The room we booked was perfect for our family of 5 with two rooms and two bathrooms. Would have loved a breakfast provided.
- Mary (10/5): Wonderful accommodations!! - Everything was provided that made the stay perfect. Nothing I didn’t like
- Chantal (9/5): Loved it ! - Location

- Curiosity02820413533 (10/5): Worldmark West Yellowstone - My husband and I stayed at WorldMark West Yellowstone the week of February 15, 2026, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Our unit was beautiful—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing winter getaway. The housekeeping team truly stood out. They provided a convenient text number for any items we might need, and every time we reached out, they responded quickly and delivered items to our room promptly with a friendly attitude. The highlight of our stay, though, was how snowmobile-friendly the resort is. As snowmobile owners, we greatly appreciated being able to park our trailer right at the resort and ride directly from the property to the local snowmobile trails. It made the entire trip seamless and stress-free. We would highly recommend this resort—especially to fellow snowmobilers—and we look forward to staying again!
- Dayle (7/5): Everything was good for the most part. Problems with heating system and no internet. - N/A Had problems with heating system.
- Steve (10/5): It’s a really nice place and affordable in the winter. - Didn’t have breakfast, do they have breakfast? It was great no problems
- John (10/5): Great location and beautiful resort! - The location was amazing! Wonderful staff and immaculate resort! The rooms were so clean and the bed was so comfortable! Kitchen was huge and organized! We were there three nights and paid such an incredible prices to have such a huge place. The bathroom could have had more towels and coffee available. There was no housekeeping service daily.
- khrys71990 (10/5): Cozy condo in West Yellowstone - Thankful for Maria for checking us in at 11pm on a Thursday night! The one bedroom condo was perfect for us even though we didn’t plan on using the kitchen or living area. The condo was spacious with a fully-stocked kitchen to prepare meals, washer/dryer, big bathroom, fireplace Murphy bed, and king size bed. The location is close enough to the bear and wild sanctuary that we could hear the wolves howling. We’d stay here again with family.
- Nancy (8/5): Good location, room too hot. Thermostat seemed non responsive. - Location Too hot despite turning down thermostats. Some seemed not to respond.
- KKerri (10/5): Everything was wonderful! - Great location to stores, restaurant and the park. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. No complaints from our group.
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Christine (10/5): Great location and accommodations! -
- Zhecheng (10/5): Great stay here. Nice staffs and a big cozy room. - Great value. The air in winter is a bit too dry
- Scott (2/5): Great staff and location, very bad smell. - Maria at the front desk was great. Location was great. Horrible smell. We had to sleep with the windows open, even though it was about 32 degrees. The whole hotel smelled awful.
On another note, they charge for WiFi, which is a bit shocking in today's day and age.

- Steven (10/5): - Perfect location for a Yellowstone trip
- Takethechance2020 (10/5): Wonderful stay - The staff were so kind and welcoming and when we hit a little hiccup during check in Caysie went above and beyond to get the situation fixed for us. From the game room to the pool area to the outside grounds the entire facility was extremely clean. The rooms were big and spacious and it’s located just a few minutes outside of the West Yellowstone entrance.
- ConstantVayCay (2/5): WiFi is not free it is $49 here! Save yourself the headache stay at another place that values the customer. - We stayed at Worldmark West Yellowstone and were shocked at the hidden fees. Rooms are already $300 a night, but then they hit you with a $50 charge for WiFi. For what you pay, you’d expect basic amenities to be included. Instead, you feel like you’re being nickeled and dimed at every turn. The location may be good, but the gouging isn’t worth it. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
- Q7897CGtonya (2/5): Don’t stay here they do not value their guest. - I recently stayed at Worldmark West Yellowstone and was really disappointed. At $300 per night you’d expect basic amenities to be included, but they gouge you for another $50 just for WiFi. It feels like they nickel and dime you at every turn, and that left a sour taste on what should’ve been a nice trip. The location is convenient, but for the price, you’d think they’d treat their guests better. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to be charged extra for everything.
- Mary Ellen (10/5): - 2 bedroom 2 baths perfect for five of us
- Craig (10/5): - Beautiful condo just outside Yellowstone’s West entrance. Plenty of space and easy access to downtown restaurants.
- Ivelina Dimanova (10/5): - Nice!
- Macilvaine (7/5): Not sure if i would stay again - Loved the rooms, everything was clean and modern. Overpriced, we paid $500 a night and there was no free wifi, no breakfast and the coffee was subpar.
- LO674 (10/5): Great Place in a Geat Location! - We stayed a week at Worldmark West Yellowstone and it was great! The condo was clean, well organized, and comfortable. Another bonus is that it had an elevator and luggage racks! It was close to all the downtown spots and just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Beautiful area! We hated to leave!
- tam (10/5): - look like new excellent place to stay on west entrance. Shopping areas restaurants food grocery fun .
- CALEB (10/5): - Nice place with a convenient location for venturing into Yellowstone
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- E9770ASmartys (2/5): Be prepared for the onslaught of timeshare calls after staying. - Stay away. Didn't realize this is a timeshare property that rents out avail timeshares. I have received over 50 spam calls in the last week and was able to trace it back to this location stay. All your stay information is shared with their partners who call you non-stop for timeshare opportunities across the US. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- John (6/5): - Property manager wouldn't respond to messages or work with us. The place was nice.
- Noelle Nobuko Makanalani (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower, but its not a deal breaker, will definitely book again.
- Hill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fuller (9/5): Excellent service, beautiful views. - Amenities!
- Aubree (10/5): - Great location. Rooms were spacious.
- Justin (10/5): - The stay was amazing. The game room for the kids was amazing and very fun and their selection to rent movies (no charge) was great for movie night.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- collin (8/5): - Great place to stay
- Cynthia (9/5): Definitely stay here if you catch one of their amazing last minute deals! - I booked this as a last minute deal for an incredible value. It was honestly a little excessive for me traveling solo, but was a great little break. HUGE apartment, gas fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, big pool and 2 hot tubs - wow! The room view was fantastic. Staff was friendly, available, and attentive. I will say that since past reviews I saw, the wifi is now free and was plenty fast for my needs. The place is huge, and a little generic. The TV was actually just a screen you had to plug a computer into (and you need to bring your own HDMI cable). The rooms were really hot - I ended up opening the window (in a March snowstorm). The lighting in the bathroom was really harsh.
- Erik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rcochran (1/5): Hotel double-booked my rooms and shafted me with only hours of notice - Looked nice in the pictures I had a reservation in place for months, and had paid in full for 3 apartments, but Worldmark canceled my reservation with less than 24 hours notice before arrival because they had double-booked all 3 of our apartments. They did credit my advance payment back to me, but I had to scramble to find a place for the 10 people in my group to stay at the last minute. That's not how you treat people.
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - EVERYTHING. The size of the suite was AMAZING! Amenities all open late. The location was perfect...nestled right in West Yellowstone...close to everything. Everything was perfect and we loved it. No breakfast.
- Roger (10/5): - I have stayed there 3 times this year Total 14 nights so I must like the place. It is well kept, clean, safe and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
- Robert (8/5): - Great place to stay.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Large units with a kitchen extremely comfortable.
- Jesse (10/5): - Great setup in the room with the full kitchen. Great location, a short walk to restaurants and easy access to the snowmobile trails.
- John (10/5): - A great place, clean well maintained and the staff was 1st class. I have nothing but good things to say about our time there
- Nellie (10/5): amazing stay - This place is so amazing. I'm actually going to look into what this timeshare company is about because the place was so nice.
- Linda (10/5): We were fortunate to be there for a snowstorm. The staff was so helpful! Thank you. - The location was perfect for our needs. We liked your amenities.
- Diane (10/5): Excellent stay - The rooms were spacious and clean! And comfortable. Well stocked.
The pool and hot tub area extremely clean. Excellent temps on both pool and hottib
Staff friendly
- Roger (10/5): - Short walk to Shopping, Dinner. The property is kept in great condition.
- Eric (10/5): - Amazing place for an excellent price: easy walk to downtown or to the park, across the street from the incredible Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, and amenities that make the stay memorable.
- Gretchen (10/5): - We loved the convenience to ski trails and the full bedrooms and kitchen. So clean and had all we needed.
- Jon (10/5): - Very clean
- Steve (10/5): - Nicest place to stay in West Yellowstone.
- Kyle (9/5): This is my third time staying at worldmark west yellowstone and it is an amazing facility. -
- mamazig34 (10/5): Great place for a week of snowmobiling - This hotel had all the needed amenities and more. Very comfortable and spacious rooms that were clean and welcoming. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.
- Carla Mae (10/5): - I stayed with my family of 5 with 3 children. We absolutely loved it. I love how they have a kitchen and everything I needed was there to cook since I was staying for 8 nights. I loved how we had individual rooms and it was very comfy. Definitely will stay there again.
- Greg (10/5): Nicest place in west Yellowstone. -
- Kristine (10/5): - great property, excellent staff.
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (10/5): Great property for a vacation - Beautiful two bedroom, two bath, and fully furnished kitchen. Gymnasium is adequate and the pool was great.
- Raymond (10/5): Great trip - Close to Yellowstone. unit was warm and well furnished
- Paul (10/5): - We came up for a ski trip at Big Sky. It was much nicer for for the price of anything that we could have found in Big Sky during the winter.
We stayed up here three years ago for a snowmobile trip and absolutely said we would come back.
- Dawne (10/5): - I liked the spaciousness of the 1-bedroom condo we rented. I did not like that I had to pay for Wi-Fi
- Andrea (10/5): No complaints! - Lovely place to stay. My family kept saying how much they love the place. Great location. Pool was very well kept and warm!!! The staff was accommodating. No complaints.
- Kelsey (10/5): - Wonderful, the space and private rooms were perfect
- Joseph (10/5): - We had the 2/2 condo on the first floor Room 123. It was very spacious , clean and close to the entry and parking. Only suggestion is mount the tv in the corner above fireplace on a full motion bracket vs stuck in position facing the sofa. Overall 5 star stay.
- Tracy (8/5): - Price and location can’t be beat.
- Harrison (10/5): Exceptional -
- keithk106 (10/5): Great Winter Stay - Great location, great experience. We didn't have any problems at all at the Resort. Staff was great. Facilities were great. Great proximity to everything we wanted to do.
- Tim (10/5): Clean and well appointed rooms. Great Location - Fantastic place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocks if you want to do your own cooking. Really enjoyed out stay.
- Stacy (8/5): - Great location for snowmobiling with plenty of parking for snowmobiles and trailers. Not sure what happened with the pool on Saturday when we were staying but we were told it was closed until 10am then pushed until the afternoon, then 4pm, then 6pm then closed for the entire day. We chose this location because of their awesome pool & hot tub so not being able to use it was quite disappointing. The staff did not care.
Our room wasn't the cleanest...we found trash (water bottle & wrapper) from previous guests under the couch
- jnoorm (10/5): Worldmark Yellowstone - best choice ever - This is an amazing Wyndham property. Similar setup to their property in Canmore, Canada. Front desk was exceptional, especially Ariel and his partner in excellence, Ildar. They were attentive and took exceptional care of our family. Even though we spent only 2 nights, the resort made us feel like it was a home away from home. Thank you Ariel for making us feel like family. We wish you and the rest of the staff all the best.
- Johann (10/5): - Great property and excellent staff. Special mention to Ariel who took great care of us. Thank you!
- Jessica (10/5): - We loved our time at WorldMark! Ildar was super helpful on check-in! We were in town to snowmobile and the hotel was the perfect home base. We cooked all of our meals and did laundry every night! Do yourself a favor and book here!
- Eric (10/5): Thanks For a Great Stay. - Great property, very well maintained and the staff were helpful too.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- richard (10/5): - Had a great time, staff was helpful.
- Amy (10/5): - It was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook our own meals through the weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. Best of all was that it was walking distance from the Rendezvous Ski Trails. I'd book a room again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Winter Wonderland - The 2 bedroom was comfortable for 4 but would be tight for 6. The unit was clean and front desk folks exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kitchen was minimally stocked for food preparation. The winter air was painfully dry and a humidifier would be nice.
